O seguro precisei usar para o meu filho conversei por chat pelo app deles e me atenderam em um hospital 1 classe.
Nao tive se quer problemas.

Es el peor seguro que me proporciono visa gold del bamco hipotecario.me atendi en el odontologo que me asignaron, no me llamaron despues de esto y es imposible comunicarse por teléfono. Ire personalmente a ver si tengo suerte y me reintegran gastos de medicinas.

This insurance is legit Trash, how is it possible that I needed an authorization to be assisted in emergencies and I called to get it and never answer, what if I was dying? What if was something serious that could kill me? I could've died and this company didn't even answer the phone. A disgrace.

The worst insurance service possible. New hurdles are raised every time you want to claim anything. Drove the Dr and Hospital crazy asking for a report that did not exist. They are still refusing to provide the necessary safe repatriation to my parents to return home after a foot and ankle surgery. Had to personally effect every tramitation, claim. Provide countless times the same documents and explain the situation to more than a dozen people involved. AND IT IS PROVIDED BY VISA GOLD. Very poor service. The customer is worth NOTHING to them. They hide themselves in a Medical Audit that is "The Great Bonete" (no one you can talk to). No decisions made. Playing with people's lives. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Will be suing.

Never ever do business with this company. We run an independent medical service in the Uk. Celta have around 2000 euros of our invoices which they will not pay although we have provided proper medical services to their clients. They do not respond to our letters or emails. If you phone them they come up with loads of excuses and try to blame us for not invoicing them properly. It is clear from the reviews this company should not be in business. I repeat our advice, whether you are a provider of medical care or are considering insurance with Celta, do not use this company. We deal with dozens of other insurance companies and have no problems at all.
