Vine a España como estudiante de intercambio y recibí una tarjeta de transporte. En cambio, aceptaron el paquete y lo explicaron amablemente. Todo el personal es amable.

Mi experiencia con Citylife Madrid ha sido absolutamente libre de estrés. Han sido de gran ayuda en muchas ocasiones mientras me preparaba para mi intercambio semestral en Madrid desde la comodidad de mi casa. ¡Tienen muchos servicios gratuitos excelentes que definitivamente deberías utilizar! También son muy receptivos, lo que me permitió recibir una respuesta rápida a cualquier inquietud que tuviera.

¡¡Realmente puedes confiar en ellos! ¡Tienen muchos consejos y guías increíbles para ayudarte con la preparación de tu estancia en Madrid! Gracias a ellos encontré mi apartamento y no veo la hora de llegar a Madrid ¡¡Es EL contacto a tener!

Hicieron todo lo posible para brindar servicio al cliente. Todo fue rápido y puntual. Resolvieron mi problema de reserva rápidamente e incluso abrieron un lugar para mi viaje a Marruecos. Te lo recomiendo mucho.

The South Morocco trip I did with city life was amazing. It was really wel organized and one of the best trips I ever did. The guides and the group were also wonderful.

Citylife Madrid's Southern Morocco and Sahara trip was the best trip I have ever been on. Someone traveling alone in southern Morocco would have a difficult time setting up all of the different things we did, transportation would be the biggest issue for someone traveling without a group. With Citylife, we traveled around so many different parts of the country in luxurious private busses. After the trip was complete, I was not ready to leave everyone. I made so many friends through this trip. I would 100% recommend traveling with Citylife Madrid for your next adventure.

Leah at Citylife Madrid was incredibly helpful when I was not even a client. In trying to navigate the very complex bureaucracy I had many questions about procedures and she was unfailingly helpful. We had a long and for me very fruitful email exchange. Can’t thank Citylife Madrid enough.

Citylife Madrid has been super helpful in my preparations for a study abroad semester in Spain. Every question that went unanswered through other resources, Citylife answered with all their incredible resources and direct links to apply for things like transport cards or reserve sim cards.

Matt was an invaluable resource for me and the rest of the group as we navigated Morocco. I think he struck a perfect mixture of group-oriented activities and free time to explore the city, and his guidance really helped me to immerse myself within the city. Thanks to Matt, even though Marrakech has a very chaotic atmosphere, I always felt as though things were under control and that any problem that came up would be taken care of effectively. Matt was the guide for my Portugal trip in late April as well, where he also greatly impressed me with his organizational skills and time/people management.

The trip to South Morocco with Matt was amazing! Everything is well prepared and on time. The guide book provided is also useful. In the trip, we got some time to explore Morocco with the tour and also by ourselves during the free time. I really enjoyed my time in Marrakesh and Essaouira.

Matt was a wonderful guide and created an amazing trip to South Morocco. He was a great, knowledgeable, and reliable resource to have on the trip and always made sure we were all well informed and gave us great recommendations for our free time. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would not only highly recommend the South Morocco trip with Matt but also encourage everyone to do it! I hope I can go back soon, as it was one of my favorite trips i’ve ever done!

I am so glad I was able to join this morocco trip with our group leader Matt. It felt safe being there with our group leader and tour guides. If there is another tip somewhere else in Morocco with Matt as our group leader I will be sure to buy my ticket. I really hope that there will be more trip options in the country for the future!

I went for the Morocco trip with city life Madrid! I had the best time going on a camel ride by the beach, visiting the beautiful blue city of Chefchaouen, seeing the gorgeous decor, pharmacy as well cute shops everywhere! I had the best organisers Leah and Jo, the nicest couple, who were so warm and kind throughout! Also Rachid the tour guide who entertained and made us laugh throughout! I def recommend going with city life Madrid! ESP to Morocco they made it hassle proof and made us feel safe throughout! Also the hotels were beautiful at perfect locations with great views as well as gorgeous decor and good breakfasts!

My trip with City Life was one of the best experiences ever! Jo and Leah were BEYOND helpful, accommodating, organized, and fun, and it made the trip so amazing. They helped us to accommodate our schedules outside of the rest of the group to make sure we could join for this trip, rearranged the events trip when there was bad weather, set up amazing accommodations, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and the trip went so smoothly! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

It was my first trip with Citylife last March 25-27 in Andalucia and I’m pretty sure it won’t be the last! We got the best organizers who are accommodating, friendly, and fun to be with. Shoutout to Manon and Yenthe for making sure we were all safe and complete.

City Life has been greatly helpful in my move to Madrid so far! I was able to pick my transportation card up from them as well as a SIM card for my phone which really alleviated some of the stresses of studying abroad. The staff is also very nice and helpful too. I hope to join them for some events soon!

I went on the Andalucía trip with Vipsiana and Liliana and it was amazing. Everything was planned out AND communicated very well to all of us. The hostels we stayed at were surprisingly nice! Vip was a welcoming and personable leader. The trip (3 cities) was cheaper than it would have been to go to just one. SO GLAD I signed up!

I’ve done multiple trips with Citylife Madrid so far - Andalucia, Segovia, Burgos. Enjoyed my experiences thoroughly in each of these trips. I had the amazing opportunity to go on one of their trips touring the beauties of Andalucia: Granada, Sevilla & Cordóba. Had a great trip to Burgos with Citylife! It was my first trip with them and it was so fun. Learned a lot about wine, architects (Norman Foster), and got to see the beautiful city of Burgos!
