Un verdadero desastre, unos señores extranjeros que salían de viaje esta tarde con confirmación de prueba antígenos (vía
mail) para hoy en su sucursal de la calle Recoletos y con su hora predeterminada llegan al local y está cerrado permanentemente el local. NI AVISAR.

Excellent experience! My first Covid test and I was nervous.
The setting was professional and totally clean. The staff were bilingual, efficient, professional and friendly. The procedure was painless and the results (a professional document received on my phone) within 20 minutes! I thoroughly recommend the Clinica Granamedic at Manuela Malasana, 30!

My wife and I needed a Covid Rapid Antigen test for re-entry into the US. We went here and it was definitely the right place to go.

They said we would receive the results in an hour. We received the results in less than 20. Very nice staff; professional and very pleasant

This was a great experience. The people were so incredibly helpful. The woman helping me even came out into the street when we couldn’t find the building. The office was clean and efficient. They were reasonably priced and we got our results within the time quoted. They could not have done a better job. Perfect service!

I had my PCR test here. The price is reasonable compared to other clinics that charge up to €100.

You may pre-purchase the test package online, select a time slot, and redeem it at the clinic. Otherwise, you can also walk-in for the test. The price for online purchase and walk-in is the same at €65.

The result is both in Spanish and English, with all the info clearly indicated to function as a travel certificate.

The staff can speak English and she was friendly. There was no long queue too, so that's a big plus.

I received my result in the morning of the next day via e-mail notification. The clinic is fast, efficient, and reliable.

I had a great experience having my test done here: central location, affordable price, friendly staff, clean and calm atmosphere and received my result quickly.

Needed a same day antigen tests for the 1-day travel requirement for returning to the US. I walked in (no appointment), took the test, walked out and had my results (accepted by American Airlines / Verifly) emailed to me all within 30 minutes for around €30! So fast, so easy, worth EVERY PENNY. Oh, and the staff were friendly to boot - wish I could give 10 stars!

Clinica con ambiente muy agradable, todo muy limpio, y realizan un buen trabajo, realizando test pcr y antígeno, los dan en el tiempo estipulado y con todo lo necesario para poder viajar. Volvería sin dudarlo.

I came to get a PCR test with my mother before travelling back to Canada. The service and procedure was fast and smooth, everything was well until the results came back.

Many mistakes were made, such as miss-spelling of the names, wrong DOB and wrong I. D number, on both reports, thus making the results completely invalid for travelling.

My mother had been coughing and experiencing loss of taste for the past 2 weeks so we suspected she might have gotten covid but shockingly, it was mine that came back positive and hers negative. I returned to the clinic the following morning to discuss about the possibility of it being a false positive and how they might have miss-labeled our vials but the 2 girls working were being completely dismissive.

I had explained I’d been taking an at-home antigen test at home every 2-3 days for 2 weeks and that they kept coming back negative but the girl executing the tests was just completely dismissive, saying antigen tests are less precise and that PCR tests are always accurate. That is true to a certain extent but seeing how ignorant she was, there was no point in arguing

I went to get 2 more PCR tests else-where (one of them being at Unilabs) and of course, they both came back negative, just in time for my flight.
If you come to this place, make sure the person doing your test labels your vial BEFORE proceeding onto the next person because they wasted my time and money.

Buen servicio, me prometieron resultados máximo en 24 horas y llegaron a tiempo! Las enfermeras que me hicieron la prueba son buenísimas, no me dolió nada

Fui a hacerme la PCR para viajar y fueron muy profesionales y amables, el test y los resultados los entregaron rápido también están atentos en responder rápido a los mensajes por si surgen dudas. Lo recomiendo.

Hi my PCR test with then went well, no ligne or anything and I was satisfied. However I thought that the results were really going to come through within 24 hours (its the option I choose) but after 26 hours still nothing. As a international traveller, I had to buy a phone card to call them and ask for my results. Which is why 4 stars… its stressing and not great when you’re the one that has to go after them!

A única coisa positiva desse lugar foi o enfermeiro que fez o test antigenico, cuidadoso e simpático.
Terça feira achamos essa clínica que ficava na rua do nosso hotel, e fomos perguntar se domingo era aperto e preço. Foi passado um preço de 30€ por pessoas e falaram que não precisava de agendar horários, no sábado passamos outra vez era outra recepcionista penso que era a responsável ou dona. Conversamos ee disse exatamente a mesma coisa. NO DOMINGO FOI COBRADO 50€ DE CADA PESSOAS ÉRAMOS 5. SEMM AGENDAMENTOS CUSTA 50€. Foram muito espertos pois sabiam que precisavamos imediatamente do resultado para irmos embora. Tivemos que pagar esse absurdo sem contar que nome, e numero de documentos colocaram tudo errado das 5 pessoas nenhum documento veio escrito certo. NÃO RECOMENDO

Excelente servicio, súper rápido he pedido PCR 24hrs y antes de las 24 hrs me llegaron los resultados, los recomiendo, excelente Profesionales, y me gusto mucho el higiene y la atención prestada, gracias chicos.

Fui sin cita y me atendieron al momento, todos fueron muy agradables y el test no fue nada incómodo.
