Miguel provided prompt and professional assistance when I left an item at Madrid airport security and didn't notice I had left it until I had boarded a flight to my onward destination. Miguel arranged for the item to be picked up from the airport lost & found and to be shipped overnight to my hotel at my destination. I was referred to this company by MasterCard Concierge and it was an excellent recommendation, especially since there does not seem to be a service comparable to TaskRabbit in Spain. Highly recommend them for any custom travel needs.
