¡Nuestra estancia fue increíble! El servicio fue excelente, Salvador fue especialmente servicial y estuvo dispuesto a atender y responder todas las preguntas.
El hotel se encuentra en una ubicación increíble, a poca distancia de muchas cafeterías, restaurantes, tiendas de conveniencia, metro y bares. Habitación muy grande con camas cómodas y limpias. ¡Me alojaría de nuevo!

Ubicación perfecta, personal servicial, habitaciones y camas limpias. Puedes encontrar lo que necesites, hasta la próxima abrazos desde Turquía Estambul.

Excelente experiencia en este hotel boutique. La ubicación increíble, el metro a 2 min. Lo mejor de todo fue la atención de Salvador quien desde el momento que llegamos nos hizo sentir como en casa, muy amable y servicial y nos dio excelentes recomendaciones.
Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

El apartotel está situado a pocos pasos del centro de la ciudad y llegamos a todas partes a pie o en un corto trayecto desde la estación de metro adyacente.
El apartamento está totalmente equipado, limpio, acogedor y bonito como en las fotos.
Los recepcionistas son amables y felices de ayudar, especialmente Salvador que nos ayudó en una situación compleja, y también Alejandro que siguió ayudando en su turno.
Estaremos encantados de volver en el futuro, ¡lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

El chico que me atendió en recepción era muy majo y me recomendó un buen sitio para comer, los apartamentos estaban muy limpios

La ducha perdía agua por todos lados, se nos puso el baño perdido, el suelo cruge como una galleta

The place was as seen in the photos, clean, easy to access and with an amazing staff! Especially Salma! They went the extra mile to help us with all our needs, starting with the storage of our luggage and everything we needed help with. It's very well located! There's a nice cafe just a few steps away - on the corner. Extremely satisfied with our experience there.

My stays, at Eric Vökel Hamburg and Amsterdam, impressed me so much that I did not hesitate to book my stay in Eric Vökel Madrid.
Unfortunately, I was sorely disappointed.
This Madrid property’s service quality* as well as the state of the apartment does not come close to those stayed prior.
Front desk service was managed by a prima donna who appeared to be more keen to tell us when the front desk is closed and how we can get in after office hours.
The bedsheets are not tucked properly and it comes off easily especially when you pull the covers at night.
The door to the washing machine cannot close properly…. Similarly for the toilet door.
The toilet walls are moulds and the sliding panels, of the shower area, need careful treatment to bring them together.
The unit’s sound proofing is bad. We can hear people talking even when our room is at the back of the apartment.
The front room, facing the busy street, is noisy with the heavy traffic. This is made worse as the wooden window doors cannot close.
The shower head holder is too high and obviously meant for people 1.6m and taller.
In the toilet, the ceiling panels are haphazardly placed…and the air vent is clogged with dust.
I could go on.
This property really needs a major sprucing up and renovation.
*The only compliment is the fast service we received when we forgot to bring our key card and we’re directed on how to open our door.

I will not recommend this property.
There are many new and affordable boutique hotels around the same location. Choice is abundant.

This place is the best place to discover Madrid.it is not like the pictures.more beautiful and a wonderful lovely staff, they spare no effort to help you with everything.especial thanks to alejandro, he was super friendly and helpful, thank you very much alejandro. I will come again for sure.simply you feel at home.

Sitio acogedor en centro de Madrid. Apartamento amplio y bien aislado de ruidos. Cocina completa y gran salón. Buena atención en recepción, facilitando la estancia.

My family and I stayed at Erik Vokel in December 2017 in the large Duplex apartment and our stay could not have been nicer. Location is fantastic (3 mins from the Metro, few blocks away from Plaza España, in the middle of Malasaña!), facility was impecable, and the staff was very professional. Fast forward 5 years and it was another scenario. Location is still fantastic, but the facility has suffered tremendously and the staff behave like they are doing you a favor. We ended up staying in a smaller duplex this time and it was awful. The second bathroom shower door was completely on the floor.the master bathroom had a leak going from the shower into the bathroom (if you left anything on the floor it would get wet). Not to mention that the door frame had completely popped out because of this water. Dishwasher was non-functioning, doors to the cabinets were all off center so none would close properly.if that is not enough, the walls of the master bedroom were riddled with humidity based mold (concrete dust was falling to the ground). The room felt humid and smelled of mold. I complained and asked for a change of rooms but the guy at the front desk told me that because they were short cleaning staff we were not going to be able to move to another room!

I have photos that show all the issues with the room.

If this is happening with one particular room, Vokel should take that room out of the rotation until all issues have been fixed and resolved.

I don't know if this is a result of the global pandemic but care and maintenance for this wonderful hotel has all but disappeared. I know think I would stay here again.

The second time we stay at an Erik Volkel apartment, we love the concept. We stayed as a family of five (three teenage boys), the apartment was spacious, clean and with good standards. The receptionist, Alejandro was extremely helpful and serviceminded and made our stay comfortable. The location is great, central to restaurants, stores, and metros - everything in walking distance. We will look up Erik Volkel next time we are in Madrid.

Ingresaron a robar al establecimiento mientras nuestras maletas estaban almacenadas en los lockers del establecimiento en el piso -1. No habiendo vigilancia en NINGÚN horario (hay recepción en determinado horario de la mañana/tarde pero no verifican quién ingresa), el ladrón tuvo tiempo de ingresar dos veces en una misma noche.
Lamentablemente la persona logró robarse una maleta nuestra, que aunque no tenía mucha ropa, si tenía documentación necesaria para emprender el viaje de regreso.
Es decir que debíamos comprar una nueva maleta y un nuevo pasaje de regreso, ya que sin ese documento no podíamos hacer escala en X país.
Si bien desde Eric Vökel nos compraron una maleta similar a la robada, respecto del pasaje se limitaron a decir que el seguro no cubría, por ende tuvimos que comprar por nuestra cuenta un nuevo boleto de avión. Sin mencionar el tiempo perdido yendo a la comisaría a prestar declaración en medio de nuestras vacaciones.
La parte edilicia, en general bien.
Ubicación y limpieza muy bien.
Seguridad, lo mencionado.

Made a reservation, through booking, and then found out that they are in a restricted traffic zone and we had a rented car. Tried immediately to cancel, but they totally refused. Technically they had no obligation to cancel, but very very unethical and totally different from all our other experiences in Spain.

The facility is far better then their pictures. It is a good combination of the luxury of an hotel with the privacy and amenities of an apartment. Great location close to the center where we enjoyed walking to and from each day.
It is modern and tidy. Good for a couple or for a family.

We loved our stay at Eric Vokel! Alejandro at the front desk gave us great recommendation for restaurants and was so helpful. The room was very spacious, extremely clean, and included a fully equipped kitchen. The back bedroom was very quiet and the building itself was in a great location (12-15min walk to most attractions). They also just replaced all the mattresses in the building with brand new ones!

De 10 puntos, el apartamento increible, la ubicacion inmejorable, y la exelente atencion de valentina nos han echo muy placentero el viaje a madrid, totalmente recomendable, sin duda, repetiremos en proximos viajes!

Una joya en el centro de Madrid para realizar una escapada. El alojamiento ha superado todas nuestras expectativas. Precio inmejorable. Moderno, limpio y repleto de todas las comodidades necesarias para sentirse como en casa. Excelente trato y atención por parte del servicio de recepción (Paula e Iván), siempre dispuestos a atender cualquier petición con la mejor disposición. Sin duda, volveremos. Hasta pronto!:)

Apartamentos bonitos y céntricos. Todas las zonas limpias y cuidadas. Tuvimos problemas con el check-in automático, pero nos lo solucionaron muy rápido y eficazmente

Apartamentos maravillosos en todos los sentidos. Fui con mi familia, nos dieron un ático de dos dormitorios, el cual era espacioso y la terraza espectacular.
Por limpieza, atención, ubicación.se merece un 10.
A dos minutos andando estás en la Gran Vía.
Volveremos.

Es un lugar increíble y elegante, con una terraza exterior preciosa y unas vistas increíbles, las camas personalmente son muy cómodas, y esta genial el hecho de que te regalan el café para la cafetera, el cacao, las pastillas del lavavajillas, las pastillas de la lavadora, el azúcar, las salsas, e incluso distintos tipos de té, lo que sinceramente en cualquier otro lugar no lo harían.

Great room with lots of space for a family of 5 - Excellent location. Reception staff very helpful & knowledgeable. Instructions on how to use all in room amenities very clear (ie washing machine etc). Highly recommend this apartment.

I was supposed to stay in atocha but you gave me the parking room which would not close either the parking door or the terrace door. Consequently I opted not to stay as it was unsafe, besides the fact that it would have felt like sleeping in a parking with the cars literally on your ear. I called 8000 (as after 6 pm there is no reception service) and after some discussion I was offered a room in San Bernardo. The room was big, but it’s really unfortunate you also place me in the ground and underground floor. The feeling was exactly the same or even worse because it was underground with humidity smell all around. I was afraid a rat pops out. And with no natural light at all. How can you offer this kind of rooms? It’s really terrible and I am amazed on how you call suites to a parking room and to an underground room. I definetly will not come back.
