Fat Cats Cocktail House

Después de leer 125 reseñas de 5 estrellas, nos decimos ir a probar algún cocktail. Nada más entrar nos sentaron en una mesa, nos trajeron dos vasos de agua y un pequeño bol de palomitas, supongo que para que luego tengas la sensación de que has bebido mucho, no lo sé. Fue decepcionante y una auténtica tomadura de pelo, nos cobraron 12 y 13 € por un hielo gigante que ocupaba el 90% del vaso tamaño whisky, lo que era la bebida no era ni dos chupitos en cada copa. Al comentárselo al camarero nos dijo que eran unos hielos muy caros porque los fabricaban especiales, y para compensar, o bien por habernos quejado, le trajeron a mi pareja una pequeña copa como de jerez enana con un poquitirritín más de cocktail, pero solo a él.
La música nada del otro mundo, bajita que no molestaba para hablar, los camareros normales y correctos, la decoración no decía mucho, papel pintado setentero y ya.
Eso sí, nos reímos un montón con la tomadura de pelo del hielo gigante, ya que casi pedimos un tupper para llevárnoslos a casa y apagar la nevera, seguro que los alimento se conservaban una semana entera, jajaja.

Fat Cats Cocktail House was a truly surprising experience, as you cannot really see from the outside you don't expect it to be that beautiful, intimate and charming. It's ideal for a date, like I was on myself. The cocktails were brutal and the service like you don't see it anywhere anymore, a 15/10. Will be back 100% thank you!

Surprising cocktails, simple but tasty and original. The atmosphere is super chill and the 70s music always means extra points for me personally. Had a great time with my colleagues, I didn't know yet where to go for my anniversary but looks like it's solved! Also special mention to Fernando and Dani at the bar, they were amazing to us all night given we didn't have that much experience in the cocktail world and they replied to all our questions, thank you guys!

Fuimos ayer por primera vez y ya se ha vuelto mi coctelería preferida de Madrid. No solo los cocktails están increíbles, tienen una historia muy interesante basada en una banda de ladrones americanos de los años 70, de ahí su decoración tan mágica. Abrieron hace poco, pero estoy segura que se volverá una de las coctelerías referentes de Madrid en poco tiempo.

Really really cool cocktail bar that has a different vibe to the rest of the bars in Madrid. The cocktails are really nice, the atmosphere is cool, service is actually good (not often in Madrid) and the music was 70’s soul vibes which I loved. Would defo recommend for a date night or chilled drinks with friends.

Fue una experiencia increíble, el sitio está decorado con buen gusto lo que hace que el ambiente sea muy ameno. Son muy atentos y están pendientes que no te falte nada personalmente recomiendo el cóctel “Heist Night Fever” y las palomitas deliciosas 10/10

Por encima de todo, el servicio es excepcional. Los cócteles son deliciosos y atrevidos, servidos con mimo y profundo conocimiento de su oficio por los bartenders, en un entorno íntimo y cuidado.

Sensational speak-easy bar.

Was in Madrid just walking around and randomly ended up in this place.
And boy, was I glad that I did!

Behind the curtains I found one of the coolest bar I have ever been to in my life.

The ‘fat cats’ theme of the bar shows throughout the design of the space, the menu, and the overall vibe. What they did here is just masterful storytelling and you feel transported to a different time.

In addition to that, the music accompanies the vibe, service is friendly and quite fast, and the cocktails are TO DIE FOR, so unique with all of these special ingredients and processes. My recommendation is the one called ‘Sneaky Guest’ in case you are wondering.

Overall, a magnificent experience that surely will keep me coming back.

Look no further if you want to visit an original bar, and pay it a visit soon before it blows up, because for sure that will happen.

This was place has been a great discovery. Perfect cozy and chill bar to go on a date or to have a few delicious cocktails with your friends. It's classy, exclusive and you feel like you want to come back a next time.

Fat Cats ha sido un gran descubrimiento, un lugar íntimo que te transporta a los años 70.

La atención de los camareros fue excelente, los cócteles buenísimos y, además, nos dieron palomitas.

This bar really nice with its creative drink menu. The bartenders were super friendly, mixing up some unique cocktails. The music is also nice, super chill. It’s a great spot if you’re into craft cocktails and looking for a nice cocktail night!

No suelo ir a coctelerias pero me llevo un amigo y me gusto bastante. El sitio me pareció muy original y entretenido. No tenía ni idea de que pedir pero probé lo que me recomendaron los camareros y los 3 cocktails que pedí estaban buenísimos (me flipo uno de ellos que de hecho era sin alcohol XD).
Supongo que depende del plan que busques, pero para una primera copa original con una amiga o para arrancar la noche con amigos me parece un sitio chulisimo y bien ubicado.

It's an exclusive experience that you have to immerse in, a house of mystery and sensation that engages more than just your "stomach" and yet, not for a second, you feel like you don't belong there or you are going to be broke after it
Yes, the entrance can be a bit intimidating but after passing through you are welcomed by friendly and professional staff (which btw they speak in both English and Spanish) to a cozy and warm environment. Then, don't be shy; if you don't like the house specials ask for your personal favorite cocktail and they will make it for you.
I was there for the first time with friends and it was fantastic but I can imagine myself sitting there only with my thoughts and enjoying a vibrant, yet chilling night.
Explaining more than this is redundant, you should feel it to understand what you are missing.

Con una variedad impresionante, cada trago es una explosión de sabores que te transporta en el tiempo. El servicio impecable y su ambientación hacen que sea una experiencia digna de revivir la era dorada de los cocktails. Además, las palomitas caseras son simplemente irresistibles. Un lugar donde la atención a los detalles hace la diferencia.

Me habían comentado de este bar y estaba un poco escéptico pero decidí darle un intento.

La entrada te da bastante intriga y la ambientación es increíble, todo muy cuidado.

Altamente recomendable ya sea con amigos o con tu pareja. No sé si el cocktail Long Dinner tenía nicotina o algo porque me tuve que beber como 5

Local acogedor, buen servicio, me dejé aconsejar a la hora de pedir y fue todo un acierto, el producto está cuidado al detalle.
