Tour a Segovia y Ávila recomendado. Los guías Maite, Gloria y Daniel han sido magníficos y muy atentos en todo momento. Una buena opción para salir un día de Madrid.

Nos lo pasamos muy bien en la gira de hoy. Oscar fue nuestro guía turístico e hizo un trabajo increíble al compartir la historia con gran detalle. Tuvimos mucho tiempo para comprar y comer. Recomiendo encarecidamente este tour:)

Amazing guide, Rafa, really Friendly and knowedgable.
Loved the trip especially Valley of the Fallen. Left about 9am got back about 2.30pm, so good if you have evening plans.

Entre en la oficina a preguntar por una dirección y salí comprando el tour de Avila Segovia.

Servicio muy serio y profesional. Excelentes guías. Autocares de última generación, aplicando toda la normativa COVID-19.
Respecto a las visitas, solo decir que son muy completas y a unos precios por debajo de la media.
Volveré a reservar con esta empresa. Seguro!

The company resolved an issue and we had a great tour. Oscar was a wonderful tour guide and was very knowlegeable about all the sites visited. Thank you for your efforts to help. It is appreciated.

Our guide was Oscar.
Sergovia was a blast, Avila is meh.
Our tour was 70% Spanish speaking and 30% English speaking. The group size was around 30.
When in Avila, our guide has to speak in both languages to cater to both languages, the guide Oscar might have too much content to cover and provided a watered down version of explainaton. Yet in Segovia the group was able to split into two groups, the guide then was energised to provide a more detailed explaination of every piece, knowledgeable and professional.
If the operator can designate a guide for each language I will give five stars easily.
As a side note, don’t wait at the ticket office, go to the waiting point directly to save time.

We had a great guide named Christina who showed us around and too a great care.
Fun tickets had given a radio device to communicate-which was a great help in crwded places.

Well conducted tours. Pick up and drop off are well organized. Enjoyed the tours of Avila and Segovia just a little more than the one of Toledo. But overall a great experience with Fun and tickets travel and tours.

We booked a tour to Avila and Segovia with Fun and Tickets, we want to thank Pilar and Rafael for their knowledge and patience with a lady who we believe was not mentally well. We recommend this company and tomorrow we are going to Toledo with them.

We took the Avila and Segovia tour from Madrid and it was terrible. The guides advertise that they spoke English and you couldn’t understand anything they were saying. We had German and you could barely hear them. We had a rude passenger and called the office and talked to Antonia and she was extremely rude, I speak perfect Spanish so this was not a matter of being lost in translation. Also this is advertised for kids, but they don’t want to give receivers to them.
The bus was supposed to be air conditioned and the ac was not working. Save you money and go with a more reputable company. The customer service is definitely lacking.
EDIT: Also if you were not already wondering about the customer service; please read the reply. Instead of addressing all of the issues that they have (lack of English speaking tour guides that apparently is the norm looking through other reviews) or the fact the bus had no working AC they decide to attack the customers and insult their faith and last name. That was very mature and I love that is public so other people can see it. I don't have to tell the people in our party what to write since they all experienced it and want to make people aware of it. And don't worry we would NEVER use your company again. I wish I had seen the reviews prior to booking this. And in case you are confused it's not harassment if we are recounting our experience but seeing how you reply to others it's not shocking.

El servicio al cliente de la oficina es pésimo, hablamos con Antonia en el número que está incluido y ella fue bastante grosera y hasta nos colgó el teléfono. El bus súper talento viene con aire acondicionado y el aire no servia y era un sauna en la parte de arriba. Además esto lo anuncia para niños y no quería darle un radio a nuestro niño de 8 años. Al parecer el tiene que caminar por 9 horas sin entender lo que se está hablando y por lo que se pagó.

We good the Avila Segovia tour and had German, the tour was very rushed and German didn’t show proper respect in the churches. You couldn’t stop to even take a picture and could barely go to the bathroom. The staff in the office was very disrespectful when dealing with them. Especially Antonia. It was a hot day and the AC was not working and kids were getting sick because of that even though it is advertised as a bus with AC. Avoid this company at all cost.

I did the full day Avila and Segovia tour. It was very good for the cost. The people at Fun and Tickets have everything working smoothly so all you need to do is show up and let them do the rest.

Irene led our tour of Avila and Segovia; she was great! Her energy and enthusiasm kept the group going all day long. She shared a lot of interesting information and gave some hints of things to do while in Madrid. My only criticism of the tour (and reason for the 4 star review) is because of the information given by the company about the meeting place. We waited at the office at Calle Mayor, but we actually had to walk to the pickup point near Gran Via. I would have preferred it if the instructions had been more exact about bus location and departure time.

Fomos passear a Ávila e Segovia com a equipe, compramos os ingressos através do site Viator e ocorreu tudo conforme indicado. Fomos até o local de encontro para pegar o ônibus para o passeio. O guia foi atencioso e simpático, os lugares são muito lindos!

Hello, we missed the group in the cannon room. In the castle of Segovia. Shortly afterwards we asked where the aqueduct was. And they ordered to go to the front of the castle. We stayed there from 4 pm to 6 pm.
We just took a taxi because we couldn't find anyone or the bus,
And we spent the last 2 hours standing still.
Taxi charged 130 euros to leave us in Madrid
Run ride. I practically swallowed a loaf of bread without chewing. At the first stop. I was the last in line, when I went to sit down to eat, the guide called me and did not wait, I had to eat in a hurry.
There is no photo stop.
The presentations lack details.
I advise you to improve services.
Intersperse presentations and photo stops.
We stood at the central monument, no one showed up.
We went to the bus and it was already gone.
How do they get out without the tourists? Irresponsible

Y pasamos las últimas 2 horas parados.
Taxi cobró 130 euros para dejarnos en Madrid
Corre paseo. Prácticamente me tragué una hogaza de pan sin masticar. En la primera parada. Yo era el último en la fila, cuando fui a sentarme a comer, el guía me llamó y no esperó, tenía que comer a toda prisa.
No hay parada de fotos.
Las presentaciones carecen de detalles.
Te aconsejo para mejorar los servicios.
Intercalar presentaciones y paradas fotográficas.
Nos paramos en el monumento central, nadie apareció.
Fuimos al autobús y ya se había ido.
¿Cómo salen sin los turistas? Irresponsable
Interesante que antes de irse no se pusieran en contacto, no regresaran a buscarlo, que era lo mínimo que debió hacer el guía.
Si al principio se decía que era quedarse en el acueducto, lo mínimo que se tendría que hacer es haber venido a buscarnos al acueducto.

¿Y si nos hubiera pasado algo? ¿Te imaginas el lío que sería?
Quiero un reembolso.

Acabamos de pegar um táxi porque não encontramos ninguém nem o ônibus,
E passamos as últimas 2 horas parados.
Táxi cobrou 130 euros para nos deixar em Madrid
Corra passeio. Praticamente engoli um pão sem mastigar. Na primeira parada. Eu era o último da fila, quando fui sentar para comer, o guia me chamou e não esperou, tive que comer com pressa.
Não há parada para fotos.

Aconselho-o a melhorar os serviços.

No perdais el tiempo ni el dinero, cancelan el tour a Toledo y te quedas tirado. Mejor alquilar un coche o incluso mejor ir en autobus o en tren. Trato desastroso. Los responsables engreidos y muy maleducados. Avisaos estáis.no recomendable.

Au guichet accueil parfait, une jeune femme nous a renseigné et pris du temps pour répondre à nos questions. Mais sur le tour c'était tout autre chose. Le chauffeur de bus ne savait pas conduire (effet bateau a force de tourner son volant droite gauche, ne savait pas faire fonctionner le micro, la climatisation,). Dans l'excursion était compris des entrées pour des monuments gratuit. Également compris tapas et boissons. Et là surprise on a le droit à une petite bouteille d'eau et une petite part de tortilla avec aucune consigne donc débrouillez vous pour manger a 30 minutes de l'heure de rendez-vous retour au bus. Sinon on a visité avila et Segovia qui sont deux très belles villes à voir.

We did the full day tour of Toledo from Madrid with Oscar and it was fantastic. Not only did Oscar provide great insight in Toledo, he even played the role of tour guide on our way out of and back to Madrid.
I highly recommend bringing your own earbuds (with an 1/8" jack) to plug into the wireless receiver that's used.

Hice varias excursiones: A Toledo, a Ávila segovia y al palacio real en todas ellas el servicio fue excelente desde comprar el billete hasta la visita guiada, los guías amables y muy profesionales, recomendado 100% atención detallada y personalizada
