Hilton Madrid Airport

Bonito y ordenado hotel con una habitación espaciosa. El estacionamiento es un poco más difícil ya que hay opciones limitadas de estacionamiento frente a su puerta. En 15 minutos estás en el centro en coche.

Me he alojado 3 veces en este hotel y lo encuentro con un servicio y atencion super buena, excelente atendimiento, especificamente de los recepcionistas, los cuales siempre están con una actitud muy servicial, (no recuerdo el nombre, pero es uno rubio), el cual siempre me ayuda y resuelve mis dudas

Sólo estuvimos allí para una escala nocturna, pero tenían habitaciones contiguas para nuestra familia de 5 personas. Las habitaciones y la disposición de las camas eran muy buenas. La cama principal y el baño eran muy grandes y las habitaciones estaban muy limpias. El buffet fue en general bueno, nada realmente destacable. Tienen una pequeña zona para niños a un lado que entretiene a los niños más pequeños por un rato. El servicio fue muy amable y el servicio de transporte a las terminales fue muy conveniente. Salían cada 30 minutos y eran lo suficientemente grandes para varias familias con equipaje.

Muy buen hotel, cercano al Aeropuerto. El personal muy amable. Habitaciones amplias y muy limpias. Las camas son cómodas.

Habitación excelente y limpia; deliciosa cena, gran desayuno. Transporte al aeropuerto rápido y cómodo. Reserve Executive si puede.

El personal es increíblemente, Amable el hotel tiene todo lo necesario para pasarlo increíble. Su desayuno vale 100!

Este es un hotel muy bonito. Las suites ejecutivas son espaciosas y muy modernas. Está cerca del aeropuerto con transporte gratuito y la comida era excelente.

Hermoso hotel, buen servicio y habitaciones súper limpias.

Alquilé una maravillosa habitación relajante.

La habitación es muy buena, pero llegamos del aeropuerto a las 20 en pleno verano, días muy largos que duran hasta las 21,30, pero la piscina ya estaba cerrada y solo venía soñando en llegar para ir directamente a meterme al agua a relajar después del viaje! Un matrimonio también estaba intentando ir con sus tres niños pequeños, que se pusieron a llorar literalmente de la desilusión. Lo elegimos justamente porque mañana tomamos otro vuelo muy temprano y queríamos pasar relajados la espera. La habitación es muy linda! El personal que nos recibió muy atento, no es su culpa.

Hotel situado en Barrio Aeroporto, alejado del centro de Madrid.
Cerca hay solo un Mercadona Market, al otro lado de la carretera, que se puede caminar en 10 minutos.
Está el Shopping Plenilunio, a 20 minutos andando, pero para los que tienen coche, lo hace todo más fácil, ya que no hay Metro ni línea directa de autobús al centro de Madrid.
Hay una furgoneta al aeropuerto.
El Hotel tiene una decoración moderna, bonita y colores: negro, blanco y rojo, todo de muy buen gusto.
No tiene nada oscuro o embrujado como leí en un comentario.
O quarto é amplo, lindo, com TV LCD, WI-FI, deliciosa cama e ducha, banheira, itens de toalete, decoração nova e moderna, frigobar, térmica para chá/café, silencioso e cortinas black-out, tudo perfeito para um qué descanses.
El desayuno es excelente, con muchas opciones y un servicio perfecto.
La estructura del hotel cuenta con sauna, un gran gimnasio y una piscina, todos ellos no muy concurridos, donde podrá disfrutar.
El hotel es grande, cuenta con restaurantes, bar, área exterior para fumadores, ascensores panorámicos y un ambiente agradable.
El servicio es muy bueno, súper atento desde el check in, durante la estadía y al check out.

Los camareros del restaurante Reserva son racistas. Nos ignoraron por completo durante toda la comida. Como ciudadano estadounidense, nunca he experimentado el racismo a este nivel. No frecuentar este hotel o restaurante!

Nah am Flughafen, Shuttle Service kostenlos. Große, moderne Zimmer. Top Lobby Bar. Fantastisches Frühstück. Freundliches Personal.

The service, room and food is is 100% 5star standard.

As a GOLD member i dint feel any different or being recognized as a loyal member of HILTON.

Other than that the hotel met my expectation.

Très bon hôtel (le hall avec ses baies vitrées est tout simplement splendide), chambre spacieuse, propre et deco splendide. La salle de bain était à tomber: MA-GNI-FIQUE.
Le personnel de l’hôtel est intentionné, multilingue mais je n’ai vu personne parler le français les 2 nuits où j’y ai séjourné.
Le petit hic est que le wifi est payant dans la chambre (et cher) mais gratuit dans le hall et couloir.
Je recommande cet hôtel.

Il frôle les 5 étoiles mais à cause du Wifi payant (c’est fréquent dans les hôtels de luxe malheureusement), je lui mets un 4,8 étoiles sur 5!

Cerca del aeropuerto y con muy buena combinación de metro cerca. Limpieza de la habitación mejorable. Bastante confortable la habitación. Transfer gratuito al aeropuerto (excelente). Buen desayuno buffet. Recepción amable. Y quiero realizar un agradecimiento especial a Giselle y a Carlos que durante nuestras 2 semanas de estancia, conocían nuestros gustos y ya sabían lo que queríamos tomar. Se preocuparon ambos, de que todo fuera perfecto. Son los dos muy resolutivos y demostraron una excelente profesionalidad y amabilidad. Sus días libres los echamos de menos y francamente notamos el cambio. Gente como ellos son los que hacen que vuelvas al sitio o no. El agradecimiento de mi familia, en especial, a Carlos y Giselle

The check-in staff was professional, they took my bags to the room, even though they don't have a porter and picked them up and took them down to the shuttle. All of the amenities were closed when I got there. With COVID some things are being worked on. The restaurants were closed until 7pm. But I could order food through Glovo no room service until 7pm. If you are disabled or flying internationally, they are very helpful. I have a service dog and they were great about it. They have a place, like a park but unlit if you have your pet. It is just seconds across the front desk parking. The shuttle picked me up and it was very efficient and they drop you off right by the luggage carts and put them on for you. My checkin luggage was very heavy That was very good. They have $10 a day internet. The room is beautiful and very clean. Housekeeping and the shuttle are really good. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The checkout was a breeze. If you are needing to stay overnight in Madrid, this hotel is worth it!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. However, I was very disappointed with the restaurant serving the same menu everyday. They should include a "today's special" for variation. I was only able to eat in the restaurant twice due to the menu issue. Other that that, my experience at this hotel was perfect!

Nothing around, onsite restaurant has standard Spanish hours and is pricey. Room was clean and food was good over all.

Servicio de recepción positivo, servicio de atención positivo, habitaciones donde la intimidad entre dos o más no existe, estilo de interior positivo, y en definitiva todo acorde a sus estrellas.

Precioso hotel, lo único desagradable es que los lavabos del lobby de el hotel permanecen con muy mal olor. Por lo demás esta muy.

Fuii al restaurante. El lugar está muy bien para una comida profesional, es un hall típico de un buen hotel internacional. La comida ok pero definitivamente cara. Idem con las copas

Excelente atención y muy buen servicio. Han hecho todo lo posible para realizar una estadía increíble. Único defecto, que me quede encerrado en el ascensor.

My second stay at this hotel. Nice rooms, nice staff, decent food. The only problem (and this applies to all the Madrid airport hotels) is the numskull security guards manning the exit from the train station at Barajas T4 who will try to prevent you from getting to the hotel shuttle buses. I had exactly the same thing happen last year on my previous stay at the same hotel.

Deja mucho que desar que los servicios los cierren antes de las 11pm. No te recogen en el aeropuerto, no puedes cenar porque ya no hay servicio, no hay servicio de alimentos a cuartos. Mejor llega al Melia.

The staff at the Madrid Airport Hilton went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. From the shuttle service, the evening tapas, and finding a very comfortable room for two weary traveler that arrived early, the Hilton experience was wonderful

Stayed here with U19 FC Shakhtar Donetsk and had a great stay - highly recommended for any kind of trips- business, private, sports, family or even just for an overnight stop close to MAD.

Muy conveniente ubicación si llegas tarde a Madrid. Para su categoría, sorprende no encontrar champú y solo gel de ducha. También fue raro no encontrar lapicero y alguna hoja donde anotar. En otros hoteles de esta categoría siempre encuentras eso. Resultó conveniente el kit de café/té de cortesía que se encuentra en la habitación. Por lo demás, muy bien la habitación, las camas, la limpieza y la insonorización.

Bit of a mixed bag here. I loved the staff, the shuttle service and the breakfast for for early departures.
Status was honored wich i always appreciate.
The room felt a bit empty with white walls, lots of glass and metal. The furniture is very used and dated in terms of design.
My room 101 gave me “American Psycho”-Vibes. You know when you see it:)
Food was average with the mixed fruit plate being good, the ceasar salad was heavily overpriced for the poor quality.
I would probably only return if pool, gym and executive floor are available.

Fácil y cómodo, muy cerca del aeropuerto te acercan en un minibus cada poco tiempo y el garaje es cerrado y con cámaras.

Lovely room and ordinarily i would give a 4 star as there are loads of good things going for it. However, i booked with hilton to stay near the airport at a hotel with a gym and pool as i had a spare afternoon but very early flight and was only staying the one night. The day before i arrived i got an email saying the pool and gym are not open until 5pm. Given this was why i booked i looked to see if i could cancel. Of course you can by the cancellation charge is the the full room rate.because that makes sense. So effectively i couldnt cancel and insfead spent the afternoon in Madrid.

Dont get me wrong Madrid city is a great alternative. But do not advertise to me a 24 hour gym and pool among other things and then send me an email the day before saying they are not available.

Given the choice out there of pretty standard hotel chain of this quality i wont be back to a brand you cant trust.

Très bien situé. Entre l'Aéroport et le Centre ville.
Navette fréquente pour l'aéroport. Taxis toujours disponibles devant l'hotel.

Buen hotel pero su localización lo hace exclusivo para actividades cercanas al aeropuerto o de paso. Muy bueno el desayuno.

This hotel is a kind off airport hotel. Close to airport. Far a way to the city. Generally nice hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Resteruants are high quality. Stuff is very profesinsl. Every hour thereis shuttle to the airport and shopping center.

Hotel de lujo. Buenas habitaciones y desayuno. Cama buena pero algo dura. Carta del restaurante, un poco cara. Wifi limitada y lenta.

Waited 20 mins for Hotel bus and now are driving around every terminal. Lost hope of getting to Hotel. Should have stayed in central Madrid ad i would be in the Hotel by now. This is not convenient.

Sil0o utilice el servicio se aparcamiento. De ahí te llevan al aeropuerto en un minibus.el servicio de cinco días más traslados y recogida del aeropuerto (cualquier terminal) no es caro. Pero por tomar un café, nos robaron

Espectacular hotel, no solo por el diseño y la decoración, atención al detalle y personal atento y agradable. Muy buen desayuno buffet. Relacion calidad precio muy interesante. Ideal para hacer noche cerca del aeropuerto

Solid Hilton airport hotel. Nice executive lounge. Bathroom in the room too trendy. Doors are glass and they don't close all the way. Shame on whoever is responsible for that design. Comfy bed and free shuttle to the airport.

Es un hotel estupendo, muy bonito con un árbol de Navidad en el hold increíble. Trato de los empleados muy bueno. Muy limpio. Los ascensores de cristal permiten unas vistas del hold muy buenas. Las habitaciones son muy elegantes y chulas, bastante grandes. Sin duda el hotel más chulo en que he estado. A mi novia le encanta.

Over priced stay & located too far away from points of interest. Read the documents you're asked to sign & choose YOUR credit card currency conversion option. I was charged $100 more per night in US dollars, than I was originally quoted. I'll stay at a B&B or hostel or Air B&B next time.

What a gem! We stayed for two night it could have not been better. The rooms are spacious and comfortable but also clean, the shuttle not only picks and drops at airport for dress, but also can take you to the center of town at scheduled times for $3 euros per person. The train station is 10 minutes away and they have taxis out front. The breakfast has a array of tasty dishes coffee and fresh juices. This hotel is worth the money!

Comfortable bed and good service, including the airport shuttle. The bathroom walls are only frosted glass so there is little privacy and no chance for others to keep sleeping.

Stayed at this hotel many times on business trips to Madrid. Location close to airport but far away from center. Big shopping mall close by. The hotel is interesting in design but not very cozy. Would probably not recommend to tourists.

Lugar a un paso del aeropuerto, parking cubierto, llegamos sin problema y nos estaba esperando el bus para llevarnos al aeropuerto, y cuando volvimos del viaje, el autobús nos estaba esperando, servicio rápido y bueno, el próximo viaje ya sabemos donde dejar el coche.

Habitaciones espaciosas y muy cómodas, con un magnífico equipamiento, los desayunos con extensa variedad de alimentos salados y dulces cocina caliente a petición, huevos tortillas, etc

The rooms are nice and the staff quickly changed our room when the first room had a window that wouldn’t close. The rooms are quiet loud when it is windy, but i found the roaring sort of relaxing after awhile. The main issue we had was that since we arrived late there was no regular shuttle, you have to call and request it. We called multiple times but couldn’t get through to the front desk, so we had to take a taxi which cost us 20EUR, rather than the free shuttle.

Very bad experience. It was 9: 30 pm my room #521 was not clean. This morning March 17,2018, the housekeeping at 8: 30 am open the door I was sleeping and my husband was in the bathroom. We ask her to wait. At 9: 30 am we went to the shopping mall near the hotel we came back at 2pm and the room was not made. We asked to be clean. Well at 10 pm we came back and the did not clean, they not replace the towel. Not matter if you are GOLD MEMBER, or stay in the President or Executive Floor. Our flight is tomorrow morning and we have to begg for the service, this not right. Room is night but poor clean.and maintenance.

A modern and convenient hotel near by the airport. I stayed here after returning a rental car before flying back home the next morning. When I took a cab from airport to the hotel, the driver asked for 27 Euros. The airport was less than 5 km. I asked the bellman if that was legitimate, he said so. Ridiculous! The breakfast buffet was nice but the executive lounge did not offer much at all. The shuttle service to airport was one of the reasons I stayed here.

Very inattentive bar staff and expensive drinks and food when you eventually got it! Accident on wet shiny marble floor and first aider (? I doubt it!) cleaned up guest's cut and blood soaked face without essential gloves. I asked for ice for guest which eventually came wrapped in a serviette rather than medi bag of sterile plastic or similar. No one checked for concussion- manager then rushed off for a rubber mat for reception which should have been down in the first place bearing in mind it was pouring down outside! Guest left to sit at tqble alone. No wet floor signs at all. Saw guest later and he was still very shaken-hotel had not enquired how he was he told me. Unimpressed.

Buena comodidad, muy acogedor, y por supuesto muy buena limpieza. El personal muy amable, servicial y muy atento. El gimnasio es bastante completo con un entrenador a tu disposición muy amable y simpático, y la piscina es bastante amplio. Destaco el desayuno que es súper completo. Valoro mi estancia en general con un 10. Lo recomiendo! Pd: el parking es de pago.

Location near the airport so ideal for business people or tourist looking for easy transfer to airport to caych flight.around 6 miles from downtown madrid.they offer 3 shuttle service to downtown in tje AM but no pickup service. Taxi will cost you around 25 Euro on way or take the subway to end of line & walk about 15 mins thru residrntial neighborhood to hotel. I did both options.

El hotel es muy cómodo, la piscina y gimnasio están súper completos y tienes al entrenador atento para cualquier duda. Lo único que no me gusto mucho fue que no hay wifi gratuito en las habitaciones, sólo en las zonas comunes. El desayuno buffet muy normalito. Pero bien.

The front desk staff was amazing! We had a laundry issue and even though We arrived at Midnight they helped us out so that we could have coats clean by the time we departed at 7am.
