Hotel muy cerca del metro. Personal amable, habitaciones limpias, el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien.
El desayuno era un poco soso, las verduras faltaban por completo. Pero son suficientes para unos días de estancia.

En pleno agosto nos ponen en una habitación con aire estropeado. Nos cambian a una habitación que da a un patio de luces, pero nos da igual con tal de tener aire. Pero también funciona mal, y nevera no funciona. Al menos nos descontaron el parking.

Un tres estrellas, que parecían 4 muy limpio toda la habitación.
Otro punto a favor, el metro y la renfe en la misma puerta. Gracias por la cordialidad

Muy buena ubicación, personal muy agradable y una limpieza impecable. Es cierto que las habitaciones necesitan una reforma urgente y el buffet de desayunos tiene muy poca variedad sobre todo para las personas que no comemos carne. Lo mejor de todos los caramelos de manzana de recepción

Celebré mi boda en este lugar y fue increíble la atención, la comida y la estadía.
No tengo queja, el personal muy amable y atento. Recomendadísimo para aquellas personas que quieran realizar algún evento y de igual manera hospedarse allí.

Celebramos nuestra boda y nos alojamos en el hotel esa noche. Todo fue increíble, la atención de parte del encargado y de su equipo de camareros. La comida de la boda estaba deliciosa, a todos nuestros familiares y amigos les encanto. Muy recomendado este lugar, por su excelente servicio, ubicación y calidad.

Buena ubicación, desayuno bueno. Muy buena calefacción. Los baños un poco antiguos pero limpios.

No sound proof isolation, the staff starts cleaning rooms about 7.30 am and you can hear everything from loud talking to room vacuuming. Room looked oldschool with furnitures from 20 years ago. Worst stay at hotel ever.

El baño algo antiguo pero todo funciona bien. El buffet de desayuno correcto. Las habitaciones bien limpias y el personal muy amable

Das Positive: Lage ist top. Klimaanlage ist stark. 24h Rezeption. Betten extrem bequem. Sehr sauber. Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen. Fön im Bad.
In 15 min zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Mit der Cercanía für 3,60 zum Flughafen direkt in 40 min (T4). Alternativ mit der U-Bahn in die Stadt oder mit dem Bus. In der Nähe ist es voll mit Cafés und Restaurants. Highlight ist die Cidreria in der Nähe. Was nicht gut ist: Hotel ist in 90er Jahre Stil. Wasserdruck schwankt extrem. Zimmer zwar mit Kühlschrank, aber komplett leer. (Kein Nähzeug, nicht mal ein kleines Wasser) Zimmer sind hellhörig. Insgesamt eher Mittelklassehotel. Mehr 70 EUR die Nacht, solltest du nicht ausgeben.

Tenía reserva para unos días y, dado el trato en recepción cuando me acerqué a preguntar una serie de cuestiones de lo más NORMALES en un alojamiento, la cancelé.

Good location with lots of convenient public transport close by. A bit noisy, but clean. Friendly stuff.

Kein Hotel das man für mehr als 50€ pro Nacht empfehlen kann.
Die Einrichtung ist abgenutzt, die Klimaanlage bringt wenig, rauscht laut und scheppert sogar.
Das Frühstück ist nicht der Rede wert, es gibt 2 verschiedene Scheiben Toast zur Auswahl und keine Brötchen. Die restliche Auswahl ist auch sehr traurig.

Daher 50€ pro Nacht oder meidet diesen Laden.

Muy bien comunicado con la estación de metro y de autobús justo al lado del hotel. Habitación amplia y tranquila. Para repetir en otra ocasión

Recently spent a month travelling around Spain and stayed here for 4 days. I would have to say this is a very underrated hotel. We stayed at a hotel in the Gran Via area that was 3 times as much and it was nice but for the price this was the best bang for the buck. It’s right next to the bus stop and the metro so you can get pretty much anywhere. All staff were professional and courteous and it’s a nicer quiet area where you can sit out in the park and enjoy a relaxing evening if you wish. Rooms were good sized for Europe and there is a fridge and safe. AC was nice and cold even during the heat wave. If ever returning to Madrid this hotel will be at the top of my list.

I’ve travelled to many hotels across many countries and Roberto is at the top of my list of customer service employees. Roberto was amazing and truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He truly is the epiphany of great customer service.

Good hotel with attached train, bus and metro stations. I stayed here for more than 20 days.good breakfast included. I never tried restaurant here. English speaking reception.other facilities mentioned in website are not seen. As per Indian standard it's a 2 star hotel.room size is good.

My father had a medical emergency and had to have surgery which forced him to change plans. We tried to cancel the reservation over a week in advance. The hotel refused. We are out $264 dollars because of their cancellation policy. Holiday Inn, can you guess which hotel brand will not be getting any more of my family's money?

Hotel discreto en avenida de las acacias en Madrid. Discreto, pero muy limpio, perfecto para ir de pasada por negocios

Wifi crashes every 5 seconds on every device we brought. Even the "premium wifi" is absolute garbage.

Austero y sencillo, habitaciones y baños muy amplios. Buen precio, parada de metro y cercanías en la puerta. Tranquilo y silencioso, se duerme muy bien. Hotel muy recomendable.

Another classic ihg hotel. Good location ideal for business trips. Metro next door helps commuting. Staff was friendly however walls are thin and the Chinese neighbour's were not so quiet bit it's not hotels fault. I could not find good restaurants in the close vicinity so I would recommend to look online for suggestions or ask the hotel personnel. Otherwise all good and reasonable prices.

Very nice city hotel. Very clean, good breakfast and service. Not far from old town (10 to 15 min walk) with Plaza Mayor and the streets plenty of nice places to eat. Metro just by the door, bus stop and plenty of taxis passing by

Very good customer service, spacious clean room, good toiletries, no hair conditioner though; some how far from the Center of Madrid, although the Metro Station is few steps away (line 5 to Callao Station or Gran Via take you direct). Over all rating is 4 stars.

Personal muy atento, muy buenas instalaciones. Asistí solo a un curso. La sala era comoda, con luz natural y buen wifi. El servicio de café excelente.

Great location and very friendly staff (thanks Victor!), but the parking lot is ridiculously tight and the beds are too firm and uncomfortable. Also, the wireless internet is very slow. Uploading photos to share is painful!

Muy buen sitio es muy bonito y hay muy bien ambiente. La gente es muy agradable y se comportan muy bien con Tigo. La comida muy buena y los bares son excelentes igual que los restaurantes. Me gusta mucho el sitio

Lo reserve en el último momento y me hicieron un upgrade sin pedirlo. Muy amables en recepción y la cama era gigante y dura, como me gusta. Está muy céntrico, con cantidad de bares y restaurantes en las inmediaciones, así como Madrid Río. Justo tiene una calle al lado bastante tranquila y que suele tener donde aparcar.

Buen hotel, muy bien comunicado, muy agradable, buena atención, camas muy cómodas, buen desayuno, el horario del servicio de camareros y cocina es muy justo puesto q cuando llegas de viaje cansado y sobre las 22: 30 H, ya no te sirven la cena, lo cual es una contrariedad tremenda, y no hay donde comprar nada cerca para cenar
