Hotel Crowne Plaza Madrid Airport

Muy buena opción si tienes un vuelo por la mañana en Barcelona. Además tienen un shuttle al aeropuerto, muy rapido y puntual, ademas de barato.
Nos atendieron de lo mejor y la habitación, como es de esperar en estos hoteles, estaba siempre impecable.
También te dan agua, café y algunos snack de cortesía todos los días.

Muy buena opción para llegar. Estuve una noche, entre vuelos, hotel limpio comida deliciosa y personal muy amable & atento, claro que regresaría!

LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA DE MI VIDA, en este hotel se metieron en mi cuarto y me ROBARON el DINERO, mis PASAPORTES y mi B0LSA (la persona decia ser empleado del hotel) yo creo que si y todos estan en complicidad porque hasta el dia de hoy continuo esperando que respondan mis correos electronicos y me den la informacion del reporte policial y NUNCA me enviaron nada. Yo si les envie mi reporte policial: inclusive les dije que mis audifonos del iphone tienen la direccion donde se encuentran mis pertenencias en este momento y nesecito comunicarme con su investigador y ni asi me dan la informacion. POR ESO CREO QUE TODOS AHI EN EL HOTEL SON COMPLICES EN ESTE ROBO comparto esta informacion para que a nadie le toque vivir esta horrible experiencia. No podia salir de Espana porque tambien se robaron mis pasaportes. Yo continuo llamandoles y siempre dicen que se comunicaran conmigo pero no lo hacen.

No hay mucha diferencia con el Travelodge. No vale la pena pagar más por esto. Malas instalaciones y peor ubicación ya que está en un polígono industrial. No hay transporte público como trenes alrededor. Evitar.

El hotel es muy bonito y todo gracias al recepcionista (Anthony) por su hermosa cooperación.
Pero lo raro es que intentaron retirar de mi cuenta una cantidad de 100 euros, pero no había saldo, y luego retiraron 3 euros, sabiendo que había pagado el importe de la pernoctación y no les quité más.

Un personal muy amable, habitación bonita y limpia con todas las comodidades necesarias para un viaje corto.

Me alojé aquí por un viaje de trabajo. El personal me pareció muy amable y servicial, especialmente porque tuve que llevar mi equipaje al hotel debido a que perdí mi vuelo de conexión. La habitación estaba limpia y confortable.

The hotel should review the policy for cancellation by covid, I managed to cancel all hotels on a trip except this one.

Adorámos este lugar. O Hotel é muito bonito e acolhedor. O pessoal muito simpático e prestativo. Os quartos são silenciosos e confortáveis. Quartos amplos para família de 4 pessoas. Fica fora da confusão de Madrid. Boa qualidade de pequeno almoço.

Great value for the larger sized rooms. I booked the executive room but was not offered the lounge access until I asked the next day. Slow internet. Pros are, parking was free when i visited (dec 2021) and restaurant food is good. Though room service is highly discouraged as they got my orders wrong but could not return.

Not a bad option if you’re looking for a nice hotel near airport.
Rooms are spacious and clean. No noise although it’s close to airport. This is my second time at this hotel.
Once thing I noticed it’s that staff is very cold. Specially afternoon/evening. Not unprofessional but very cold.
Personally it’s a hotel I recommend.

Este hotel está a apenas quince minutos del aeropuerto. Muy cómodo si necesitas hacer noche antes de coger el vuelo. Las habitaciones son amplias y están muy limpias. Hay doble ventana así que está muy bien insonorizado. El personal de recepción, restaurante y limpieza de habitaciones súper amable. Tiene parking con plazas de garaje amplias. El desayuno es tipo buffet y está muy rico.

Good hotel, quite a long way from the airport - the bed in my room was less a mattress and more a block of solid concrete, it was one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in, not really what you want in an airport hotel when you want to maximise sleep

No lo conocía a pesar de estar ubicado muy cerca de mi domicilio, me pareció interesante y acogedor.

El hotel es bonito las camas son muy cómodas y las habitaciones son increíbles pero las ventanas no se abren y me agobia, si se supone que es para evitar que la gente se suicidé en hoteles ami me dan ganas de romperlas a cabezazos pero bueno quitando eso y que te multan con 200€ por fumar el hotel esta muy bien pero me toca la moral tener que salir del recinto solo a fumar cuando podría hacerlo en la ventana o una zona común. Pero bueno sin más el personal simpático y la estancia es buena.

Be careful of their cancellation policy. I cancelled my reservation for 3 rooms 4 days before the booking but they charged me almost 900 euro and said 2 of the rooms were not cancelled. I regard this a fraudulent.

The hotel is a long way from any restaurant etc. It is not possible to walk to them too. If you have a car might work. I would never stay here again

Es la segunda vez que me alojo aqui, a 12 minutos de la terminal T2. Recomiendo la estancia si tienes que coger un vuelo temprano. La habitacion es amplia, la cama muy comoda, te dan cepillo de dientes, zapatillas, kit para afeitado etc. Si sales de madrugada puedes cogerte un cafe y algo de bolleria para desayunar de forma gratuita. Muy recomendable!

El hotel muy bien; cabe destacar la atención del personal, la limpieza diaria de la habitación. Ideal para familias.

De ruido nada, y las cortinas oscurecen muy bien. Ni falta que hace los antifaces para dormir.

We (Family of 6) specifically booked this hotel for the shuttle bus to the airport. The morning of the flight we were advised that the bus would take a max of 4 persons because it was shared with other companies. Staff very rude/aggressive also.

Possibly the best quality food in Malaga. Outstanding service and value. Of special note was the unique and flawless pollo burrito wrapped neatly in a pastry that can only be described as "inspired".

Hotel perdido en mitad de una carretera.
El autobús al aeropuerto empieza a las 7: 00, por lo que si tienes que ir antes te toca pagar un taxi.
El desayuno empieza a las 7: 00, si te vas antes te lo pueden preparar para llevar.
Mobiliario de calidad pero muy antiguo, como la televisión.
Dudo que repita en este hotel, y vale lo que cuesta.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and the transit bus for the airport start at 7: 00 (before this time you will need a taxi).
Furniture is good quality but very old (as the TV)
Breakfast starts at 7: 00, if you need to leave before they will prepare something to collect in the morning.
Bed is comfy
It is not value for money in my opinion

I’ve travelled across 50+ airport hotels and not a single airport hotel has a shuttle that goes every hour and has 10 seats in it. So either you end up going there way too early or just have to take a taxi. And then Front desk shows attitude that you can take a taxi. Hello, then why did i book hotel with an airport shuttle if i just had to take a taxi. That was not all. I checked in to “certified clean” room to find two half consumed cans of beer and redbull in mini bar. They did really clean the room. In these Covid times; this is how you lose customer confidence. Overall horrible experience and would not recommend anyone to stay here

Everything in the hotel is Excellent. The twin room is well equipped with everything you may need. The beds are so comfy. You can sleep very quietly due to the excellent sound isolation. The airport transfer is free of charge and the bus is very clean and new. There is an extra care of cleaning and hygiene in the hotel.
Special thanks to Marta in the reception team. She is very helpful and kind. I can feel her smile even beyond her face mask.

Airport transfer is included with your stay. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Front desk speaks fluent English, Spanish and probably another foreign language. You can get antigen test at last minute before your departure to the airport.

This is a wonderful hotel to stay at when flying into Madrid. It is the perfect place to recover from jet lag and catch up on sleep. We were so happy to find a large comfortable bed with clean sheets and great pillows. The shower is large with strong water pressure. They leave plenty of soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, and lotion. The room has a fridge, hot water heater with coffee and tea. Gillselli (sp?), who checked us in couldn't have been nicer, she was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely stay here if you need to be close to the Madrid airport.

Muy malas formas al recibirlo en recepción, no había ni shampoo en la habitación y los de la cafeteria caras serias. No volvemos.

Very quiet and boring, just what I wanted! Coffee maker in room, triple glazed windows to stop airplane noise pollution, modern and clean with a double door to help stop noise from guests arriving or departing for the airport, when people are at their noisiest for some reason. Only negative is the location, as it's too far from the metro system.

Terraza descubierta por casualidad. Muy agradable para tomar algo o incluso para cenar.
La camarera muy agradable y servicial, un 10 para ella que estaba sola y atendió todo muy bien y con la sonrisa que atravesaba la mascarilla.
Otro 10 para la cocina, que creo que llegue en un momento de máxima tensión, pero todo salió bien y rapido.

Receptionist was friendly and spoke english well. Underground free parking. Very large room with comfortable beds. Nice towels. Big bathtub and a separate shower. Coffee and tea in the room. Paid 79Euro, so decent price but not great compared to other rates as Spain comes out of Covid. The negatives are that the hotel is in need of a serious update since it appears the furniture, carpets, etc.are well-worn. Also I was shocked at how filthy everything appeared by the entry and in the lobby, hallways, elevator, etc. Looked like nothing had been wiped down in years.truly gross and I considered going to another hotel but the good news is that the room was pretty clean. If I were the manager I'd get all hands on deck and clean the heck out of EVERYTHING. A power washer outside the entry would help too.

Los y las trabajadoras han sido impecables. La habitación bien pero la cena fue lo peor experiencia que he tenido en mucho tiempo. 20€ por un trozito microscópico de salmón congelado y medio crudo con unas zanahoria y unas habas congeladas y un trozo de pimiento carbonizado. Vamos que la cocina post pandemia no se puede ni llamar cocina.

Lo recomiendo 100%. La habitación grande con dos camas de matrimonio, limpieza diaria, el baño de ese tipo de habitación con ducha y bañera. En la habitación te pone agua y te con galletas gratis que reponen todos los dias. En mi habitación no era el caso pero en otras había Nespresso gratis. El bufete del desayuno sin tener mil cosas (que no hacen falta) está muy bien porque tienen de todo para todos los gustos para desayunar. Las cámaras super atentas les pedí una cosa que no veía y me la sacaron. Mi único miedo era la cercanía del aeropuerto, pues está tan tan bien insonorizado que el aeropuerto no existe. El precio genial, buena comunicación al lado de autovía.

Hermoso hotel, muy buena ubicación a escasos minutos del aeropuerto. Lo que más he disfrutado de las veces que he estado allí (motivos laborales) es de la hermosa terraza que tienen, donde se pueden apreciar muy de cerca los aviones. No me he hospedado, pero he estado en la parte de las salas de conferencias y son impecables. Y la cafetería muy buena. Seguramente las habitaciones lo serán también. Recomendado!

Service was the definite highlight here - professional reception, free hotel shuttle. Was upgraded as Platinum to an overly spacious room with rainfall showers and a jacuzzi. Location is a bit far out and not nearby anything, but perfectly suitable for an overnight airport layover with the shuttle services.

Los alrededores no invitan a pasear, zona desangelada y alejada de bares y restaurantes.
Las instalaciones bastante bien, habitación de buen tamaño con un baño amplio. Pequeños detalles a mejorar (intuyo que en una época preCovid no serÍa necesario ni decirlo), la nevera no enfriaba suficiente, rejilla de desagüe de la ducha rota.
En cuanto a la atención personal, todo muy correcto. Incluso tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con la TV de la habitación y nos proporcionaron otra habitación sin demora.

El hotel está muy bien, muy limpio y es excepcional por estar cerca del aeropuerto. Tienen transfer para llevarte y traerte, incluido en el precio de la habitación. Sin duda, pienso repetir.

Años durmiendo en este hotel con mi compañía. Y de repente de ser cliente gold (con bebida o puntos) a no ser nadie pq se ha reiniciado?

El hotel es muy cómodo, muy limpio y con habitaciones muy agradables. Lo único por poner una queja es el precio del desayuno, se cobra como precio de una comida en el centro de Madrid, que en realidad está muy lejos y alrededor no hay nada, te quedas obligado a pagar 15 euros por un desayuno. La comida del restaurante tampoco es gran cosa, tiene sabor a congelado la pasta y la pizza. Es un buen hotel pero con limitaciones a la hora de comer.

I booked a room without refund in case of cancelation, after i check the hotel's policy about a free baby crib, the hotel didnt accept to accommodate us with the baby, and didnt agree for a full refund althou the hotel policy says diffrently, its was 5 months pre order, and still didnt accept to refund or to follow thier own policy about babies, seems like they dont want small infant in thier hotel.

The hotel is 30 minutes from the airport in the middle of nowhere. There's no where to eat or shop outside of the hotel within walking distance. Everything is a 10 plus euro.cab ride away. The room was super quite and there is a car rental in the hotel. Warning: breakfast does not start until 7am. That's not convenient for a "airport" hotel.

Servicio renting de coches. Traslado cortesia a las distintas terminals. Parking larga estancia en el propio hotel y en los bajos de otro hotel a 200 metros (gato azul o negro se llama). Habitaciones cuadruples son 2 de matrimonio normales IMPRESIONANTES. Limpieza y silencio asegurado.

Las habitaciones están bien, pero la atención deja que desear, no nos indicaron bien como coger el autobús a Madrid, los niños se comieron 2 sándwich de pollo y me cobraron 28€, una pasada.
Por la mañana cierran la cafetería y te obligan a pagar 14€ por el Buffet desayuno o esperar hasta las 10: 30 para poder tomar un simple café.

It was amazing at my stay there even though we all spoke different languages we used a translator to help. All the staff were nice and helpful. The shuttle bus was very nice. The food they served was REALLY GOOD. I came to Madrid for my birthday so thank you crowne plaza and i hope to stay with u in the future.

Lugar de fácil acceso, trato bueno, bufet bueno aunque algo escaso en variedad, servicio de habitaciones muy lento salimos pronto de mañana hacer deporte y cuando volvimos a las 11: 00 seguían sin hacerse hicimos tiempo en el restaurante consumiendo, subimos media hora después y nada, increíble pero cierto, muy muy lento así que decidimos ducharnos y que ya no pasasen, muy triste la verdad!
