Buen ambiente y comida decente. Me hubiera gustado más opciones españolas que internacionales.

La ubicación justo en la tienda libre de impuestos me pareció extraña.

De lo contrario, gran lugar con muchos asientos y excelente servicio.

Definitivamente volveremos.

Sala muy amplia, preciosa decoración con sillas y sillones comodísimos. Dos opciones de comidas: a la carta y bufet. Optamos por éste último, muy variado y rico.
Personal muy amable.
Y los baños impecables!
Un placer haber estado allí.

Variación de residuos de alimentos de buena calidad. El servicio también mantiene limpia la zona. No hay separación de bastones de vidrio y plástico pero supongo que se separará después.

En lo que respecta a las salas VIP, esta está a la altura de las mejores. La comida y la bebida eran mejores de lo habitual y las instalaciones eran cómodas, céntricas e impecables.

CUIDADO ALÉRGENOS! Hay suficientes personas que tienen intolerancias o alergias importantes a los lácteos. Dejando a un lado el detalle que además de la leche vegetal en botella no había ninguna opción de comida porque prácticamente todo lleva lácteos y tampoco había yogurt vegetal. Nunca había visto una forma tan tonta y peligrosa de manejar los alérgenos. La leche vacuna, deslactosada y vegetal están todas en botellas iguales sin ningún tipo de marcación! A lado están unos cartelitos describiendo las leches, obviamente quien sea que las tome puede devolverlas en el lugar equivocado. Hay algo peor de tomar algo que provoca alergia (en algunos casos con reacciones extremas) antes de abordar un vuelo intercontinental?

Nice lounge in the 4S Terminal. Nice selection of hot lunch items but they could have been at a hotter temperature. I guess I timed my arrival just right as not long after I had selected, the hot food was cleared away and replaced with salads and sandwiches. Ice-cream not replaced very often. Had to walk up to the other end to find only 2 tubs left. Otherwise coffee good, drinks selection good, toilets clean and in general a nice place to spend a few hours before my flight.

Sitio muy cómodo para disfrutar de un picoteo mientras esperas a que salga tu avión. Posiblemente le pueda faltar un poco de variedad en la comida.

Very bad attitude at the counter. I came in without boarding pass due to their own Iberia flight at Hamburg unable to issue me so I’m using my only boarding pass with my luggage tag and the guy here said he is doing me a favour to let me enter without my CX boarding pass. What kind of attitude is this. I’m a their passenger and they are supposed to issue me boarding pass but due to connection flight is CX and is their own responsibility not me. The staffs here is don’t understand what is professional service and lack of service to international people I will write to Cathay Pacific for sure in this bad bad bad experience at Madrid

Nice, good environment, plenty of food & spirits choices. As well option to refresh at showers room.
Finally, it is conveniently located at duty free area

Excelente VIP Lounge. Espacioso y con variedad de comida fria y caliente. En rush hour posiblemente no haya asientos/sofas disponibles. Instalacion completa con duchas, guarda maleta, etc.

There are a lot of comfortable long chairs and tables to sit with your group or family.

Two buffets in each end of the room have quick bites yo have and some plates like Paella and Pasta with a drink to choose from the bars and fridges: liquors, beers, colas, water or wine.

It deserves the price to pay for a long trip business class ticket in Iberia.

Pretty good airport lounge. It's not easy to find. It's in the middle of the duty free, and the reception staff are a bit surly. But inside it's light and airy, there's lots of seats, tables and plugs, a good kids area, and good quality food. Plus there's a great view of the runway and the hills beyond. Really quite a good lounge.

Iberia spared no expense in constructing this incredible lounge. Great food, selection of drinks, and amenities. Every chair has usb and power charging ports, and there's a wide selection of periodicals. Showers and comfortable bathrooms. It's Iberia, so you'll be greeted with a sneer and indifference, but otherwise a spectacular experience.

Sala vip davvero molto buona, completa e molto molto spaziosa. L'unico punto da migliorare la prontezza del servizio, molto spesso il buffet è vuoto o parzialmente vuoto e si deve aspettare davvero molto, si trovano molti tavoli e aree da ripulire, penso ci sia poco personale. Comunque apparte questo davvero molto buona.

The lounge was very peaceful with plenty of comfortable places to sit. The food and refreshments we're good and well stocked. It's after passport control and tucked away in terminal 4S, not well signposted or advertised, at least not for me. I would recommend a visit for travellers and their guest/s who have a bit of time to wait before their flight.

Excelente lounge para relajarse y esperar el vuelo. No estaba muy ocupado por lo que resultó silencioso y tranquilo. Buena selección de comida para el desayuno, muy buen café y variedad de bebidas para disfrutar. La atención muy buena. Pantallas por doquier para ver el estado del vuelo.

Lounge area is nice and clean. Facilities are decent and there was a lot of free space, as this is a big lounge.
Food at the lounge was sub standard. This was a big disappointment for an international lounge. I think they need to improve a lot on this. No hot food served during lunch.

Todo es bastante nuevo y el personal amable. La luminosidad es muy alta en toda la planta, lo que impide lograr algún espacio para descansar más

A very comfortable and spacious lounge with plenty of drink options. I was slightly less keen on some of the food options but that's personal taste.

There is plenty of seating, tables and good facilities if you need to shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. The male toilets were closed for a short while during my stay for cleaning so a 2nd set of toilets down the other end of the large lounge may help to improve this.

Je le trouvais déjà très bien, mais c'est vrai qu'il avait besoin d'une petite rénovation. Il a été très bien modernisé et répond tout à fait aux standards d'un très bon salon VIP.

Es la mejor sala Vip que hay en toda la T4. Amplia, comoda y con muchos servicios, incluso duchaa y zonas para dormir. Para mi el punto débil es la zona buffet. Creo que deberian tener mas variedad y sobre todo en las horas de comidas y cenas.

Not the easiest business class lounge to find. But once your there, it's spacious, with good wi-fi, good selection of buffet snacking food, good selection of non and alcoholic drinks. Good clean toilets. Wheel chair access everywhere.

Todo estupendo excepto los baños; si, muy modernos pero pequeños, faltos de ventilación (con el consiguiente mal olor) y Sucios.

Bien para tener privacidad, comer algo mientras esperas tu vuelo.sólo harían falta unas duchas.ya que hice una escala bastante larga y llegada de un vuelo transatlántico.

Exelente el mejor, mucha variedad, buena calidad de productos. Además tiene duchas y lugar como para dormir.

Deja mucho que desear cuando se compara a otras salas vip. El aire acondicionado esta apagado, el surtido del buffet da lastima, no tiene wifi propio etc. Ahora que si te conformas con un cafe con leche esta muy bien. Yo termine saliendo de la sala a las areas comunes por que estaba mas fresco allí.

Sala Vip Lounge dì Iberia.sono stato colpito dalla pulizia dalla presenza costante di camerieri e cuochi che mantenevano tutto perfettamente pulito nei minimi dettagli dal pavimento alle lampade. Tantissima varietà di alcolici e superalcolici bibite e frutta diverse portate al self-service di buona qualità.
Vale la pena usufruirne.
Ambiente spazioso molto accogliente, rilassante e silenzioso con una zona giochi dedicata ai bambini.
