Pedí una hermosa pluma estilográfica Nakaya a través de Iguana Sell en línea (estoy en el Reino Unido) y tuve una excelente experiencia con el equipo. El servicio al cliente fue impecable con respuestas rápidas y corteses tanto a través de su servicio Whatsapp como por correo electrónico desde mis preguntas iniciales hasta la personalización de mi pedido cuando llegó el momento.

El bolígrafo en sí es hermoso, tomó algún tiempo debido a que estaba hecho a mano y se optó por cierta personalización, pero fui consciente de la espera desde el principio y, para ser honesto, simplemente aumentó la emoción.

Recientemente hice una compra para realizar un regalo. El regalo consistía en una estilográfica y una funda. La gestión ha sido impecable.
La estilográfica la recibí a tiempo de poder entregar el regalo.
Respecto de la funda y después de necesitar varias gestiones respecto del modelo a encargar, el destinatario del regalo indicó que ya tenía funda apropiada y que no necesitaba ninguna otra, por lo que tuve que contactar para pedir la cancelación de la compra.
Como decía, he recibido un trato y una gestión impecables.
Simplemente indicar que cuando el trato recibido es de esta calidad y las gestiones así de efectivas, por norma general el cliente satisfecho repite. Al menos en mi caso así ha sido.

Great purchase all the way around, I was extremly impressed. The Ball Engineer III Marvelite I purchased arrived in New condition with all boxes, manuals and warranty cards.
At first I was hesitant to purchase from Iguana, since I have never heard of them or known anyone who has purchased a watch; but the price of the Ball Engineer III Marvelite was great and having all shipping and taxes covered was unbelievable. To my delighted surprise, this was actually the smoothest watch purchases I have ever made online.
Delivery was fast (Spain to USA) and all import taxes and fees were covered.
I will be purchasing all my future watches from Iguana. I currently have my eye on the Alpina Alpiner Extreme, as soon as the black arrives I shall return and if it goes as smooth again I will leave another review for the Iguana team.

Compré un reloj Alpinex el 10 de enero de 2022, hace justo un año. Desde entonces se ha pasado mas de 4 meses en el taller de Alpina, y en los 8 restantes NUNCA ha funcionado correctamente. Desde el primer día, el reloj se desprogramaba, se cambiaba de hora solo, y se bloqueaba. De golpe, el nivel de batería bajaba del 80 al 10%, el gps podía pasarse horas buscando señal (sin conseguirlo casi nunca), etc. Hasta que un dia dejó de funcionar. Apagón total, envío a fabrica y dos meses de espera. Una vez recibido de vuelta, la pantalla táctil no funcionó nunca más, el gps seguía sin conectarse, un día se desprogramó y no se conectaba a la app del móvil con lo que era imposible reiniciarlo. Suerte que cuando se acabó la batería se paró y al cargarlo se reinició y volvió a funcionar.
El remate fue cuando tras una actividad deportiva, todo el reloj estaba empañado de humedad por dentro, cristal y maquinaria. Al quitármelo, comprobé que faltaba uno de los tornillos de sujeción de la tapa trasera. Poco después se apagaba definitivamente. Es increíble que tras estar dos meses el reloj en el taller, el maravilloso servicio técnico de Alpina sea incapaz de comprobar ni la calidad de su reparación, ni la estanqueidad.
A todo esto Iguana Sell, se ha lavado las manos absolutamente. Solo buenas palabras y disculpas, pero nada más. Se han desentendido por completo del problema diciendo que la responsabilidad es de Alpina, pero a quien he comprado y pagado el reloj es a ellos, vendedores autorizados por la marca.
Cuando pregunté, tras la primera reparación, qué piezas se habían reparado o cambiado, y cual era la avería detectada, me respondieron que como el fabricante no me había cobrado nada por la reparación (está en garantía) no podía saber que habían hecho con el mi reloj.
A dia de hoy sigo sin saber nada del reloj, ya que según Iguana Sell, Alpina está de vacaciones. Iguana Sell lamenta mucho la situación, pero ayer ya me confirmaron telefónicamente, que siguendo su política de post venta y averías seguiran desentendiendose del tema.

La montre Uboat est très belle. L'huile donne des reflets magnifiques à la lumière. Très belle finition. Très bonne expérience client avec Iguana Sell avant la commande (utilisation du Chat). La livraison a été effectué sous moins de 2 jours. Je recommande chaudement.

This Victorinox Army Swiss Fieldforce timepiece is fantastic! It has everything I love about a watch: accurate, functional, very visual, cool design, water proof, with date/day also very visible, and really classy as well. I’ve always enjoyed doing business with Iguana Sell and again, the experience with my latest purchase, a Montblanc 149 Flex, was no different. There was a back order delay with this pen so I had to wait a few months to receive it. I interacted with them on a few occasions about this and they were always gracious. Once the pen was shipped, it arrived promptly and well packaged.

There was another pen with a 40 day manufacturing delay and when the pen arrived it was the wrong colour. I was informed about it and promptly refunded on request.

I really can’t complain about doing business with them and highly recommend them.

Ordered a watch there. It was my falut that i did not see its not in stock. I contacted support and changed my order to the same watch, but the bigger version. They had it in stock and less than 24h later its on my wrist.

Llevo años comprando y de un tiempo a esta parte han dado un bajón importante tanto en servicio, con errores en los envíos y retrasos injustificados como en atención al cliente. Si tienes "suerte" de que te toque en Atención al Cliente un tal Javier Costa, date por perdido, su trato es displicente no hace nada en pro del cliente y hasta se permite burlarse de ti. Lamentable la espiral en que han entrado.
Si vas a comprar una estilográfica hay mil sitios donde comprar infinitamente más profesionales.

Me llamó la atención el diseño de Visconti, personalmente no conocía la marca y por eso adquirí una estilográfica y, estoy muy contenta la verdad. Tiene buenos acabados, no pesa mucho en la mano y en cuanto a la escritura, me ha gustado, se adapta a la forma de escribir de uno. La tinta sale con tanta fluidez que parece que escribe sola. El plumín F en este modelo, tiende más a ser un M de otras estilográficas como las Sheaffer, aunque no tanto como una Cross, diría que está en el medio de las dos en cuanto a plumín. No puedo opinar sobre si será una pluma para toda la vida, porque la acabo de comprar, pero cumple con todas la expectativas para ser una pluma para el día a día. Satisfecha con la compra y con el servicio recibido por parte del equipo de Iguana Sell. "

Adquirí un reloj Junghans 1972 en la WEB por unos nada despreciables 651,90€. Se me confirmo el pedido en dos ocasiones y en una tercera que me indicaban que estaban pendientes de recibirlo para “realizar un exhaustivo control de calidad” para hacer la entrega.

Pasados ONCE días se dan cuenta que el precio era erróneo, que el precio al que lo adquirí era el precio de COSTE (dicho por ellos) y me cancelan el pedido, e intentan “colarme” una carta de la Marca, lo cual no es en lo absoluto cierto, se trata del mayorista con sede en Barcelona el cual me remite una escueta carta, en INGLÉS (espero no le multe la Generalitat al no escribir en catalán) donde me indica otro precio.

Obviamente al no estar de acuerdo, ya que los errores del vendedor no pueden de manera alguna afectar los derechos del comprador, le solito me indique si en su WEB hay hojas de reclamación, ya que en Madrid, donde tiene su tienda física y les consta mi dirección en la misma Comunidad es OBLIGATORIO y me derivan a la pagina de consumo de la Comunidad, vaya atención al cliente.

No logro entender como una empresa supuestamente seria, que no lo es en absoluto, se da el lujo en estos tiempos de no solo perder un cliente, que lo ha perdido, sino ademas de tener una atención o mejor dicho la falta de la misma y tener la desfachatez de intentar engañar a un cliente con una carta de “La Marca” firmada por un tercero. Acaso creen que no me daría cuenta? O que no procedería a comunicar a la marca, de la cual según señalan son distribuidores autorizados, su manera de actuar.

Es la primer vez que me decido por comprar un reloj de esta marca y me han hecho recapacitar, si así se desempeña su distribuidor autorizado, no me quiero imaginar hacer efectiva una garantía.

En resumen, ni por error entren en esa pagina, busquen otro distribuidor.

Edit: IguanaSell has reached out and has issued me my refund with an apology. I have changed the review from 1 star to 3 stars since IguanaSell has always been prompt in replying.

Summary: Mistakenly ordered a watch, tried to cancel - Iguanasell has not canceled or refunded. Customer service disregarded parts of my email, tried to get me to purchase another product instead. Asking when the order would be canceled is met with "a very soon" - after 7+ days. I like purchasing from smaller stores since they are more personalized/friendly and less corporate, but at this point I rather have a automated cancellation button or a customer service like amazon.

I mistakenly ordered a watch (#1) from Iguanasell about a week ago. I promptly, realizing my mistake, sent a email to Iguanasell asking them to cancel my order since they did not have a automated system to do so - I also included the reason for the cancellation: the watch was similar to a limited edition (#2) I was looking for.

Iguanasell: The reply came quickly, within hours, saying that a cancellation email should follow. The customer service representative clearly had not read my entire email thoroughly, as they asked for the reason of my cancellation.

Me: I thought this was strange, but I did not think much of it and proceeded to email a reply stating again, the watch was similar to a limited edition (#2) I was looking for.

Iguanasell: replied with a picture another limited edition watch (#3) from the same maker, asking if I was interested in switching my order without giving me a cancellation or a refund. In another automated, seperate email, Iguanasell said they were acquiring the watch (#1) I ordered in the first place.

Me: I replied, saying I am not interested in other products, and asked them again, to cancel my order.

Iguanasell: replied they cannot get the watch (#2) I am looking for, but ignored my request of cancellation still - did not cancel my order.

This was strange, so I reached out to IguanaSell on chat, asking when my order would be canceled - "The order will be cancelled very soon. "

I waited a day, but the order was still not canceled. So I decided to look up IguanaSell on other platforms, where I saw other horror stories of not being refunded, products being list "in stock" when they were not (and arriving months later), and general poor customer service.

I am not sure what IguanaSell has to gain by not refunding/canceling my order. I will be following up with a paypal dispute soon after one final email- and perhaps a call to American Express.

Muy disgustada, muy mala gestión en la entrega. Necesitaba tener hoy el pedido que había hecho, y así lo comuniqué. Me he ofreci a pasar por la tienda a recogerlo y me propusieron amablemente que me lo mandaban por mensajería.
Mi sorpresa ha sido hoy cuando no tenía ningún tipo de información sobre el envío. Les llamo y me dicen que lo sienten mucho pero que mi paquete lo tiene la mensajería que acaba de recogerlo y hasta mañana no lo entregarán.
He pedido una solución, ir a recogerlo a cualquier punto por ejemplo, y la única respuesta que me dan es que solo puedo esperar a que la mensajería haga la entrega. Probablemente mañana.
Si hubieran dado una información veraz este problema se hubiera podido evitar.

Overall an excellent buying experience. I bought my first watch from Iguana Sell - a Sinn 104 white dial. The watch arrived at my UK address within 2 days of me placing the order - great service. My only issue is that the Sinn 104 normally comes with a spring bar tool. The box contained the loops to hold the spring bar tool, but there was no tool in the box. Other than that, I can't fault Iguana Sell.

Watch ordered and shipped overseas to the US at very good pricing. No issues with merchandise.

Compré una pluma y les solicité una ligera rebaja ya que era una pluma cara e iba a pagar al contado. Efectivamente me la hicieron, o eso pensaba yo. Días después, buscando información de la pluma, vi que ellos mismos la vendían en ebay por el precio al que me la habían dejado. Es decir, que en realidad no me aplicaron descuento alguno.
