I called to cancel my hp insta ink subscription and they told me that I had until the 15th to continue to print. I tried printing and it didn't work. They stopped me from printing. I called customer service and got the run around. They would not help me and didn't listen to me that I received an email also stating that I had until the 15th. I am so upset with HP. My family and I have already stopped buying their laptops, so I guess it is time for me to stop buying their printers also. I will never support HP again.
