He comprado varias veces a estos señores y creían que son serios hasta que en Diciembre no me entregaron una impresora que decían que tenían en Stock, después de un mes solicité la devolución del dinero y lo único que han hecho es hacer desaparecer el pedido de su portal y quedarse el dinero. ESTAFA PURA Y DURA.

Detrás de esto hay un gran equipo tecnico, muy profesionales. Saben lo q hacen. Gracias a todos.

Gran servicio de venta online. Adquirí a través de la página web una tarjeta gráfica ASUS - GT1030-2G-BRK GEFORCE a las 20 horas al haber muerto la anterior. A las 14 horas del día siguiente estaba ya en casa! Excelente trabajo y excelente productos!

The service is so bad. I dropped the laptop there and said it's fan problem, I need replace the fan and I use the laptop everyday. They said it can be fixed around two days. After two days I was there, they told me they will call me when they finished. However they didn't call, I had to call them again after two days. Then they told me they need to order the fan and it will take two weeks. I got my laptop back, after 10 days I called them if the fan has arrived yet, they said they have not ordered the fan yet. I cannot understand the staffs in this store, if you cannot why don't you let me know. If you don't want to deal with this business why don't you just say so. It wasted me more than two weeks! I have to find the other store and ask them to order the fan again. I cannot use my laptop! People, please be responsible!

Muy buena atención por parte de Carlos, me ha guiado y ayudado para escoger los productos que más me interesaban y que más se ajustaban a mis necesidades, muy recomendable!

Encontré esta tienda por internet y decidí llevarles mi ordenador para que me reparasen el teclado y me atendió un técnico muy amable. Esa misma tarde me llamaron para darme el presupuesto de la reparación y un día después estaba recogiendo mi ordenador.

Estafadores. Estan intentando a cobrar 15eur adicionales en el último momento simplemente por pagar con PayPal. Su página es insegura y además te envian la contraseña en texto libre! Por correo elctrónico. Nada de profesionalismo y poco ético.
