Son unos estafadores. Hice una reserva, envié toda la documentación y 3 horas antes del check-in me dijeron que me rechazaban. No lo entendí, pero lo respeté. Entonces imaginé que me devolverían el dinero de la reserva (que incluía un mes de alquiler y la comisión de spotahome), y me dijeron que no, que se lo quedaban. De hecho, me llegaron a faltar al respeto en varias ocasiones. Muy pooca profesionalida y ESTAFA. Obviamente, los he denunciado, me encuentro en un proceso jurídico contra ellos.

Hace 15 dias deje el duplex que renté, y aun no me responden por el deposito de dinero que entregue, el precio que pagué fue excesivo con respecto a la zona USERA, 805 EUROS mensuales por un duplex de 15mts2, la mesa que tenia, estaba mal pegada a la pared, cuando puse 2 platos y 2 vasos, se vino todo abajo.la limpieza del lugar es mala, el pasillo siempre estuvo sucio, la lavadora no funciona bien, y te cobran, al menos reparenla si van a cobrar por eso.y Luego como dije arriba, 15 dias y no recibo de vuelta el dinero del deposito que entregué. Lo rente por necesidad.pero la experiencia fue terrible en los meses que vivi alli, y sin contar que los inquilinos de ese edificio en RODRIGO UHAGON 6, dejan la basura en frente de la puerta, y si te toca vivir en la primera puerta como a mi, te tragas los malos olores e insectos.

¡No reserves con ellos! El servicio de atención al cliente apesta! ¡y no devuelven el depósito de seguridad argumentando cargos que ni siquiera tienen sentido! Definitivamente es una estafa.

Quiero agradecer a todo el equipo de Innova. Ustedes hicieron que todo el proceso de alquiler fuera realmente sencillo, y cada vez que necesitaba ayuda de ellos, la recibí.

Me quedé 5 meses en uno de sus pisos (pisos) y aunque era pequeño, tenía todo lo que necesitaba. Mi piso estaba en Usera, en la calle de Santoña, y estaba cerca de la estación de metro de Plaza Eliptica y con una parada de autobús al centro de Madrid a 3 minutos a pie. En 30 minutos, estaba justo en el centro de la ciudad (lavapies o anton martin)

Viví en un innova flats apt durante los últimos 3 meses. Yo personalmente tuve una gran experiencia. Cada vez que había un problema con los electrodomésticos o el apartamento, lo resolvían rápidamente y enviaban a alguien o reemplazaban cualquier cosa. Además, cada vez que me comuniqué con ellos, me respondieron muy rápidamente.

The apartment is little but the space is well organized and there is all we needed. Very convenient for 1 or 2 people who study or work here.

La nostra esperienza con questa agenzia è stata tremenda: per iniziare ci hanno detto il giorno prima di entrare nella casa che avremmo dovuto versare 600€ all’agenzia, non specificati inizialmente tra i vari costi presenti.
La casa ci è stata consegnata appena terminata, ancora sporca dai lavori, e con il gas il wifi e altre cose non ancora funzionanti. La casa era invivibile poichè troppo fredda, motivo per il quale abbiamo dovuto utilizzare tre termosifoni che ci hanno fatto spendere il doppio dell’elettricità.
Nonostante questo abbiamo pagato le spese sin dall’inizio, e versato l’affitto mensilmente nella più completa puntualità, nonostante questo se ne sono usciti alla fine del contratto con dei soldi da dover sottrarre dal deposito.
Il deposito è stato restituito, non intero, con più di un mese di ritardo (non considerate cosa scrivono nel contratto, tanto non lo seguiranno e inventeranno scuse fino alla fine).
L’agenzia è inaffidabile, evitate il più possibile di affittare appartamenti con loro, perchè all’inizio potrete pensare di risparmiare ma alla fine usciranno nuove spese non previste e finirete a pagare il doppio o di più!

Inoltre riescono a trovare una scusa/giustificazione a qualsiasi recensione negativa (e non sono poche), sicuramente avremmo dovuto sospettare già da questo, ma chi ancora può evitare spero lo faccia!

Fue muy sencillo alquilar un espacio con ellos en spot a home, la atención en general de las personas de la empresa ha sido muy bien. Lo recomiendo mucho en caso de que estes buscando algo rápido y temporal cuando recién llegues a madrid, de hecho puedes extender tu estadía o intentar aplicar a otras opciones que ellos te ofrecen. Los precios incluyen todo cuando rentas un estudio, lo que lo hace más sencillo cuando eres extranjero y no tienes muchas opciones.

I've rented an apartment from Innova for 7 months, everything went good, the apartment had been renewed in the last months and it was new.
Additionally they also speak English and it is a very cool feature for expats that don't speak Spanish.
I had a little problem with the apartment in the firsts weeks but they sent the builders very soon and they fixed the issue.
Mike is very friendly and professional and always reachable to provide assistance when needed.

I'll be quick, they have many apartments and when you can't find anything else you'll think that rent one of theirs is a cheap solution for Madrid prices, it's not, problems with the starting payments, problems with the deposit, (which we really fought for for more than a month to get it back, and we received less because of bills payment, not mentioned before), they gave us an house not finished, cold and dirty. I could give you many other reasons, but just don't trust them, pay a little more for other apartments is better than have all the stress and problems they can cause.

I want to warn people from using the services of this agency and landlord. They lie about the fees you have to pay and the condition of their apartments (story below). The worse part is that the landlord's employee or himself came hitting violently the door of my neighbor and not stopping the door bell. The police came and they were investigating and asking the neighbors for their testimonies. This is not the first time fights happen in this building, which is not the responsibility of the agency but they know that they lie about the neighborhood and the pricing of their units. I unfortunately am not even able to open the windows to get fresh air because there are people always looking into my place or hanging their clothes to dry by my window. For more than 800 euros, this is a ripoff. I am not positing with my real identity because I worry for my safety and I am not here to look for a response from the agency, just to share my experience with others.

I booked via Spotahome, the photos and description were nothing like reality. I wired them the management fees via bank transfer and despite having proof, they asked me to leave and come back when the payment had arrived their bank account. I paid for that night, but I didn't use the place. You pay for WiFi that is shared with tons other people, and they don't even tell you about that. With the same amount, you can get more than 100GB from Vodafone and better speed. It is best to avoid this and Spotahome altogether and go through a real agency, because the fees are the same at the end of the day.

SCAM ALERT! This agency and its owner, Mike, will fraud you in multiple ways. They will ask you for extra money, bully you, harass you and take your pre-payments after refusing to give you the keys to your booked flat. Mike is a dishonest and miserable person who will do everything to play you around, insult you and then try to justify why you are wrong. Just read the amount of bad reviews here and tells you that most people are having the same experience, because he uses the same techniques to scam people, especially foreigners. If you book through Spotahome or Uniplaces, most certainly you are not seeing your money again. I have already found out that multiple people filed police reports against him and are taking legal action against this despicable business-owner. SAVE YOURSELF and go do business with another real estate agency.

La atención pésima. Y el servicio aún peor. Michael es grosero y deshonesto, además que trata muy mal a las mujeres. NO LO RECOMIENDO

I want to warn people for renting from Innova Relocation as I suffered a ripoff. I had reserved and payed a one month deposit on an apartment through the site uniplaces and was just ready to collect the key when this guy told me that the monthly expenses were 125€ more than I had agreed to when reserving the apartment. In the end I accepted because I needed the flat but than he raised the price again with 100€. It is not a serious way to do business so I said I wasn't interested anymore and that I wanted a reimbursement on my deposit which he refused to do, even when I had recite on both the transaction and the first agreed rent. He wouldn't cancel my reservation either, just left me hanging there without my money or a place to stay. I'm still fighting to get my money back and this also costed me a lot of time, time and money you usually don't have as a student. Don't rent from Innova Relocation and save yourself a lot if trouble.

Mi hijo se quedó todo el curso pasado en una habitación de un apartamento de la calle Leñeros, en Madrid. No volvería a alquilar nada sin verlo previamente ya que los espacios reales y el estado actual solo se comprueban in situ. Es cierto que en el contrato dice que se puede rescindir en las primeras horas pero mientras tanto, dónde vas, empezar de cero a buscar de nuevo? Aparte de ser un local bajo y húmedo, no está acondicionado para la calor (por la ventana apenas entraba aire ya que daba a un patinillo interior -sucio y desconchado- y no había ventiladores). El colchón viejo y blando, la mesa rota, olor a humedad constante, paredes con necesidad de mano de pintura.necesitaba un mínimo de mantenimiento. Lo elegimos porque tenía buen precio teniendo en cuenta que cada habitación tiene su baño completo propio y una zona privada de cocina con nevera, microondas y fregadero, lo cual se agradece mucho si das importancia a no compartir obligatoriamente cocina y baño. Considero que la estrechez podría verse recompensado con hacer pequeñas mejoras: colchón, mesa y silla nuevos, pintar, poner un ventilador de techo y tratar la humedad. Me han devuelto fianza más de un mes más tarde e insistiendo por nuestra parte, no entiendo ya que nosotros hemos pagado puntualmente. En fin, mi comentario está hecho con afán puramente constructivo y por si sirve de algo. Gracias, saludos.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! ¡NO USES ESTA EMPRESA! I booked something with them through Spotahome because I was looking for something quickly, but there were no places left that allowed pets. So when I submitted my booking request, I left a note for the landlord, InnovaFlats saying I had a cat, but if there was a problem, to reject my booking. They accepted my booking and my account was charged. So I emailed them later, making sure they had seen my message. They had not read it and proceeded to tell me that my cat was not allowed and to cancel the booking. So I proceeded to find a new apartment because, as I said, I needed to find something quickly. I found said apartment and paid the deposit because the landlord had told me the booking was cancelled. Then, the next day they come back and say that they would make a special exception if I paid double the deposit. ANOTHER 784 EUROS. At this point I had already found my new apartment because they said they wouldn't accept me, so I told them no. Also, this was a 3-month booking, no way I was paying 2 month's deposit. I told them it wouldn't be possible for me and so they came back and said I could pay half the second month's deposit. Again, no. THEN, they even said "ok, well in that case you don't need to pay another deposit". 2 days AFTER I had already found another apartment because they told me no. Innova Flats, of Innova Relocation S. L.is CORRUPT and they REFUSE to refund me THE 784 EURO DEPOSIT I MADE WHEN IT WAS THEIR FAULT! ARE YOU JOKING. DO NOT USE INNOVAFLATS OR SPOTAHOME!

Seriedad, compromiso y atención. Si buscais una estancia a medio/largo plazo son una opción segura. Estuvieron pendientes en todo momento de mi comodidad. Recomendable a todos los que esteis buscando piso, muy profesionales.

Alquilé un piso con ellos y la experiencia ha sido nefasta. El grifo de la cocina tenía una fuga cuando entré a vivir que no me arreglaron hasta mes y medio después. Otros desperfectos que les comenté (como el tirador de la puerta del armario) no me los llegaron a arreglar. Cuando les hablabas te daban largas y pasaban de ti.
Además, a la hora de irme, me pusieron muchísimas trabas para devolverne la fianza y me quitaron gran parte del importe por desperfectos que el piso ya tenía. Llegué a hablar con un abogado que me comentó que el contrato de arrendamiento estaba hecho a su favor, para que tuvieras las de perder si ibas a juicio. Encima tuve que reclamarles varias veces lo poco que me devolvieron, porque no me lo ingresaban.

Very happy with how easy the rental process was. The workers are very responsive and are able to communicate in both English and Spanish which is very helpful! The process was very quick and efficient, which eased anxiety. Overall, good experience!

Por más que intento contactar con ellos para alquilar un piso publicado en idealista, no contestan teléfono ni mail por más que lo intente. Ya me da hasta vergüenza.
Puedo entender que tengáis muchas peticiones, pero al menos quitad de las redes los pisos que ya estén alquilados o que no admitan más visitas, ya que no respondéis por ninguna vía.
No vuelvo a intentar contactar con vosotros, si veo que anunciáis algún inmueble directamente lo descartaré para ahorrar tiempo.

No sé como una agencia de alquiler puede tener unos pisos en tan malas condiciones. Los tres "pisos" que ayer vi en la Calle Antonio Zamora estaban sucios, deteriorados, llenos de trastos. Que menos, ya que vas a enseñarlos a futuros inquilinos, tenerlos mínimamente limpios y ordenados. La ducha tenía roña acumulada desde el principio de los tiempos, y el fregadero igual. Nada que ver las fotos del anuncio con la realidad. UNA VERGÜENZA!

The studio was just perfect for one person, its close to everything, it has everything we need to leave in there for a while.

We (a student couple) booked a studio for almost 6 months and were happy with the experience. Michael and his team are really helpful and we did not face any problem staying with them.

Responsive and accommodating, Mike was very helpful in large and small ways. I had problems with internet, someone came to fix the next day. I had to stay an extra night and he found a space for me quickly. The studio was new and well thought out, comfortable. Really, no complaints.

Please, save yourself a lot of money and headache and find another business. Mike is dishonest, disrespectful towards women, and totally incompetent and lazy. He is so deceitful that our landlord had to end their business relationship because so many tenants complained.

I have rented a property for 2 years. The team are very helpful and speak excellent English alongside their Spanish. Issues were dealt with effectively and Innova were always willing to discuss needs and find solutions. Overall it has been a very positive experience!
