Horrible, terrible, horrendous school. Words cannot describe my absolute animosity towards that school. I went there for 7 long painful years and I regret ever wanting to go to that school. At a preliminary superficial view, right off the bat this school is really expensive in comparison to some others in the area. Sure it looks great on the outside and they do have some good modern facilities, but don't be fooled. It's just a front for the sheer garbage that is ICS. The social life for students is extremely closed, and if you don't enter one of the stereotypical cliques, you're out of a social life. The pressure is super lax in primary, then it rises just a tiny bit in middle school, then once it high school they bury you in pressure. I heavily advice and plead that you don't enroll your child into this school. Yes the system may "work" for some students, but not without its consequences. The constant expectation of stress, overreaction when stress arrives, constant nerves and anxiety just to name a few of the side effects I'm experiencing as a result of going to this school. Please please, do not enroll your kid in this school, both you and your kid will regret it for the rest of your lives.

Es una excelente escuela, el aprendizaje es buenísimo, además de ello todas las actividades que realizan los jóvenes son inmejorables, considerando los valores inculcados y la educación de primera, no digamos de todas las instalaciones donde reciben su aprendizaje.

I am a student there and the school lunch line is huge if you are looking for a school and your not able to make your kid lunch I recommend going to another school. Also there are some broken things in the school they don’t bother to fix. But if you are new to English or come from a different country and don't speak Spanish it’s a good school. Though, a bit overpriced for what it is.

Do not recommend this school at all! Expensive, cramp classrooms, lack of personal attention.just to name a few

Horrible school, I went there for 3 years and hated it there because of the students. The teachers aren't really interested in making you successful either.it is too expensive for it's expectations.

I am a student there and it is my first year everyone is very nice and caring everyone follows the rouls and they are very inclusive at first i did'nt want to come to this school but now i think it is amazing allthogh the lunch lines are extremley long!

Best school ever good food great teachers good expiriences and I'm a student there and I love ittt it's the best school in Madrid it's worth it and every day I come home with a smile in my face

I am a student of this school.

1.the school as of this year has managed to increase the class numbers from 15 kids per class to 22.the school is not able to handle such large numbers of students.i truly recomend you find a different school.

ICS provides the most innovative education anyone could hope for. It allowed me to pursue the career I have always wished for.

El colegio me pareció uno de los mejores de Madrid, tiene unas instalaciones increíbles y un entorno nativo en inglés inmejorable. Una excelente experiencia en educación.

While the parts of the campus might not be as modern as people might want, ICS is an incredible school in terms of both education and community. As a past graduate I can actually speak about the learning experience and quality of education, and I assure you it is a very good one. I was at ICS for 5 years and have no regrets.

Good teachers, IB program, very international, strong art and music departments. Very expensive.

This is by far one of the best schools in Madrid, value for money wise I think it is the best investment I’ve ever made. My youngest studied at ICS and went to Cambridge University,  she was very prepared because of the IB Diploma and the teaching methods at this school.

El colegio es espectacular, la instalaciones están muy bien y el ambiente es inmejorable. Mis hijos van también al campamento de verano allí.

The campus of the school isn´t really exceptional and most of the teachers are nice although some of them give too much homework. Most of the kids are not very open minded and friendly to newcomers. It is an IB school is more focused on academic achievement than anything else. Wouldn´t recommend it for the price.

Rincón marginado de elitismo, soberbia, vanidad. Solo se aporta un trato de cercanía a aquellos padres de renombre pero si son del montón solo estarán en la picota a la hora de efectuar pagos. Desplazamiento de aquellos alumnos con necesidades especiales y pésimo trato a profesores y personal que se observa en una plantilla cambiante que perjudica el aprendizane. Y los libros son ediciones britanicas, enseñan matematicas en peniques.

Great, albeit expensive, school. Obviously it depends on the teachers but so far we have been impressed by ours. Very respectful of the children and leading by example (well generally, nobody's perfect). The IB curriculum puts an emphasis on extremely thought through methods of learning on top of the actual content and these methods, based on fostering curiosity, creativity and reasoning are great in my view. The academic results are excellent at the of the cursus it seems. The facilities are very good, not gigantic but with plenty of space, a running track, gymnasium.etc. One thing of note is that the kids there, are, for a vast majority, expatriates. The negative aspect of this is that there is a lot of turnover amongst children apparently, but on the flip side there is a great international, open minded and vibrant feel within the children and the parents. Highly recommended overall.

I enrolled my kid who is 5 years old for one term based on positve reviews, however, I had to transfer him immediatly for the following reasons:

1. ICS never communicated with parents about the term objectives, class works, curriculum, progress of the student. Please note I have requested for such information several times but all of my requests were ignored.

2. ICS never did an assessment for level of understanding of the students. My kid knows alphabets, numbers and math but ICS never knew about his abilities assuming that he just does not know them.

3. Very expensive compared to level of education.

Save the time and look for another school. I dont recommend ICS for anyone who cares about quality of education.

This is the most Hypocritical school in the world. They are VERY strict in calling Christmas merely as "winter holidays" with no reference whatsoever to the name of Christ, but at the same time they celebrate the Jewish Hanukkah with plenty of Jewish candles decorating all principal school aisles.
