Fui a pasar el fin de semana, llamé para pedir cita a ver si me podían atender en un tiempo limitado, no pusieron ninguna pega, y así lo hicieron. Me asesoraron y me hicieron las uñas con gel X. Ana es un amor de chica, muy amable y profesional.

Wow. No vivo en Madrid y es difícil encontrar un sitio aquí que hagan gel x , y mas difícil todavía que te las hagan bien. Las chicas son monísimas y encantadoras - han transformado mis uñas completamente. Me fío totalmente de ellas! Hazte las uñas aquí y te prometo que acabarás con ganas de volver ;) que ilusión de haber encontrado este sitio , ya tengo manicurista fija en Madrid ! <3

Excelente, fueron muy amables y cálidas y hasta me regalaron un diseño lindo. Trabajan con mucho cuidado y son muy dulces. Gracias!

Me he hecho las uñas varias veces en este salón y siempre he quedado encantada con los resultados, te hacen sentir muy bienvenida y el personal es muy amable, ¡gracias!

Fui a hacerme una pedicura y manicura completa (esmalte de uñas semipermanente). Cuando entré por primera vez, dudé un poco porque el lugar es bastante pequeño, pero rápidamente me sentí a gusto porque las chicas fueron SÚPER acogedoras y profesionales. Tradujeron todo (no hablo español) para asegurarse de que entendieran lo que quería. Me tomé mi tiempo para elegir un color y fueron muy pacientes e intentaron mostrarme todos los tonos similares para elegir el que más me gustaba. ¡Su servicio fue excelente y me encanta la forma y el color de mis uñas! Además, vale la pena mencionar que reservar una cita fue muy fácil y rápido. Qué lindas damas. Definitivamente regresaría cuando esté en Madrid. ¡Altamente recomendado!

Muy buen salón. Los empleados son muy amables y ella me hizo las uñas muy bonitas. Es higiénico y tuvo mucho cuidado de que nunca le doliera.

Estoy muy satisfecho, tanto con el trabajo realizado como también con el resultado.
Y sobre todo me gustaría agradecer a las esteticistas porque son súper amables, acogedoras y saben cuidar al cliente y hacerlo sentir cómodo. Así que muchas gracias a ellos. Yo recomiendo!

I would highly recommend this salon to anyone in Madrid. I have been going here consistently for the last 7 months and I look forward to each of my appointments! All of the staff members, including the owner, are extremely warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. They even remember to put a pillow on the back of my chair every time I come because I once mentioned I have back problems and that it helps!

I get acrylic nails and I am extremely particular about how they are done, and the staff at Le Comptoir Esthétique continue to do them exactly the way I like. They all pay very close attention to detail and continue to check in with me throughout the nail process to be sure that I like the way my nails are coming along. My last set of acrylics stayed perfectly intact for 2.5 weeks without chipping or breaking at all which I found impressive.

I also don’t speak Spanish very well, but this hasn’t been a problem, as the owner is fluent in English, Spanish, and French. I also appreciate that she and the employees always encourage me to practice my Spanish with them. My experience at Le Comptoir Esthétique has been absolutely great and attached below is a picture of my nails that I just got done today by Ana (who I would highly recommend)!

I have only one night in Madrid and I needed to get my nails done. I’m so glad I found this place and they gave me an appointment right away.
The place is cozy and clean, and the staff was very friendly, I will definitely come back when in Madrid.
I got semipermanent pedi and mani and I’m happy with the results. I highly recommend them!

I would not have posted this comment if the apology from the salon had been equal to the inconvenience caused and a more meaningful business gesture.

I came for a full leg waxing and the service unfortunately lasted 1 hour because of a problem of organization and anticipation of the salon.

My legs were 75% waxed when one of the waxing machines ran out. Of course the second waxing machine had not been recharged either. So I had to wait exactly 25 minutes for the machines to get hot enough to melt the wax.

25 minutes lying on my stomach in the basement of the institute where it was obviously cold without being offered even a glass of water.

Once the service was over I had to ask with astonishment why I didn't even have a commercial gesture considering the waiting time and especially the conditions in which I had to wait. After less than 10 minutes of completely useless debate because the justification is absolutely not valid, I ended up paying the initial rate.

Nevertheless, after my request, I was offered a 10% discount for the next service at the salon. I think that a good saleswoman with common sense would have known that I would never come back again, so the 10% is useless.

How can I expect to come back to the salon after that seriously? You have to deal with the problem and apologize immediately after the inconvenience in the shop, and not postpone the solution to the next time, because a customer who has a bad experience once will never come back to the store again it's obvious.

All I had to do was to apply the 10% on the day of the inconvenience and I would have come back. Anyway, I really don't recommend it.

Recomiendo cien por cien! He hecho la manicura reparadora sin esmaltar y mis uñas nunca habían sido tan fuertes, me alegro mucho, gracias!

I hate giving bad reviews but I have something to share and hope you work on this:
I had an appointment for semi permanent mani and pedi.
They postponed my appointment to 10 mins later which is not a problem. But then I had to wait for at least 10-15 more mins. Then the usually very simple process turned into a very chaotic situation because two ladies were jumping between three customers so every 15 mins someone else was doing my nails. It was not very relaxing at all.
Also, the files and other utensils looked very out of shape and I felt very uncomfortable because it didn’t look very hygienic.
I had to put my bare feet (after washing) on the floor without any slippers or anything.
And after 1 hour and 45 minutes! Later, only my pedicure was finished and I didn’t have time to get my nails done. I never had such a long pedicure in my life.
Unfortunately, the result was not good. My cuticles were painted with polish and it looked bumpy and simply not good. After that much time I was expecting them to be perfect.
I gave the owner immediate feedback and she responded that this was the best she can do so that was not very helpful. After 5 days I already lost big parts of the polish… super disappointed because even my regular nail polish lasts longer than 5 days.
Both if them are ver kind and sweet people, but overall i am sorry to say that this was one of my worst experiences in a nail salon.

Me hice el lifting de pestañas con tinte y la verdad me ha gustado mucho, el trato de Ana y del personal ha sido espectacular, volveré seguro en dos meses para hacérmelo nuevamente. ¡Son muy majas!

Súper recomendable! Unas chicas encantadoras y majisimos, técnicas innovadoras. Cuidan al detalle todo y te miman mucho. Pienso volver?

La idea y el diseño que tenia en mente han sido muy bien hechos y el servicio al cliente es de primera, las chicas son muy amables. Seguro volveré.

Estoy encantada en este centro. Son encantadoras, profesionales, te sientes como en casa, y se preocupan de que salgas satisfecha. Fidelizan a los clientes con la forma que tienen de actuar y si se planteara cualquier tipo de problema, están abiertas a resolverlo. Sin duda, mi sitio de referencia. Os animo a ir:)

I hate leaving bad reviews. Honestly I would give my nails itself a one star but because the owner offered to fix the problem I gave them a higher rating. But I'm a trying to be as fair as possible with this. I started off wanting a somewhat complicated design but I felt like it would just be easier to get something simple. So I settled on just having a multicolored Spring look. It's hard to tell when acrylic is being put on how the nail is going to look.so I tried not to complain too much as the work was being done. But once the color went on I was getting kind of worried. At that point we were already 2 hours into the appointment and I was just tired. Once we got done it was closing time the owner asked me if I liked the nails. I just said they were ok because there was nothing left to do about it. She did offer to give me 5 days to fix the problem. But I'm not gonna go back because I don't have the confidence that it can get any better.

I visited the salon three times and was impressed by the quality and precision of the work. Every time I was taken great care of, the people and the warm attitude give the place a special and welcoming ambience. Betty is very charming and ensures customers leave with a big smile.
I will definitely come back!

Me realicé un lifting de pestañas + tinte junto con una amiga. A ella le quedó perfecto, a mí, sin embargo, como podéis ver en la imagen adjunta, no.

El trato fue magnífico, las chicas eran muy atentas y delicadas. Pero el resultado, pestañas asimétricas y una atención post-venta insustancial. Tuve muchísimo cuidado tras realizarme el lifting para que no se estropeasen, el caso es que, ya estaban mal hechas y asimétricas. Cuando les escribí vía instagram para aclarar estas dudas (adjuntándoles foto) me dijeron que me enviarían una foto de las que ellas habían hecho para ver el resultado. El problema es que sólo me estaban mandando la foto de 1 ojo, cuando yo les pedí educadamente un par de veces que me enviasen la foto completa para ver la comparación de ambos ojos y no lo hicieron. Me hicieron sentir como si fuese tonta, ya que sólo me decían que la culpa habría sido mía y ni siquiera me dijeron que no me preocupase, que me pasara por el centro a ver qué había podido pasar, etc. Nada, sólo me decían que me las habría mojado. Después de 4 días hablando vía Instagram, me ví desesperada y les dije que no me estaban transmitiendo confianza, a lo que les dio completamente igual porque me dejaron en visto, sin responder.

Conclusión: El trato fue excelente, pero la calidad del servicio y del servicio post-venta deja mucho que desear. Me fui verdaderamente contenta de allí y ahora tengo una opinión completamente distinta. 35€ por tener las pestañas asimétricas y que, ni siquiera, tuvieron la decencia de disculparse ni ofrecerme ninguna solución. Siento tener que transmitirlo en una reseña, pero de verdad, acuérdense: "El cliente olvidará lo que le dijiste, pero jamás olvidará cómo le hiciste sentir".

Best nail salon in Madrid. The owner is very friendly and makes you feel at home. I speak very little Spanish which was not an issue. It’s very affordable for the quality.

No me retiraron todo el acrílico, me dejaron restos. La que parecía la dueña o encargada insistía en que me lo retirasen con torno porque “se puede tardar hasta 2 horas” quitándolo con acetona. Yo dije que estaba dispuesta a esperar porque me estaban haciendo daño con el torno, y aceptó, pero se pasó todo el rato controlando lo que hacían las dos empleadas que me atendieron, diciéndoles qué hacer y metiéndoles prisa porque tenían otra cita más tarde, así que se hizo evidente que lo que no quería era tardar demasiado en quitarme el acrílico, en lugar de hacer un buen trabajo. No volveré ni lo recomendaría a nadie.

Editado: el comentario es correcto, no he dicho que no usasen acetona sino que insistían en usar torno por la prisa que tenían. No dejaron ninguna capa fina, sino parches de acrílico mal retirado. No dije nada porque la propia dueña/encargada avisó a la empleada de que había otra cita a x hora y me pareció tan poco profesional hacer ese tipo de comentarios y decirle a la empleada cómo hacerlo todo (como si no fuera capaz de hacer su trabajo) que no quise complicarme. Es tan fácil como no volver.
No veo la relevancia de que fuese mi primera y única visita, si usted piensa que así salva un poco su imagen, espero que le vaya bien.

Era la primera vez que iba a este sitio. Si bien me han gustado las uñas que me han hecho, he quedado un poco decepcionada. En principio habia pedido uñas esculpidas/acrilicas (como toda la vida me hice) y me dieron un precio fijo. Cuando llegue, me dijeron que era mejor el gel y me pegaron uñas de plástico, me las cobraron como un acrílico (en todos los sitios que conozco el acrílico es más caro que el gel). Una semana después o menos casi, se me despegó una uña completa así sin más. La chica que me las hizo era muy agradable, aunque nunca en la vida me tardaron tanto para hacerme unas uñas (2 h y media). Me han quedado muy bonitas pero me han pasado estas cosas.

Allí me hice las uñas y las cejas. Fue genial! Lo hice semipermanente hace una semana y aguanta bien, es muy bonito. También me depilé las cejas y me encantó la forma que me dieron. Recomiendo 100%! Además, la gerenta habla francés, lo cual es muy práctico para los franceses que tienen dificultad para expresarse en español.

Me hizo la manicura semipermanente una chica muy agradable y perfeccionista. Lo malo es la calidad: a la semana ya tengo las uñas estropeadas y se ha ido el brillo por completo. Una decepción para el precio que tiene.

Gran relación precio servicio, una gran puntualidad y un trato ejemplar al cliente. La depilación con hilo de cejas es muy precisa y un acabado increíble. Muy recomendado

Jamás en la vida me habían hecho un trabajo tan profesional y sacar partido tanto de mis cejas, me hice depilación de cara y diseño de cejas. Parvane es tan profesional y lo hace con tanto mimo, que me ha cambiado la cara me veo bellísima! Os recomiendo probarlo.

Great service and very nice pedicure, however, it’s a bit uncomfortable because you place your foot on the technician’s knee. It gave me quite the hip flexor workout.

Resultado increíble del lifting de pestañas, tengo muy poquitas pestañas y muy tiesas y me las han dejado superrizadas y oscuras con el tinte perfecto! Las chicas majisimas y super atentas de que estés agusto en todo momento. Repetirè sin duda!

Pedicure was very well done, professional and precise.
It was just too hot inside the first time but the second time it was great, air condition was on:).

Un salon de uñas estupendo tan para las manicuras como las pedicuras, con un equipo muy profesional y atento al cliente. Además, los productos son de muy buena calidad para un resultado perfecto que dura mucho más de la normal! Lo recomendó para quien busca un momento de descanso inolvidable!

Tout est parfait! Les ongles en acrylique sont très bien faits et nets. En plus, les personnes qui y travaillent sont très agréables!

He salido con las manos y pies perfectos! Las manos hice relleno de acrílico y manicura semi permanente y los pies pedicura completa con semi permanente. Juana y Magda son buenísimas! Highly recommended!
