Rubén es un experto en vinos informado y paciente. Somos de California y tenemos familia en Madrid. Compramos muchos vinos diferentes (todos sugerencias de Rubén), queso manchego increíble, delicias navideñas y otros regalos. Mi tienda favorita de vinos, quesos y regalos en Madrid.

Fabulosa tienda de vinos. El comerciante es muy servicial y encantador (y su cachorro es adorable).

Fue muy divertido pasar el rato con Rubén. Estaba buscando por España un vino muy especial y él lo tenía allí a muy buen precio.

Un lugar especial para vinos españoles únicos y raros, queso, aceite de oliva y las tartas en el escaparate son perfectas para acompañar un café por la mañana. Pasaré por aquí la próxima vez que esté en Madrid.

Soy cliente desde hace 10 años y me parece una opción imbatible si quieres comprar vino. No sólo por la gran variedad que tiene, además si te dejas guiar por Rubén (el dueño) podrás descubrir vinazos a precios muy asequibles. Totalmente recomendable

This shop is paradise! The delicious wines are carefully selected by Rubén and there are other very delicious things too (cheese, etc.). You also have to try the muffins that are to die for! And Rubén is such a beautiful human being! Gracias Rubén!

Visiting Madrid looking to purchase some good wine, I wondered into this quaint charming wine store. I was welcomed by the charming and knowledgeable man in the store early about 11 AM 10/18/22. I let him know I was looking to take some decent wine back to the states for my picky sister (Napa wine lover). He recommended several selections and gave me the background on the wine regions and how they were produced. I ended up purchasing 4 different selections. The store prices are very affordable (compare to USA) and they had a huge selection of Spanish wines. I highly recommend visiting this location for great wine and fantastic service. Thank you again for your recommendations and friendly service.

Después de visitar Los Rosales, me sentí como buen amigo de Rubén, el dueño. Él es súper amable y conoce los vinos bodegueros españoles mejor que quizás nadie que conozca yo. Tiene vinos tanto por los que busquen vinos clásicos como los que busquen vinos únicos y diferentes. Qué buena selección. ¡Gracias, Rubén!

Would give 6 stars if I could! Visited on the evening of Friday June 7 in search of a nice bottle of vermouth to bring home to Canada. HIGHLY recommend this store to visitors for both the selection and the service. We received extraordinary service from the gentleman working, who spoke in slow, clear Spanish to help me (still learning!) understand, though he also spoke English. He asked questions, provided recommendations for different budget levels, and then (unprompted) provided us with a couple of samples while explaining Spanish wine theory. We learned a lot and left with a great and securely wrapped bottle. He even offered to bubble wrap my friend's bottle that she had purchased elsewhere. Thank you so much Los Rosales for a great experience!

The wine selection is actually good, with plenty of fine options especially when it comes to sherries. Too bad they’re closed when, officially, they’re supposed to be open, like on a Saturday afternoon at 6pm. Hence rich though it may be, that wine selection is of little use.

Sorprende mucho la gran variedad de vinos disponibles en esta tienda; no únicamente nacionales, aunque estos tienen gran protagonismo, sino también todos los champagnes que hay, sobre todo de pequeños productores no siempre tan fáciles de encontrar en Madrid, y a precios muy honestos. ¡Una joya!

Fuimos a por unas botellas de vino para regalar a un compañero y nos aconsejaron perfectamente. También tienen quesos, chocolates. La atención fue estupenda

Paula is one of the best sommelier's I've met in a while. She is so knowledgeable about all the wine from different regions. Also is great at pairing wines to your palate.

On our request, Paula recommended 4 different reds from other Spanish regions to rioja because we wanted to try a range of wines.

The shop also caters for all types of wine, we bought a bottle from €8 and there are a few over the €250 mark.

Thoroughly recommend visit this shop and asking for Paula's recommendations.

The shop assistant is very nice, helpful and speaks good English. She helps us to understand authentic Spanish food. The only problem we have is there is no enough space in our luggage.

Followup: We came to the shop again as we couldn't resist the temptation of fine Spanish products and tried hard to squeeze more space in our luggage. Paula was extremely attentive and helped us to explore more good stuff. Great shopping experience and will definitely recommend friends to visit if they are serious about fine quality Spanish products. Thank you Paula.

Every wine lover in Madrid should know this place. A few metres down the road from Sherry bar, La Venencia, Los Rosales has a wide collection of Spain's finest wines, including classics like Castillo Ygay and new wave producers from Artadi to Comando G. It also has an extensive and exciting Sherry line-up. With cheeses and deli items to go too, it's a must for wine. And I'm an MW, so I should know!

I bought some wines there a lot of times and have never been disappointed. They offer an important varity of good wine, sweets and local products like cheeses, absolutely worth trying the most of them. What I really loved was the saleswoman who has a huge knowledge realted to the wine world. She speaks english pretty well (what is not so frequent in Spain) and she is able to give you the handful of information which you need. Hopefully, I will try the new nice bottle soon.

“En apenas un mes abandono la Calle de Echegaray -en el mismísimo centro del Barrio de Las Cortes- motivado por un cambio de vivienda. Y, si algo me entristece de este cambio, es, precisamente, perder de vecinos a la que seguramente sea una de las tiendas de vinos y delicatessen más exclusivas de Madrid: Los Rozales. El número 17 de la Calle de Echegaray alberga una auténtica joyita que remite, nada más pararse frente a ella, a un tiempo anterior a este. El espacio en sí, su fachada y su localización, ya merecen -como diría el refrán- una misa. Lo que hace que, al margen y en paralelo a su acento exclusivo, pueda ser una tienda al acceso de muchos tipos de bolsillos sin perder la distención que le hace tan singular como espacio, como producto y como oferta. Las estanterías de Los Rozales, aparte de su belleza barroca (en contra de ese ridículo minimalismo tan del gusto popular), soportan un horizonte de sabores y de amables sensaciones, se convierten el asidero donde reposan infinitas expectativas. Tú, que ahora mismo lees estas líneas, qué esperas para participar de esta experiencia que resulta terrenal y sublime a un tiempo. La vida no es lo que planeas hacer; la vida es lo que hacemos cada día. The best wine shop in Madrid! Very competent staff who can advise incredible wines, very fair prices despite the shop is in the center of the Old Town, great selection of wines and wine snacks! Highly recommended!
