La recomiendo 100 por 100. Han trabajado con mucha profesionalidad. El trato ha sido exquisito. Evidentemente miraban por sus intereses pero no han descuidado en ningún momento los míos como vendedora. En particular Esther me ha atendido personalmente, oyendo pacientemente todas mis inquietudes y dándome consejos con gran profesionalidad.
Yo conocía esta inmobiliaria de una transacción que hice con ellos en Valencia. Quedé tan satisfecha que no dude en acudir a LF Madrid para vender una casa que tenía en Recoletos. Y, ciertamente, he trabajado muy a gusto con ellos también.

Muy mala experiencia, no me gustó nada el trato, no me parecen profesionales ni eficientes. No lo recomiendo. Muy descontenta.

Vergonzoso el trato por parte de Maricruz López Vegara, falta de profesionalidad, me he sentido engañado. No recomiendo para nada la inmobiliaria, repito, me he sentido engañado.

My husband and I just bought a lovely apartment in Madrid through the Lucas Fox agency. Our experience with the agency was excellent. The two representatives we worked with were not only delightful and well-informed but provided good, honest advice and extra assistance throughout. Even though they clearly have very busy work schedules we visited the apartment several times and each time, graciously, they came, let us in and, at no time, rushed us as we looked with architects, a cousin etc. Following the purchase of the apartment they have helped us with changing the utilities bills from the previous owners' to our names, getting a key to the architect with whom we are working, changing the name on the mailbox. In short, they have been wonderful throughout and had extra work since we live in Geneva and immediately left Madrid after signing the deed on the apartment. Last but not least, we have been looking for a place in Spain for over a year. We have seen that among the various agencies around (and we have dealt with several) Lucas Fox has truly great apartments compared to many of the others.

Thank you Raquel Mor for enabling the smooth process. At all times you delivered a highly professional service and guided to a very satisfactory conclusion. We would certainly recommend you and the Lucas Fox. Muchísimas gracis guapa:)

Thanks to the the Tenancy Management I managed to buy and rent the apartment out in a very short time that was exactly what I expected.
We communicated smoothly and easy on the daily basis until the successful rent.
The Welcome Home Package helped me to sort out some unexpected issues that always turn up at the beginning with the new property and I have had the feeling that Lucas Fox takes cares and keeps everything under control due to their efficiency and experience.
Now with the Home Management I am sure that everything goes smoothly, the matters to be settled down find quick solution on the daily basis so that the tenant and I can be calm and happy. They react quickly, the solutions are personally tailored to my needs, we are in touch with each other on the regular basis whenever I have the need to do so.
The important part is the personal charm, manners and sense of humour of the people in the office that makes the cooperation even more delightful experience.

I have recently moved to Madrid in October this year.

My plane landed in Madrid on 5 October 2018, and right after having a lunch with my friend, we immediately started our quest for my new apartment, which I hopefully will spend, happily, 4 years of my life.

The day I arrived in, I looked 9 apartments and found the perfect one among them thanks to Lucas Fox.

Overall I looked over 20 apartments in 15 days, but settled for the one, which was shown to me by a professional great real estate agent, but even greater person named Patricia Sanchez, who works for Lucas Fox Madrid, on my first day. This was the second apartment I have seen in Madrid.

I didn't know Patricia before so this review is sincere and honest review not a review from friend of hers. Read the rest you would understand why I put this disclaimer type sentence here.

First of all, she takes her job seriously, pays extreme attention to her client's needs, and offers you a personalized portfolio/selection of apartments.

I contacted her overseas, before I arrive in Spain and she started her magic even from there. She was restlessly searching apartments for me, offering selections, asking my opinion even before seeing me.

It is obvious that she loves her job. She is active, tireless, energetic as well as passionate about what she does. She kinda inspired me about my job and gave me a spark again on what I do as well:)

Secondly, she is literally (not figuratively) at your disposal for 24/7.

No more things to add to this. Just write her a whats app message if there is something bothering you at 23: 00 at night time, she replies you in a matter of minutes without any complaint at all, and she is indeed sincere while doing this.

Thirdly, just because she is already an awesome human being, she is very patient with you and tries her best effort (and achieves them as well) to accomodate your needs. But even better, she makes recommendations when she thinks it is best for you - even when you think otherwise.

Fourthly, everything was arranged for me very smoothly and professionally after I decided to work with Patricia and Lucas Fox. There were a bit cheaper options but besides the fact that I like the apartment, one side of me wanted to work with Patricia just because she made a great effort and I didn't wish in my heart that her offers went for nothing. I mean I wish I didn't pay agency fee of course, but nothing in real life is without a cost and it was a money well spent indeed.

Anyways, all the paper works were done in accordance with my and lesor's requests, without any hassle. It was like a masterpiece, and a clock work machine.

Of course there were some delays, which were not up her, Lucas Fox, me or owner but due to the system or understandable reasons like holidays etc.

I believe Lucas Fox is very lucky to have such an incredible person on their team.

I would work with them again in a heartbeat.
