Highly recommended guide! Jaime has a lot of knowledge and great sense of humor. He walked us through the Prado museum as well as Reina Sofia and the hours just flew away. He showed us all the important art works and shared their story in the most vivid way possible

Kevin has extremely good communication skills being very fluent with the English language and is surprisingly good with Mandarin too. Apart from being well Informed and knowledgeable, he is truly passionate about his job. A very engaging tour guide with an outgoing personality and an extremely good sense of humour, he absolutely deserves more than just 5 stars!

Kevin is the best guide, he makes the tour such a joy. I dont normally join tour but he makes it fun, with so much insight at such a short time.

Had a city tour with city secreto and was super fun and interesting. I usually like to go solo and explore the city but heard about city secreto tours from a friend and decided to try with them. Our guide, Sharon, was super friendly (and funny) and the tour was a great way to get to know Madrid. Will definitely book another tour with them next time im in Madrid:)
