Excelente hotel, excelente ubicación, buena relación calidad-precio, hermosa piscina. El personal fue muy atento: dejé un vestido en mi armario y tuvieron mucho cuidado en devolvérmelo en Inglaterra. Se quedará de nuevo.

Necesitábamos imprimir nuestras tarjetas de embarque. Para nuestra buena suerte, Marcos estaba trabajando en el escritorio. Amablemente nos guió a través de los aspectos técnicos de enviarle las tarjetas de embarque. Los imprimió para nosotros y nos despidió con una cálida sonrisa. Marcos fue el mejor!

Mail Boxes Etc (MBE 2980) did a great job with my UPS shipment. Marcos and his team did a wonderful job, and Marcos speaks English very well. I needed important documents shipped from US to Madrid. Read reviews of DHL, UPS and FedEx. Choose UPS based on shipping and receiving locations and overall reviews. Choose to have the package shipped to Mail Boxes Etc.because I had read about problems with missed deliveries in Spain. UPS said they attempted delivery at 10: 27, but the shop was closed. Marcos assured me that the shop had been open since 09: 30. He called UPS, and had the package within an hour! I would have spent days trying to track it down. Well worth the 10 euro fee!

I like the experience with this delivery company, they bailed me out to send my big packaging with artworks to Ukraine. After the payment, they sent the parcel for the next day, replying quickly.

Una pena el trato, Quedamos por teléfono a llevar un paquete para envolver y mandar y cuando llegamos una mujer nos dijo de mala manera que hoy no hacen paquetes. (sic) Para no volver a la oficina, decidimos que lo envían un día mas tarde, seguían con problemas, no pudieron ni hacer presupuesto cuando ya tenían la mercancía en la mano. (. Por internet te lo hacen sin problemas en otras oficinas). Mandamos mucha mercancía por semana, y por un problema logistico probamos esta oficina. Una pena este trato. Por cierto, el hombre al teléfono si fue amable y profesional. Trabajamos a menudo con la empresa madre, y eso fue la primera vez que nos atendieron tan mal en una sucursal

Estamos encantadas! Necesitábamos hacer una "minimudanza", 3 maletas que se quedaron en Italia en plena pandemia covid. Algunos de mis amigos cogieron otros servicios y tardaron unas 2 semanas en recibir sus cosas (menos alguna que se perdió), yo a los 3 días lo tenía todo en casa, y a un precio muy similar al resto. Our experience with Javier and Santiago at Mail Boxes Etc on C/ de Pizarro was excellent. They were extremely helpful and showed patience no matter how many times we asked questions or emailed them. The entire staff was courteous and professional and very helpful. I tried communicating in Spanish, as it was my preference. However, when things became too difficult to understand they switched to English. They all speak English which was very useful.
The price is VERY reasonable. We shipped 20 boxes and everything arrived the following day, in good condition. We even shipped bicycles! Everything arrived on time and with no issues. Would definitely recommend Mail Box on C/ Pizarro! 5 stars!

I had just finished my Erasmus in Madrid but at the time of my return to Italy I couldn’t put all my stuff in my luggages. I had my flight back home on 19 December in the evening and I was a bit worried because I realized only in the morning (of the same day) while packing that I didn’t have enough space!
Fortunately, I found out that near my apartment there was a Mail Boxes Etc. So I took everything that didn’t fit in my bags and went right down there. They really helped me and found the best solution for me, as well as being very kind, friendly and professional! They provide a great service, indeed I received my package only 4 days later, as they said to me.
I came back home quieter and glad to see that there are still people like them who are so helpful and knowledgeable!
I highly recommend it and if I ever go back to Madrid I’ll definitely use it again. Thank you very much!

I forget to write reviews (although I always read them!) but this great experience merits me remembering to take the time to review! I had a wonderful vacation in Spain and purchased way more than I would ever be able to put in my luggage! The most beautiful ceramic plates, some special wines, clothing and shoes.ok so I went a little overboard on my budget and the dilemma was how to get it all back to the US. That’s when I discovered the newly opened Mail Boxes Etc on Pizarro Street in Madrid! What a life saver. Extremely professional staff, very customer service oriented and so efficient. Even though I speak Spanish, the staff speaks English so that between the two languages we were able to communicate perfectly! They carefully wrapped everything and shipped it home for me. Really simplified my life and was a great way to end my Spain vacation- no stress. Thank you everyone at Mail Boxes for taking such good care of my “treasures” and for being so delightful to work with. I highly recommend you and your business and will be back.
