Mastering Mansion

Pretend to have the equipment, but just order it for the manufacture and send it to you. The only reason I order their where the price was a bit higher it is because the reverb page was stating in stock, one item left and bough the last one. After waiting a couple day, I send the seller a message asking to know if my order have or will ship soon and he tell me that I have t wait 2 weeks to receive it and now their is 2 items available and in stock of the same one.he also pretend behing the official distributor of this brand, which now I know is not the case for where I live but only for spain and portugal, so their activity on reverb is illegal. I just hope I will be refund soon. (the refund have been ordered)

Poor, uncaring service, lists stock that it does not have as immediately available and then cancels the order - what in my case led to incurring additional currency exchange rates on the refund, wasting my time and money at the same time.

It seems to me that folks running this place are simply coasting on the belief that whatever happens someone is always going to come and order something, so it makes no sense to offer any actual service.

Muy buena experiencia. Compre un DAC, un Lavry y me pusieron todas las facilidades, atención muy buena y un servicio posventa excelente (lo puedo decir porque tuve una pequeña incidencia con el equipo, que me resolvieron sin pegas). Muy recomendado.

Genial servicio, genial estudio, geniales ingenieros. La verdad que hemos llevado bastantes álbunes a masterizar y siempre siempre el resultado es mejor de lo que buscábamos. A la hora de distribución de equipos, en pocos sitios más te van a asesorar con las mismas ganas, la misma experiencia y la gran cantidad de productos de la mejor calidad. No solo es recomendable ponerte en contacto con ellos, si no que tambien es mas que recomendable visitar el estudio y sus instalaciones. Hablan por si mismas.
