Mi experiencia no pudo haber sido mejor. Medmesafe prometió acompañarme durante el proceso de espera por los resultados porque me preocupaba cuándo iba a recibirlos y han superado mis expectativas con creces. El laboratorio del Dr. Valenzuela en Pontevedra EXCELENTE, las recepcionistas, quien tomó la muestra para la PCR, todos con una delicadeza, con una sonrisa. Servicio INMEJORABLE de principio a fin. GRACIAS

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. TEST DOCUMENTATION FAULTY AND NOT ACCEPTED. EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION. I purchased two Covid PCR tests from MEDMESAFE online that were conducted on 9 June, 2022 at the Laboratorio Concepcion Rubio Arellano in Seville, Spain. Both of us went to the lab on 9 June @830am (the day before we flew back to the US). We presented our paperwork from the Medmesafe purchase and our passports. The labs collected the necessary specimen and provided us reference numbers for our test results.

We both received confirmation by email later that evening that our tests were negative. We both submitted the documentation to Delta Airlines. My results were verified and accepted. However, my wife's documentation was rejected. Unfortunately, the lab failed to include my wife's date of birth on her test result document. As such, Delta would not verify the result nor accept it. If you look at both of our test results documents, you will see that the line that provides the date of birth is completed for me but was left blank for my wife. NOTE: we each presented our passports at the lab that clearly provide our dates of birth.

We were forced to scramble and find another rapid PCR test at additional expense, causing us stress and wasting additional hours before our flight the next morning.

I have contacted MEDMESAFE by email, by text in WhatsApp, by text, by phone, and through a form on their website seeking reimbursement for the one test (79EUR). I've not asked that they pay for the new test or for anything else. To date, they have not responded at all.

DO NOT USE FOR COVID TESTING FOR US TRAVEL! They do not provide appropriate documentation for the US 24 hour testing rule. Updated to provide new information: because the test is not time stamped, Delta cannot confirm it occurred within 24hours and it doesn’t pass the US digital review. We got through at the airport when we asked about why it was denied digitally, but I still would not use for US travel unless you’re in a pickle. We panicked and got another PCR at the airport and it was much easier and had time stamp and date!

Estuve buscando muchas lugares donde hacerme la PCR donde fuera rápido y a un costo no tan elevado, los conseguí por internet y debido a las reseñas me dirigí al centro, la verdad que todo lo que dicen es cierto, llegue sobre las 11 am fueron super rápidos y ya en la noche de ese mismo día tenia el resultado por correo. Estupendo, volvería sin duda.

Muy buena atención y rapidez. Por motivos de viaje lo necesitábamos en inglés y lo han gestionado muy rápido. Sin duda, volveremos a utilizar sus servicios.

Needed a last minute (Thanks Boris) Covid test on the way to ferry in Santander. Easy booking process. Then ferry cancelled so needed to move the test location. Great communication through WhatsApp and test done very professionally and on time. Had a coffee for 20 minutes and results printed out and waiting for us! Highly recommended.

Booking online.easy and moderately priced, help via WhatsApp was excellent. Test labs all over Spain, we went to Valladolid where the staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant. They printed the voucher for us and then provided printed results for us. The results took 45 minutes. Back to WhatsApp helpline to get help seeing the results online and again, they were fantastic.

La única clínica privada que las reseñas son TODAS positivas. La mía: también. Desde el principio, han sido rápidos, amables, te contestan en el WhatsApp al segundo, te atienden sin cita y los resultados los hemos tenido antes de las 12 horas. Encantados. Los recomiendo.

Professional service! The testing itself was easy, they said our results would come in 1-2 hours. However by 4 hours we had not received anything. I reached out to the team via their WhatsApp and they found our results and sent them too us soon after. Very helpful, gracias!

Highly recommend, booked online to attend a clinic in Seville, then attended day before flight, same day results, also once booked contactable through WhatsApp, any queries etc.

I paid 119 EUR for a PCR test and it was all responsiveness and help up yo the moment I processed the payment; after that, especially following up with them to get a bill so I can claim back the expense and get reimbursed, they have been totally unresponsive! I have sent them already 5 reminders and it's been almost a whole month!
If after sales service doesn't improve, there are many other better providers in town (cheaper and more reliable).
