MyLab Laboratorio de Analisis Clinicos

Horrible, primera y última vez que me hago análisis con este laboratorio, super poco profesionales, desde el 11 de julio que me realicé los análisis de sangre que te piden para la prueba de la triple screening todo han sido problemas, primero faltaban datos por determinar y tuve que volver a la clínica a sacarme más sangre. Me dicen que hay ciertos parámetros que hasta que no tenga la eco de las 12 semanas no pueden medir, vale el viernes en cuanto me la hicieron les pase todos los datos, porque el martes siguiente tenía cita con mi ginecóloga sobre esos datos y la eco, me aseguran que de sobra están porque es un simple calculo. Martes a las 9: 36 me dicen que no van a estar porque ha sido un error suyo ya que el viernes no se mandaron los datos de la eco a laboratorio, ¿qué solución me dan? NINGUNA. Qué vergüenza unos resultados para algo tan importante que los traten así que poco profesionales. No os aconsejo para nada que os hagáis ningún tipo de analítica con ellos.

Son lo peor, no hay forma de hablar con ellos por teléfono. No hay quien consiga que envíen los resultados (porque su web da error y no se pueden sacar).
Se inventan plazos. Te dicen 10 días cuando te dijeron 7 al extraer la sangre, cuando llega el día 10 te dicen que son 12 o 15 (que también han pasado). Vergonzoso! Espero no tener nada grave.
Una y no más desde luego.

ES UN AUTENTICO DESASTRE, LLEVO TRES DIAS INTENTANDO CONTACTAR POR TELEFONO Y POR EM@IL Y ES IMPOSIBLE, YA QUE NO SE PUEDE DESCARGAR LAS ANALITICAS DESPUES DE 10 DIAS DE ESPERA. Y HE TENIDO QUE CANCELAR LA CITA CON MI MEDICO, LOS PROXIMOS LOS HARE EN OTRO LABORATORIO.

Citados un sabado para analítica para mi hija de 7 años, la llevamos lógicamente en ayunas, aparcamos en la calle y pagamos estacionamiento regulado y cuando llegamos el centro està aparentemente abierto (iluminado, cierre levantado, etc) pero nadie abre puerta, no cogen el telef.y después de mas de media hora de espera en la puerta nos vamos porque no podemos tener a una niña sin desayunar tanto tiempo y dando vueltas. Todavía estoy echando pestes y esperando que me cojan el telef.para desahogarme.

Gracias a la recepcionista que fue muy amable y educada conmigo y al enfermero, me hicieron sentir cómoda y sin miedo por el pinchazo no en todos los lab se recibe este trato. Recomendados.

Gracias a que existen profesionales como en este laboratorio podemos estar tranquilos de estar bien cuidados. Verdaderamente magnífico, rapidez sorprendente y una gran coherencia en sus protocolos. Gracias

He estado esta mañana y la señorita que atiende en la recepción, exige muy bien el uso de mascarilla. Pero luego, abre la puerta de atención al público, y ella misma hace las PCR, lo peor es que no Se lavó las manos y tocó puertas con los guantes y luego se sentó y manejaba dinero efectivo tampoco se lavó las manos, las medidas de seguridad no se cumplen

Experiencia realmente mala. No tienen los tubos de extracción necesaria para sacar sangre, así que no lo recomendaría bajo ninguna circunstancia

Cuando vas nerviosa porque necesitas saber unos resultados y te tratan con eficacia y amabilidad, no puedes sino recomendar este sitio. Es cierto que el precio es de los más altos, pero merece la pena por el trato recibido (Fernando fue quien me realizó la prueba y tuvo mucha paciencia para explicarme mis dudas. ¡Gracias!) y por la rapidez en los resultados. Casi no me dio tiempo a llegar a casa y los tenía.

Recomiendo esta clínica, es la primera vez que no sufro cuando me hacen la prueba. Jenifer un 10.

Hice una prueba Pcr. Rápida atención. Buen horario. Aunque el test es más caro que hacerlo en el aeropuerto de Barajas

Muy buen laboratorio, me dieron los resultados antes de lo previsto y el personal tanto de recepción como médico muy amables y profesionales.

Excelente servicio. El horario de apertura es las 8: 00 am. Y he llamado a las 8: 12 para solicitar unos resultados de PCR con urgencia y me lo ha enviado Irene en un minuto, gracias por tu eficiencia Irene mi madre casi pierde su vuelo.

I had booked a test here through a third party service and it couldn't have been a smoother process. We went around 11am on a Friday and there was no line. We arrived, provided the voucher showing our tests were already paid for, and were seen right away. They told us it would take 30 minutes, but we received the results via their online portal after 15 minutes. At our request they also printed out a copy of the results for us.

My parents did their antigen test here, with results supposedly within 30 minutes, and based on my recommendation (I had previously done a PCR test here without issue). When the results did not arrive in their emails, we went to the online platform where it said the results were still pending, we then called, and called, and called, and called, and called, with no success.

The next morning when we went back in-person, we encountered a point blank refusal to believe any of the above - we were, apparently, to stupid to have thought to check our spam mail (which we had), or to correctly enter our names and IDs in the online platform (which we had), or to correctly follow the telephone menu options for the exam results (which we had, again and again and again).

The results were resent by email as we watched.and they arrived instantly in my parents inboxes without issue - the only conclusion: they were never sent in the first place.

To top it off, rather than an apology, or even concern that their system clearly had an error, we were instead asked to stand aside so the receptionist could attend others.even before the issue was resolved and before we had actually received the results (14 hours after the exam, and 13.5 hours after we should have received them). In case of doubt, I should add here that we were not taking up much of their time, the entire interaction was less than 3 minutes, and we had been asked to wait ourselves when we arrived - we simply wanted to understand what had happened, and why we had to come back in-person to be able to finally receive the results - if my parents had not left a full 24-hours leeway, they would not have been able to board their flight!

Be VERY careful if you use this lab. Do NOT leave the premises until you have the result. They will tell you its your own fault if you don't receive it - their starting assumption is that you are incompetent, and they seem to have no interest in identifying or fixing bugs in their own systems.

Las dos chicas son muy amables y profesionales, excelente, servicio de super primer. Los resultados salen antes su tiempo, que bien.
Una sola cosita hay que aclarar, es que las personas con cita cogen cola con sin sita, y eso provoca problemas a las 2 chicas y las molestan que no tienen ninguna culpa.

Llegué un día entre semana poco antes del cierre y apenas tuve que esperar. Hasta aquí lo bueno.
Llegué con síntomas de COVID tras haber sido contacto estrecho y solicité hacerme test de antígenos y PCR. El resultado del primero me lo dieron a la media hora y fue negativo. Me extrañó porque tenía síntomas y decidí hacerme en casa un segundo test comprado en farmacia por si tenía que confinarme. Este dio positivo.
Al día siguiente me llegó el resultado de la PCR. Sorprendentemente (se supone que son más sensibles) negativo. Decidí hacerme una segunda PCR en otro laboratorio que esta vez sí dio positivo.
Sé que los test no son 100% fiables, pero llama la atención que sus 2 test dieran resultados defectuosos. No sé si sería una partida defectuosa, una mala metodología (llevo ya unos cuantos test a mis espaldas y siempre el palito dichoso me lo introducen a mucha mayor profundidad) o que simplemente tuve mala suerte. En cualquier caso, siendo un asunto tan serio, decidí ponerlo en su conocimiento por e-mail, sin que hasta la fecha haya tenido respuesta.

Personal muy amable. Y en caso de incidencia con las pruebas, antes de colgar resultados en la web, te llaman por teléfono. Muy buena atención!

I went there to do a PCR and there was some significant queue outside (this is because it’s just before Christmas and on a Sunday). I tested at 14: 20. The results should have arrived me the day after since my test was done after 14pm. I had a flight the following morning so I explained the doctor/nurses there that I absolutely needed the results the same day. I received the results the same night. Very good service.

What an Awesome experience I had with MyLab; I have been having difficulties to get a place for Antigen test since yesterday cos today is Holiday in Madrid. I was assisted by Mylab staff online on how to get to their Lab via WhatsApp. On getting there; the staff's were so welcoming and kind, I underwent the test and the result was printed out for me and copies were sent to my email in English and Spanish. They made my day a magnificent one I really can't wait to share their contacts with pals travelling down to Madrid next week. Thanks once more MyLab; keep up the good work.

Great service here for our covid test. We arrived after the cut-off for same-day service but got our results that evening anyway. They are flexible in delivering the results in the format you need for travel, such as multiple languages.

He ido esta mañana a hacerme un test PCR para viajar en inglés, con el código QR, esta tarde ya tengo los resultados, no les puedo poner 6 estrellas, pero tanto la atención, la profesionalidad, la simpatía y el precio todo estupendo

My partner and I had to do an antigen test to fly to the USA and we found this lab online. The tests cost €25 per person and the results (in English & Spanish) were in our email inbox within 20 minutes.

The two girls we interacted with were very friendly and spoke a little bit of English. The procedure was quick and painless.
I would highly recommend this lab given the price & great service.

Perfect service. I got an antigen test for air travel. They took my info and were swabbing me within 5 minutes of arriving there. I barely walked 100 meters before the results were in my email, with a certificate in both English and Spanish. They were also friendly enough to speak English with me. Highly recommended!
