Quiero agradecer públicamente a Juan Antonio Ayuso, vigilante de los jardines de La Granja de San Ildefonso, en Segovia, su amabilidad y ayuda el pasado viernes 23 de septiembre cuando me quede sin batería en el móvil y me urgía realizar unas gestiones. Me ofreció su ayuda desinteresada y conversación sin abandonar sus tareas, presencié como tuvo que llamar la atención a un grupo de chicas que intentaron acceder a los jardines. Ejemplo de amabilidad y profesionalidad Juan Antonio fue ese ángel que a veces te encuentras en el camino y que te ayuda en una situación de necesidad. Gracias!

En la web ponia que cerraban a las 19: 00 y era mentira. Ni la actualizan ni ponen un contacto para poder reclamar

No contestan nunca cuando hay problemas y, el día que contestan, te dan información errónea.

Our first ticket booking for 11: 30 was cancelled (notified via email). We rebooked to 14: 00 and repaid the full price. Once we arrived, there was a massive queue even for prebooked tickets - we stood outside in the freezing cold for more than an hour. This is totally unacceptable given that we paid in excess of 50 EUR for the visit in advance. Furthermore, since there were no guards keeping the queue in order, we had to deal ourselves with people who tried to barge into the front of the queue. At the museum itself, there is a definite lack of signs directing the visitors where to go. Most of the rooms cannot be photographed which is odd (even enforced by guards which the queue outside severely lacks). I posted this review as a feedback to the Palace's site, and I'm posting it here as well, to try convincing others not to repeat the mistake of visiting the palace and spending precious tourist time elsewhere.

ESTAIS HACIENDO DEL PARDO UN PARQUE PRECIOSO, ADEHESANDO A DIESTRO Y SINIESTRO, SOBRE TODO PARA VENDER LA MADERA! ESO SI RECOGER LOS ESCOMBROS Y LA BASURA COMO NO DA DINERO, NO MERECE LA PENA, CLARO ESTÁ!
