Plaza España Skyline

Ideal para pasar vacaciones en familia , bien ubicado y comunicado, cerca del centro. Sin duda la próxima estancia en Madrid me alojare allí sin dudarlo.

Ventajas: excelente ubicación para muchas atracciones turísticas como el palacio. Gran balcón envolvente (para los meses de verano), no nos quedamos a pesar de la hermosa puesta de sol, ya que hacía frío y viento en noviembre.

Desventajas: la limpieza necesita mejoras y a la suite le vendría bien una mejora en su interior. Manchas en las telas y los radiadores no funcionaban (¿no estaban encendidos?). Los recepcionistas no fueron tan amables excepto una señora (supongo que podrían estar simplemente cansados. no quiero atribuir esto al hecho de que no somos españoles ni blancos).

En general, me quedaría nuevamente en la ubicación si se realizaran mejoras tanto en el software como en el hardware.

Nos alojamos 3 noches para unas vacaciones familiares en Madrid.

Pudimos tomar un taxi a las 3:30 am hasta el aeropuerto con la ayuda del personal de recepción, fue una estancia muy agradable.

Sitio espectacular para lo que necesitábamos. Utilizamos este apartamento para que se vistiese mi pareja en nuestro día de bodas, las fotos han quedado espectaculares y la luz que hay es impresionante. Muy espacioso y todo muy limpio y ordenado. Tiene garaje lo cual también es un plus para descargar cosas y aparcar por la zona que no suele ser fácil. Como es airbnb, nos dejaron además meter a personal de maquillaje y peluquería al apartamento! Un 10! Muy recomendable

La buena ubicación del apartamento me sorprendió dos veces.
En enero de 2022, por la capacidad de respuesta del personal y en enero de 2023, por la parcialidad y la falta de voluntad para ayudar.
Los directivos eran diferentes, naturalmente.
UPD: No podría confundir a una mujer en enero de 2022 y un hombre en 2023, aunque son “lo mismo”, como dices en tu respuesta.

Recientemente nos alojamos 5 noches y tuvimos una estancia muy agradable. El personal fue muy servicial, la habitación era espaciosa, la cama era cómoda y era fácil acceder a la lavandería. Disfrutamos de la ubicación, ya que cerca había un excelente lugar para desayunar, una frutería, el templo de Debod y el Palacio Real.

Todo salió bien, limpio y cómodo, seguro. Un poco ruidoso en la carretera y en el lado del túnel. El check-in fue demasiado rápido, no teníamos información de todo (papelera, lavadora, no sabíamos que había autobús gratuito.). También nos hubiera gustado que respondieran nuestros correos electrónicos para tener acceso al estacionamiento antes del check-in, condujimos durante varios minutos antes de encontrar un espacio.

El personal es realmente amable y el mostrador está abierto las 24 horas.
Era una habitación tipo apartamento, pero estaba muy ordenada y tenía todos los utensilios, por lo que era cómoda y agradable la estancia.
La ubicación está un poco alejada del centro, pero está cerca del Palacio Real de Madrid, y detrás está la Plaza de España y justo ahí está la zona centro, por lo que no hubo ningún inconveniente durante la estancia.

Perfecto en términos de ubicación.
Los apartamentos están limpios y bien equipados.
Ideal para un viaje en pareja o con la familia.
El personal es muy agradable y amable.

Habitaciones muy amplías y con todos los servicios, a 5 minutos de la Gran Vía andando, y el servicio de parking es ideal. Nos dejaron meterlo antes del check in, que se agradece. El personal de 10, y el chico de mantenimiento nos solucionó lo del aire acondicionado enseguida. Volveremos.

I booked with Plaza Espana Skyline in October 22 for an upcoming trip.
I recently received an email from this hotel stating that they have automatically cancelled my booking due to my credit card/debit card not being valid. This is incorrect information. The other excuse was "Occasionally, properties have to change or modify bookings unexpectedly. " Plaza Espana stated that the guarantee card was not valid 5 months after the time of reservation.which means they have tried to test the card 5 months after a reservation was placed. This card has been used to even purchase hotels already. Plaza Espana practices need to be addressed. Why not contact the customer before cancelling, especially after a reservation has been on hold for that amount of time?

My reservation was booked almost 5 months ago.
The credit card/debit card is in-fact valid and verified.
This was confirmed by Expedia. This hotel then said to me to make a new booking at the higher price using a new credit card.
However, the room was booked within 25 minutes by another patron. This is very strange and this hotel cannot be trusted.
My family has stayed with this hotel before and recommended to me for my honeymoon, however they were unprofessional and lied to me stating incorrect information.
I would suggest any person looking at this hotel to avoid because the same thing might happen to you.
How can you cancel a reservation 5 months after it being confirmed, with a payment to be made at the hotel on the day of my booking? Very unprofessional and disappointing.
Expedia gave this hotel an opportunity to make it right and honour my reservation but they did not do so, therefore I am writing this review about my experience. Avoid.

Extremely poor service. No customer service and rude staff, they cancelled my booking I had made months before and made up an excuse about there being an issue and told me to re-book at a higher price. This hotel will try to make more money out of you by cancelling for an invalid reason - do not stay here.

Edited to add: I find it funny I'm now being told I can re-book at the same price, but when the I contacted the hotel shortly after receiving the cancellation email I was told otherwise. Also when I did contact the hotel after receiving the cancellation email, 30 minutes later the dates I was going were now booked, so you know I can't even rebook. Funny how only my dates were re-booked so quickly, but there are other dates available.

All you had to do was contact me if there was a potential issue with my credit card and another card would have been provided. Especially considering I had booked this 5 months before and in those 5 months you never seemed to have an issue with my credit card until now. Customer service is non-existent.

Apartamentos perfectos para visitar el Centro de Madrid. Súper limpios, la ducha perfecta y con parking gratis. Está justo en el límite de la zona restringida para los vehículos de forma que perfecto! Y el personal trabajando allí un encanto!

Walking distance to several neighborhoods/plazas but itself the apartment building is in a quiet location. Front desk personnel are very helpful. Near grocery stores. Nice view of a park out the window. Parking on sight. Accomodating to baby with pack n play crib and high chair.

Desde antes de tener a mis dos hijos nos hemos quedado en el edificio, y tanto para parejas como para familias es siempre un 10.
Por suerte nos hemos quedado en todas las habitaciones del edificio, las cuales son todas diferentes en decoración y temática.
Además disponen de plaza de aparcamiento en las plantas -1 y -2, con ascensor directo a todas las plantas, lo que para cualquier familia con niños pequeños es un extra. Lo digo por experiencia propia ya que mis hijos ya tienen 2 y 6 años. Gracias por todo Plaza España Skyline.

Nice park to take a walk. Heater built-in, nice furnitures, helpful staffs. No restaurant for breakfast like hotels but a nice kitchen will do and nearby cafe rivere has great breakfast and coffee.

Es la segunda vez que me quedo en este lugar y confirmo que es un lugar excelente por su ubicación. Los apartamentos tienen mucho espacio y son ideales para ir en familia. Muy completos con cocina, lavadora y secadora. La verdad creo es la mejor opción si quieres visitar Madrid.

Un complejo en el Centro de Madrid donde ir en familia con parking gratuito a 2 minutos caminando de Plaza España y Gran Vía. Apartamentos muy limpios camas muy cómodas.

Emplacement idéal proche des principaux monuments et endroits touristiques. Appartement très propre et très bien agencé. Literie de très bonne qualité. J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

El sitio es precioso y super acogedor, todo limpio e impecable. Excelente ubicación y facilidad para llegar y aparcar.
Lo mejor es lo bien que nos ha tratado el personal del hotel. Me dejé una prenda en la habitación y me puse en contacto con ellos y me respondieron enseguida, me han facilitado el poder recuperarla.
Estoy muy agradecida con ellos y he estado muy agusto. ¡Volveremos sin duda!

Plaza España Skyline met all of our expectations and beyond. We usually stay in a hotel but we thought we would try something new …. It was not a mistake! The location was wonderful- everything is within walking distance. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and well equipped. The front desk staff were so helpful and lovely - nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be returning soon! Thank you very much!

La estancia en Plaza de España Skyline fue increíble. Desde un principio la acogida en recepción fue muy agradable, se nos explicó todo con detalle, a la vez que nos tendieron la mano para visitar los principales lugares de Madrid. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, espaciosas y confortables. Asimismo, la ubicación es excelente, dado que nada más salir del hotel subes unas escaleras y te encuentras en Plaza de España, pudiendo ver lugares como el Templo Debod, el Senado o el Palacio Real en menos de 5 minutos andando. Así que solo tenemos palabras de gratitud y agradecimiento por la agradable estancia durante estos 5 días en este aparta-hotel.

Trato excelente. Ubicación fantástica. Apartamentos muy cuidados, cómodos y funcionales. Parking gratuito. Volveremos sin duda.

We have stayed at this property 3 times, once in 2018 and 2 times in 2022. We are a family of three. It’s a great hotel. It’s clean and the beds and pillows are comfortable. Kitchens are well stocked. And it’s centrally located within 2 metro stations (Plaza Espana and Principe Pio) that connect to many lines. The front desk staff is always helpful and available 24 by 7. We will be back again if we come to Madrid. Only recommendation for improvement is a paper towel roll in the kitchen upon check in. I’m sharing night views from our balcony.

We stayed here for five nights. We had to find a place with a separate bedroom and a kitchen because we worked during the day and walked in the city after working hours.
The bathroom and bedroom were super clean, kitchen was well equipped with a washing machine. There was a smart TV in the living room so we could sign in to our own streaming service accounts. We both work with VPN and different systems so for us the wifi was a bit slow (at last I used my own data).

Amazing stay here, mostly thanks to the wonderful receptionist with the glasses. Thank you so much for everything! Highly recommended.

En edificio elegante céntricamente ubicado en calle tranquila y entorno selecto. Recepción 24 horas con plaza de garaje incluida. En el límite de Madrid Central. Zonas comunes amigables. Apartamento renovado con varias opciones según tipo de viaje. Personal de recepción muy amable y profesional. Ideal. En cuanto terminen las obras de Plaza de España será perfecto.

La verdad es que nos gustó absolutamente todo. La atención en recepción (24h) siempre fue muy buena.
El apartamento era espacioso, muy bien iluminado, estaba limpio, la cocina contaba con muchos utensilios, además el aire acondicionado funcionaba rápidamente cuando se le necesitaba. La TV del salón contaba con Netflix, así que más que suficiente. Las zonas comunes (pasillos, ascensor y demás) muy limpios y bonitos.
En cuanto a ruidos, los tres días que nos alojamos todo estuvo muy muy tranquilo, tanto durante el día como durante la noche. No se escuchó nada de los otros apartamentos que teníamos tanto a los lados como debajo y encima del nuestro, algo que valoro muchísimo, así que sensacional!:).
A pesar de las obras que hay en plaza España nos llegaron 0 ruidos así que pudimos descansar muy bien.
Definitivamente contaremos con ellos en el futuro!

No hemos tenido el placer de comprobar las instalaciones ni la calidad del servicio, ya que teníamos reserva para uno de nuestros técnicos el día 13/01 y debido al temporal no pudimos ir, pero no han tenido la decencia de condonar nada de la reserva y nos han cobrado la reserva completa. Con ese detalle tenemos claro que nunca será una opción para alojarnos en Madrid.

Tengo que destacar el buen trato por la parte de Yanny el chico de recepción muy educado y simpático, el apartamento es muy centrico, nuevo y bonito. Lo recomiendo totalmente

Siempre es un placer volver. Los apartamentos sin pegas, siempre con detalles. El acceso y dejar el coche en el mismo hotel es muy cómodo. El personal super super! Un 10.

Hemos contado con este maravilloso equipo para alojar a nuestras familias y para nuestra habitación en el día de nuestra boda.y no nos han podido tratar mejor. Habitaciones increíbles y todo el personal de 10, cuidando cada detalle. Gracias por todo una vez más!

Ubicación excelente, centro de Madrid. Apartamentos preciosos. Trato perfecto. En mi caso fué un apoyo importante para disfrutar de la boda de mi hijo.

Sitio difícil de igualar en zona y confort y con un personal cercano y con una gran predisposición de servicio te lo hacen todo agradable

No me gustó nada lo peor de mi estancia en Madrid capital el pasado mes de febrero, solo le salva la ubicación por lo demás apartamentos normales con varios defectos a precio de lujo

Wonderful apartment hotel. Comfortable king bed, well-designed kitchen, closet with hangers and drawers, and spacious. Washer was complimentary, but you have to bring/buy soap. Dryer was not efficient, but easy to hang dry clothes.

Thanks so much to Bernadette. We stayed for 1 week and Bernadette was really friendly and helpful with us with everything, especially with us foreigners who do not speak Spanish. She was always happy and always tries her best to assist even with things which are not within her scope of work.

Happy to have stayed here for 4 nights. Really convenient location - walking distance to sites and shopping. Staff are friendly. We got a corner room on the first floor. Noise wasn’t too bad. It’s fun to people watch as they sit in traffic.

Be aware: i was trying to leave a review for the Chinese bodega on the other end of the street No prices and they over charged us by double. Just saying they are sketchy.

Large clean apartments with fantastic location. We stayed for 5 nights in their two bedroom apartment which had two ensuite bathrooms.

We enjoyed the location which was a short walk to a lot of tourist sites as well as popular local neighborhoods (for tapas, night life etc).

The Prado is a 30 minute walk (but Madrid is such a stunning and gorgeous city I advise walking it as much as its possible).

The only negative is that we were in the first floor and the noise front the street gets VERY loud. So if you are a light sleeper (like I am) request a higher floor or a unit that does not face the street. The quality of sleep for me as a result was very dismal but other than this one con the place is fantastic.
