El año pasado hice unas prácticas aquí. ¡La tienda y los hombres me gustaron mucho!

Ellos son muy amables y divertidos, siempre están dispuestos a ayudar a los clientes (y a mí). Me trataron como una amiga.

El paseo en bicicleta con Vasiliy fue muy interesante. Vi lugares bonitos y aprendí mucho sobre la ciudad.

Fue mi primera vez en Madrid y ellos la embellecieron, tengo hermosos recuerdos con ellos.

El recorrido en bicicleta eléctrica de Abdul por la ciudad fue increíble. Es tan cálido y atractivo. Animó a los que tenían menos experiencia en andar en bicicleta. También agregó muchos elementos multiculturales más allá de los recorridos típicos y nos mantuvo a la sombra durante el calor.

For 10 euro we had two good bikes for more than 2 hours. The two guys that ran the place at the time were very nice and helpful.

Establecimiento para alquilar bicis excelente. Precio muy bueno y el personal muy amable y hasta nos dió un mapa y nos indicó los mejores sitios para visitar en el parque del retiro.
Íbamos con niños y tenían bicis de todo tipo y medidas

Alquilamos dos bicicletas eléctricas. Son de muy buena calidad y duran mucho tiempo. Con 20€ cada uno más barato que en otros sitios.

Es la segunda vez que alquilamos patines aquí. Súper simpáticos los chicos que llevan la tienda. Los precios están muy bien y son asequibles. Mucha facilidad para alquilar los patines. Les dijimos que queríamos alquilarlos 4 horas y nos dijeron que nos cobraban luego al llegar por si veníamos antes no pagar tanto así que genial. Los patines además de muy buena calidad. Te ofrecen también protecciones. Muy recomendado.

100% Muy recomendable el alquiler de bicicletas en este sitio. Aparte de recomendarme en el alquiler de la clase de bicicleta, me pusieron muchas facilidades en todo. Alquile dos semanas una bicicleta para una excursión bastante exigente.

Hice este tour en bibicleta electrica y fue una experiencia increíble, no se la pueden perder. Y si pueden pedir por Gigi de guía, van a tener no solo una guía dedicada al tour al 100%, sino una chica carismática, que sabe "leer" en su grupo lo que mas les interesa, y sobre todo sabe muchísimo de Madrid, sus lugares históricos, recomienda dónde tomar un buen helado y a nosotros nos hizo un paseo adicional por el barrio de los poetas, realmente se paso Gigi.

Buen sitio para alquilar bicis, y muy céntrico si quieres comenzar una ruta para ver madrid desde el retiro.

Los chicos muy majos fuimos mi chica y yo, y nos atendieron genial.

We had a brilliant tour guide called Abdul, he knew a lot of interesting historical facts on the various sights we visited. The electric bikes were really good and sooo much better than a normal bike especially in the heat. However, as a non confident biker I found riding on the roads quite scary so I would recommend this to good bikers. Its a great way to see parts of the city in a few hours.

Fantastic multi language electric-bicycle tours here. For 3h, Abdul was a super engaging guide that went into very interesting tidbits of history and information as we went on a relaxed cycle through a beautiful city. We also got a bunch of recommendations of what to visit on our own time. Highly recommended.

La atención por correo electrónico ha sido genial y la atención personal espectacular, explicación de funcionamiento y asesoramiento de cara a futuras compras de 10, además los patinetes en buen estado de conservación.

One of the best way to visit Madrid is to rent a bike and cycle around. Rent & Roll offers a very nice selection of bikes including electric ones. They have child seats and helmets for everyone. They will also give you a basket should you need one.

Most importantly they have a very nice crew that is friendly and helpful. After just 2 visits you feel like a regular!

The rental prices are very reasonable and they are very flexible with rental hours.

Good and kind service, the bicycle (a Connor MTB) worked well, it was well maintained but was not new at all, with several dents & scratches. That's why I'm not rating it 5-stars Overall, positive, I'll use them again.

Un lugar para RECOMENDAR.
Alquilé una bici eléctrica por un mes, hice el camino de Santiago.la bici anduvo espectacular, pero lo destacable fue la amabilidad, la atención extraordinaria en todo momento, por mail, por whatsapp y personalmente unos chicos encantadores, me asesoraron super bien, quise alquilar una bateria extra y en contra de su negocio y a mi favor, me dijeron no era necesario, y asi fue.todo tal cual me dijeron fue correcto. Si tienes que alquilar no dudes y te recomiendo lo hagas aqui, por precio, por atención, por calidad y por honestidad. Sin duda el año que viene volveré y recomendare a mis amigos ciclistas.

Great shop with e-bikes, regular bikes, toddler balance bikes, rollerblades, etc at very reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly. Best to reserve in advance over the phone.

Fantastic experience. Highly recommendable. We rented purely to ride around and see the Parke Retiro which is right across the street from the shop. We rented 3 electric scooters and was incredibly well priced. 15.00 for 2 hours each. Best of all.my daughter only 10 wa given a helmet included and able to walk the scooter across to the park and learn while riding. It was her first time and she was a pro within minutes. Great way to get around Madrids biggest park. Staff were very accommodating and friendly, although I do reccomend reserving your chosen method to get around (bike, scooter, patinette, etc) as it does get busy. Then promise and deliver exactly what they say they will. Very straight forward pick up and return. Enjoy!

La bicicleta es una buena opción para conocer el retiro y aquí te dan la posibilidad de hacerlo. La persona que nos atendió fue muy amable y nos dio unas explicaciones prácticas para recorrer el parque. Precio muy asequible. No se puede pedir más. De 10.

Excelente experiencia! Muy amables, las bicis súper cómodas y están muy cerca del Retiro. Alquilamos a un muy buen precio 3 bicicletas de paseo por 2h. Y fueron más que suficiente para recorrer todo el parque con tranquilidad.

I really wish I could give a higher rating. The guide was good and we covered a fair amount of sites with background so it was a good introduction to Madrid. Unfortunately, the bikes, or at least the ebikes, are in pretty rough condition. It didn’t help that mine died 2/3 of the way through the tour.

Las bicicletas en muy mal estado, cambiamos 3 veces las bicicletas y las 3 veces la cadena se rompió, terrible servicio, pésima atención.

We had a private bike tour with Raúl. He was an amazing guide, his English was perfect and he knew to entertain our teenaged girls. Bikes were okay, we had no problems with them. We highly recommend Rent & Roll Madrid.

Loved the entire experience! It was obvious our guide was extremely knowledgeable and was eager to answer any of our questions. All in all it was an amazing bike tour.

Penoso el trato por parte del dependiente, si estás tatuado y grande te van a tratar como un ladrón. Es una auténtica pena la actitud que tienen algunos.

What an amazing tour! Alfonso was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to tell the history of the city like he lived it! I definitely recommend this 3 hr bike tour.

Prices are quite ok, bikes were in very good condition and staff have been kind and informative. If You're looking for a bike in Madrid - pick that one. Good localization of Rent & Roll is a big plus also!

Bike rental with no red-tapism at all! It only took me around 3 min to get a nice trekking bike. An unbeatable asset of the establishment is being located right next to Retiro park - a perfect biking place in town. Totally recommend.
