The Cooking Clubhouse

Demasiado bueno para perderlo. La pasión que tiene el propietario por crear comunidad a través de la buena comida es algo que se palpó en su presentación. Nos dieron instrucciones perfectas para tapas increíbles. Nunca nos quedamos sin comida ni bebida y, sinceramente, podríamos volver a cocinar la paella. El lugar está bien organizado y meticulosamente limpio. ¡No te lo puedes perder!

¡La clase de paella fue fantástica! Me encantó la historia del equipo y cómo abrieron el negocio. Fue súper divertido, excelente comida y excelente vino. Pudimos probar 3 vinos diferentes. Creo que hubiera sido bueno probar los 3 inicialmente en lugar de esperar a beber uno y luego esperar a probar los otros 2 abajo con la comida. ¡Recomendaría esta clase a todos! Esperando que puedan abrir otras ubicaciones en otros lugares.

Recientemente asistí a su clase de cocina de paella con mi familia y ¡fue lo más destacado de nuestro viaje, SIN DUDA! Los instructores fueron atractivos, el ambiente animado, la música sonaba y me divertí mucho aprendiendo nuevas habilidades culinarias mientras disfrutaba de champán sin fondo. Sí, se sirvió champán todo el tiempo. ¡Elegante y moderno! Altamente recomendado para una experiencia única y agradable en el corazón de Madrid.

El highlight de Madrid. Ana fue excelente instructora, la dinámica de grupo fue súper divertida. Bebimos y comimos rico. Es un must!

Fue una experiencia increíble. Me encantó la decoración del lugar, estaba bien organizado, todos los ingredientes preparados, limpio y totalmente equipado. El chef y su personal fueron muy serviciales y pacientes, había mucho vino y la receta fue fácil de seguir y deliciosa al final. Volvería otra vez y lo recomendaría totalmente a amigos y familiares.

¡Esta clase de cocina definitivamente es una gran experiencia! ¡Eric y Danny fueron increíbles! Entre enseñar y mantener nuestra copa de vino llena, ¡fueron geniales! ¡Y luego la comida también estuvo increíble! Casi no creo que lo hayamos logrado. ¡No puedo recomendar esto lo suficiente! ¡Definitivamente fue lo más destacado de nuestro viaje a Madrid!

Toda la velada estuvo bien pensada y organizada y todos se lo pasaron genial. La comida era deliciosa y, de hecho, no tenía fondo: nuestros vasos nunca estaban vacíos y sé que definitivamente me habría beneficiado un poco de agua, así que gracias extra al personal por tener que tratar conmigo.

Noche súper divertida y se lo recomendaría a cualquiera que venga a Madrid. ¡¡Pero no subestimes el poder del cava ilimitado!

Fantastic experience! Santiago and the team were excellent teachers and created a very memorable experience. We cooked several of the classic tapas and the Cooking Clubhouse team created a delicious main course and a unique and delicious dessert. Whether you’re a seasoned cook and a newbie, this a great way to experience the wonderful food of Spain. Highly recommend

The Cooking Clubhouse in Madrid delivered an exceptional cooking class experience! The paella we made was outstanding, thanks to easy-to-follow instructions and high-quality ingredients. This was a great evening. The instructions were easy to follow and very friendly. An inexperienced person would find it easy but experienced cooks will still learn a lot. We cooked great food which were paired with four different wines and we were encouraged to drink as much as we liked.

Perhaps one of the most memorable travel experiences i've had in years. The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and kept the Cava flowing without fail during the entire evening. The facilities were clean, modern and very well presented. Using quality ingredients our class cooked an amazing feast that looked like it was professionally prepared. The dining experience that followed was 5 star. I highly recommend this activity if you visit Madrid - you won’t be disappointed.

Definitivamente tienes que hacer una reserva para esta experiencia en tu visita a Madrid. Queríamos hacer algo diferente antes de irnos y absolutamente fue la mejor idea. Eric y Alex te reciben como en casa. Fue una experiencia fabulosa llena de historia sobre la paella, detalles sobre el arte de la cocina española, compartir con otros viajeros y lleno de risas que siempre llevaré conmigo. Preparamos 4 tipos diferentes de paella, en lo cual el chef siempre pasaba por cada estación para darnos instrucciones en detalles. Al terminar de cocinar las paellas, bajamos a la bodega y ahí tuvimos la cena lo cual incluía 2 aperitivos, las paellas preparadas por el grupo, diferentes vinos españoles y finalizando con 2 postres espectaculares. Definitivamente 100% recomendado.

Fue un experiencia increíble! La comida estaba 10/10 y la atención del personal fue impecable, definitivamente vale cada centavo invertido y sin duda alguna volvería hacerlo de nuevo 100% recomendado

We had such a blast. We decided to attend last minute and I’m so glad we did. The instructors were very friendly, spoke English and Spanish, were attentive but not overbearing, and kept the wine flowing! I learned a lot, ate a lot, and drank A LOT.

I recommend this place absolutely for team events. We had a marvelous evening together, a lot of fun and moments to remember cooking and eating delicious tapas. The chefs are really passionate with what the offer and they live their style of cooking. The dessert, cream catalane, was the best I ever ate.

Had the absolute BEST time at The Cooking Clubhouse! This was one of my favorite things that I did while in Madrid. Erick made the entire experience so much fun! The food was phenomenal and the unlimited wine was delicious! I highly recommend taking a class if you get to chance:)

This is a “must do” if you visit Madrid. Alex, Anna and Santi were amazing as hosts, chefs and instructors. As someone that doesn’t normally cook (but loves to eat), they made the entire experience amazing and fun. The location was beautiful, the 5 paellas the group made were incredible and with wine flowing freely, it could not have been a better experience.

The Paella Cooking experience was fantastic! We enjoyed the cooking class, the delicious food and wines and learning about our teachers cooking experiences. Highly recommend this class for anyone that likes to cook or wants to try paella as you make a variety and all were amazing! Anna, Santi and Alex were all wonderful hosts/teachers. Thank you!

Such an incredible experience! Make sure to book directly through their website. I took the tapas making course and it was filled with personal touches. The instructors were entertaining, extremely knowledgeable, and approachable. They really encouraged collaboration between groups and we made some friends! The food was phenomenal and of course the never ending wine is a perk. Would recommend to everyone and I’d love to take this class (and others by Cooking Clubhouse) again!

Amazing experience! Alex was such a caring host. The kids loved it and had such a great time. Would give ten stars if I could. They were very accommodating to allergies and preferences. All around a great time.

If you’re in Madrid you must go here. The staff here is incredible. They are all so friendly and so much fun. They teach you so much about the background of Spain and where the dishes you are cooking from come from. The food is incredible and the bottomless champagne experience is such a fun time. If you are in Madrid you must go here!

Would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Madrid! I went solo to the tapas cooking class and met lots of great people. Delicious food and plenty of wine! Loved it!

We took the paella cooking class with Erick in December. My husband and I were the only participants for that day and the class was still held, which was greatly appreciated.

My husband is a very knowledgeable chef but learned a lot of new techniques from Erick. Erick is an excellent instructor. His passion for cooking is quite evident as he conducted the class. The finished meal was delicious and the wine was bottomless!

After we ate Erick gave us a tour a wonderful tour of the entire space. It is fantastic. If we lived in Madrid would definitely book events there.

If we ever return to Madrid we will definitely take other classes at the Cooking Club.

This was a lot of fun, a great way to try different tapas and I would highly recommend. The people running it are great!

I went here with my daughter and daughter-in-law, and we had a GREAT time. We did the paella class, and the instruction was very helpful. The wine was truly bottomless. After we finished cooking, they provided 2 appetizers and 2 desserts for us, all of which were delicious. Fantastic experience, and a must do in Madrid! Will definitely come back the next time we're here.

What a great experience. We had a large group for cooking class and Alex and team were outstanding in creating a fun, memorable experience. The food and wine were great for sure - but the well thought out structure of the evening was what made it great.

Have spent two evenings at the cooking clubhouse and have already booked my third! Lovely staff, incredible ambiance, and absolutely delicious food. Could not recommend this place more for locals or tourists. After 6 weeks in Madrid, we can’t help but bring out of town visitors here. Energy is great and the wine is flowing.
