Justo estuve ayer por primera vez y, aunque soy asidua desde hace años a este tipo de servicios, puedo decir que ha sido el mejor masaje de toda mi vida. La sala donde dan los masajes es muy bonita y relajante y Agustín -aparte de un masajista excepcional- explica muy bien en qué consiste el masaje que te va a hacer. Un 10 en todos los aspectos. Volveré y lo recomiendo al 100%.

Un compañero de trabajo me recomendó a Lourdes hace 9 años y no he parado de ir desde entonces.
Siempre te pregunta en qué quieres enfocar la sesión para adaptarse a tus necesidades.
Salgo de allí como nueva, no he encontrado a nadie que de unos masajes tan alucinantes como ella.
Pero además va mucho más allá del masaje en sí, es una experiencia para todos los sentidos. La temperatura, la música y los aceites que utiliza, gran atención al detalle.
Llevo recomendándoselo a mis amigos desde que la conocí e incluso he regalado sus masajes en cumpleaños.
Seguiré yendo sin dudarlo.

Escribo esta reseña tan pronto como he llegado a casa porque no podía esperar. Simplemente espectacular. Es la segunda vez que vengo, la primera vez me atendió Agustín y ahora Lourdes. He notado un estilo diferente de cada uno pero ambos me han encantado. He ido a otros sitios de masajes y la verdad que no se para que, este simplemente es el mejor a mi parecer en relación calidad-precio y atención. Fui por problema de cuello y trapecios por si alguien tiene el mismo problema, que sepa que aquí lo hacen perfecto. Sin duda volveré, muchas gracias Lourdes!

After walking the Camiño, I was feeling emotionally and physically drained. I looked around online to try to find the perfect place to get massage. Augustine listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable. His professionalism and kindness made him the best Massage Therapist I’ve ever had. As a b-day present my boyfriend had booked
me an appointment in the Fix Room. Without exaggeration I can say that I had the best deep tissue massage in my life. Augustine is very attentive, he could detect right away the areas that were specifically tensed and needed more treatment. In an hour I felt completely recharged. The great atmosphere in the studio just adds to the whole experience: nice essential oils, music, decor, heated massage table and so on. I would truly recommend Augustine and his studio to everyone who seeks relaxation or needs therapy.

Lourdes gave me the BEST combination massage EVER! She uses just the right pressure (I like it deep; but she was careful to not hurt me) and is very attune to where the body needs it. Beautiful space tucked away quietly in a central part of Madrid. I would come back to Madrid to see her again! Super professional and intuitive with her gift!

The fix room saved me a year ago when my sciatica flared up and I’ve been coming back ever since. Augustine is amazing, he listens to everything and reads my body so well. I highly recommend. I don’t speak great Spanish so he will speak English whenever I need to.

I had a great experience here at the fix room:) Augustine was the first male masseur I ever had. His level of professionalism and kindness made me feel so comfortable and in good hands. He explained everything to me in advance with such a care and patience. He is very respectful and mindful of different cultures and mindsets which is a plus. It was my first visit to Madrid and not to mention a massage salon! I was impressed and deeply touched by the dedication and passion of Augustin. He also took into consideration that I was Singapore (Asia) and had certain notions of how a foot reflexology should be conducted. Augustin made me feel at ease and so relaxed during my 1 hr session. It was one of the most professional and therapeutic treatments I ever had. Augustin is highly skilled and he is strongly recommended. I wish I had more days here so I can see him daily!

I have chronic pain and tightness in my back and have desperately tried everything for over a decade to try to allieve it some. I had the most effective deep tissue massage I've ever had at The Fix Room a few months ago while visiting Madrid. I often think, if only I could visit again and get a few more massages there, I feel like they may be able to fix some of the back pain for good. Super attentive and friendly as well! Had an amazing massage here today! Would have to say that it is one of the best ever. Great attention to detail, perfect pressure, regular check ins about comfort and just wonderful overall. I highly recommend and may just have to take a trip back to Madrid for another massage soon!

One of the best deep tissue massages I have ever gotten in my life! Both Augustin and Lourdes have angle hands and know exactly which points to pay attention to. They are also extremely prudent and have an incredible eye for detail to make the whole experience impeccable (From providing you with special underwear and hair ties to making sure the room temperature is correct and serving you tea after the massage). The first time I went, I had Augusting and I remember he made sure that I was completely comfortable with everything seeing as I was a women and he a man and I really appreciated that. Augustin above all speaks perfect English, which I found quite comforting as my Spanish is not fluent yet.

I try to return as often as my budget allows and have recommended The Fix Room to many of my friends!

Very clean, very responsive via message, considerate and professional. One of the best massages I’ve had in the last 20 years and that’s saying a lot! Augustine is a master of massage. Highly recommend if you need a tune up while in Madrid.

Got a 90 minute couples massage before our long flight home to the US that was amazing! Our therapists were talented, intuitive and strong and the setting was lovely. Highly recommended!

One of the best massages I have ever gotten. I am recovering from shoulder surgery and a minor tear in my hamstring. I had a 90 minute sport massage on both areas and it did not disappoint. Very deep and intense massage which is exactly what I need after being absent from sport for over 5 months. I would highly recommend any athletes to give this place a try, you won’t regret it. I have already booked my next appointment. My masseuse’s name was Lourdes and she was fantastic, very friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

Agustin is an excellent masseuse and provided a 5 star plus massage. I was in Madrid for a week for 2 interviews and had just moved house, so I needed some help with my back. Agustin was understanding about where I wanted him to focus, and went the extra mile by adding on an extra half an hour and adding elements of the thai massage to make it more customised to what I needed. He was generous and refused my tip despite having given me a longer service than what I paid for. I have to say that the tea he offered was also delicious, and I liked the care he takes that all your belongings have a safe place to be during the massage. For the ladies, there is also always a hair bobble to hand- just to show you the level of detail in the care taken here.

I came to see Agustin after reading many great reviews and I can not fault him or his professional service. I have just moved to Madrid and after the stresses of moving to a new country, and my body was not coping. After seeing Agustin, I felt great! He was very attentive to my previous knee injury and to what my muscles required. He also took the time to explain the treatment and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommended!

Agustin is exceptional at what he does. I was very happy with my 60 minute sport massage and 30 minute facial. I've had memberships to multiple massage studios in the US and this is by far the best I've ever had. I would highly recommend to anyone. I felt like I was floating when I left.

Make sure to book a few days in advance, if you want to get a quick reply try contacting them by email.a little hard to find the place and even when you get in there's no sign that tells you the floor number (1) but it was totally worth it.

Atmósfera y trato excepcional. Resultados muy gratificantes y reparadores. El mejor lugar al que puedes ir si vas a acercarte al centro de la capital buscando huir o escapar del estrés diario. Sin duda, aquí eso lo dejas bien atrás.
