The place is nice but the quality of the materials is way below standards.
The walls that separate the apartments are as thin as paper and we can hear all the noises that the neightbours make, even the sound on the phone when they receive messages or the coughing when they don't feel well. We hear every night the TV from the neightbours upstair, we hear our other neightbours when they go to the bathroom, the main door when people arrive, the lift. I am really surprised by the low standards of noise isolation! And we don't pay a cheap rent!
