Lugar engañoso, te muestran un plato de un tamaño y luego te sirven otro mas chico, El humus estaba rico pero es demasiado caro, mostraba patatas y luego eran muy pequeñas. 18 euros un poco de humus con dos panes me parece un exceso.

Pues la comida está buena, y las personas que lo atienden son simpáticas, pero me resultó carísimo.

La comida estaba muy rica, pero el tamaño de los platos no es suficiente para el almuerzo.son mejores como refrigerios.

Servicio muy cortés y comida deliciosa! Ensalada griega, trío de hummus y un jugo funcional ¡estuvo maravilloso!

Quality vs price is not good, service is bad and the food is bad. Don’t waste your money here

Awful and overpriced. Ordered an acai bowl and not only did it look nothing like the picture, it took forever to make. It was so melted it was basically liquid and the amount in the bowl could barely fill a cup.very disappointed and NOT worth your money

Pues la comida está buena, y las personas que lo atienden son simpáticas, pero me resultó carísimo. Recomiendo encarecidamente preguntar el precio, ya que los productos no lo tienen reflejado en el mostrador.

Sitio poco recomendable, el personal es de todo menos profesional, no volveré conmigo han perdido un cliente!

Usually we really enjoyed going here but this one was definitely the last time! 12€ for a cocktail and a long drink is usually alright but as i asked this time for a coconut water with a good shot of vodka. At the end of the day they gave me a good shot of vodka including a coconut for 24€ in general… after i asked why they said the shot of vodka is booked as gin tonic in the system^^
Which means in the end i paid 12+12€ for coconut water with vodka! Stop ripping people off!
Maybe it’s important to mention that its really not about the money it’s disrespectful, thats what makes me sad!

The best part of the experience was the Sudanese waitress. She was genuinely upbeat and cheerful and upselling the menu in a non offensive way. Food in Spain in general seems expensive so I thought it was on the pricy side for what was essentially small and half size kebabs filled with a tomato and the other an aubergine paté. The Sangria was not bad.

I found the best place to eat healthy and cool food in Madrid!
The only unfortunate thing is that I found it on my last day in Madrid.
But, I came back twice at the same day.
In the morning I had an amazing ball of Pitaya with a green super delicious juice.
And I came back in the evening to have the best Tabule salad I’d ever had with quinoa and some homemade hummus on the side.
I absolutely enjoyed everything and the girls there were super super nice!
I’m definitely be coming back there on my next trip! And I highly recommend everyone to go and enjoy something different then Jamon

Quality ingredients and everything is healthy without gluten and sugar. And of course very tasty

Nos pedimos un smothie lassi (cúrcuma, jenjibre, helado de coco.), muy rico. Las chicas son muy simpáticas todas y te ofrecen probar alguno de sus productos que tienen en su mostrador, yo probé el humus y estaba muy bueno.
Un lugar agradable y todo el espacio de Canalejas muy bien decorado por lo que merece la pena conocer.

Sometimes when traveling it's nice to have something really fresh and healthy. Vibar, in the food hall at THE GALERÍA CANALEJAS in Central Madrid, I found to be the perfect option.

If you are vegan or vegetarian this is the perfect option for you as the entire menu is vegan. But even if you are not vegan, don't pass it by as you will enjoy the fresh and delicious food. Give your stomach a break from all that delicious but heavy and oily food you've been enjoying while in Spain.

I had the Greek salad, one of the varieties of hummus, and a glass of sangria for my lunch. It was made to order so absolutely free with none of that tired and limp salad bar feel.

The staff were SUPER friendly and fluent in English.

Note that Vibar is in the food hall of the Galeria Canalejas. You go down the escalator one level from the street. Vibar is to the right at the back. Look for the stall numbers on the front of the service counters - Vibar is #10.

Once you're done with your delicious meal, you can just turn around and order a drink at the cocktail bar right next to Vibar.

10 euros una limonada que lleva un vaso de agua con medio limón exprimido, unos trozos de hoja y sin hielo. Fui a reclamarlo y la solución fue echarle el zumo de la otra mitad del limón. No volveremos

Vibar is amazing! Everything is gf, vegan and refined sugar free. I had a delicious smoothie filled with nutritious ingredients and tried two of the empanadas, the pepper and the eggplant - YUM! Rosie who served me at the front counter is super lovely too!

Un sitio donde comer saludable y sabroso dentro de Galeria Canalejas, es comida del medio Oriente, la atención de la chica fue muy amable. Pedí un hummus que estaba delicioso y ensaladas que estaban condimentadas muy bien y frescas, para el calor también pedimos una sangría que estaba muy buena y sobre todo especial para este verano.

Todou es perfecto, la comida, la atención. El lugar es ideal para comer algo saludable y nutritivo.

Hoy pedí un batido que me recomendó Vilma de espirulina, que chica tan simpática y amable.
10/10, sin duda volveré.

El sitio perfecto para una merienda healthy en el centro de Madrid y dentro de la Galería Canalejas, un espacio muy agradable.

VIBAR ofrece muchas opciones deliciosas y saludables como zumos, smoothies y bowls, con un montón de frutas y superalimentos para elegir. Todo elaborado al momento, sin azúcares añadidos y 100% a base de plantas.

Para disfrutar de comida muy sana sin renunciar al sabor.
