Peter and his team made this a very special Christmas as I was able to send a gift of roses, champagne and chocolate to a dear friend in Spain from the US. The flowers were beautifully arranged in the signature wine & roses box and the champagne and chocolates beautifully displayed. The Wine & Roses team took special care to make sure this gift was personally delivered and communicated with me at every step. Thank you so much Peter and team! Wine & Roses and Peter have been absolutely up to the task. Leaving in another country, I wanted to surprise a friend with a beautiful bunch of roses and the flowers ended up not only being stunning and fresh, but Peter made a point on going out of his way to deliver at a time that would suit, be patient and try again the next day whilst following-up everything with me by text message. I wanted to send an arrangement as a thank you for my family who we stayed with while in Madrid. I was having some problems with ordering from Canada so I submitted a question and the owner was able to help with all my questions right away. He was so kind and helpful. He helped me customize the order and fill out the form. My sister-in-law was blown away by the lovely arrangement. I would definitely recommend and use this company again. Most helpful, found the shop on the Internet had our granddaughter arriving in Madrid for 4 days to celebrate her birthday. We had Peter deliver Cava chocolates and flowers to her hotel. Service wonderful Thank you again Peter.

Extremely happy with my order and the amazing customer service that was provided. I made the order from Canada for my sister in law in Madrid and Peter was so helpful over email, he got back to me right away and ensured my order was perfect!

Within an hour of calling Peter, he prepared and delivered the most beautiful wreath to my friend whose father recently passed away. Solo tengo que decir que es con diferencia la mejor floristería a la que he ido es pequeña y acogedora, en pleno centro de Madrid.
La atencion ha sido estupenda, en todo momento me han ayudado con el mínimo detalle. Me case en Octubre y todo quedó precioso, la decoración los centros de flores. Solo tengo buenas palabras para esta tienda y los que trabajan en ella.

Es una tiendita pequeña pero súper bonita y acogedora. Tienen un montón de plantas, flores, maceteros.y muy bien vino! Lo mejor de la tienda es el dueño que es súper amable y te atiende muy bien.

Me encanta el estilo que tienen allí, suelo comprar mucho para regalos e incluso para decorar tienen grandes ideas, sus productos son excelentes, muy recomendable.

Una tienda preciosa con ideas muy originales para regalar con vinos y flores. El chico que atiende muy simpático y atento. Tenía que hacer un regalo para mi madre y me recomendó una cesta preciosa con flores de muchos tipos de colores increíbles. Me comentó que también organiza la decoración floral para bodas y eventos y me gustó tanto el estilo distinto y original que lo tendré en cuenta para el futuro. 100% Recomendable.

100% recomendable: me han sacado de más de un apuro en días de cumpleaños y celebraciones! Se me ocurren pocos ejemplos de regalos que se acompañen tan bien: flores y vinos, una combinación sencilla que siempre funciona. Tienen una oferta en flores muy variada y te sorprenden siempre sugieriéndote "ese" vino que no conocías pero que andabas buscando. Si a esto le añadimos el fenomenal trato que ofrecen los dueños: qué más podemos pedir?

Servicio y producto de gran calidad, es la única floristería de mi agenda, si tienes dudas preguntas al dueño y siempre te sorprende con sus ideas y estilo!
