Soy empleado en Wpas y quiero que sepan que quizás no seamos los mejores pero nos esforzamos cada día por serlo, sobre todo porque nuestros clientes se sienta plenamente confiados en que damos lo mejor de nuestro trabajo para ofrecerles lo que se merecen, calidad, seguridad, y sobre todo nuestro respeto. Son muy profesionales, eficientes y cuidadosos. Sin duda, una de las mejores empresas de transporte de arte en España.

Llevan años trasladando mi obra a distintas ciudades y nunca he tenido un problema o queja. Son tremendamente eficaces con el embalado de obras y la manipulación de estas. Absoluta confianza.

Muy desagradables, la atención al cliente nefasta, deberían saber tratar a la gente cuando surge alguna incidencia, muy prepotentes, no volveré a utilizar sus servicios, nada recomendables.

Unfortunately we have had a poor experience from start to finish at WPAS. We will not use them again to ship art from Spain to the US. Despite paying EUR2440 for three different shipments departing at the same time (to Seattle, NYC and Philadelphia) the service has been abysmal. The representative in charge of our shipment went on holiday without letting us know, leaving our paintings waiting at the framing/restoring specialist; then the owner helped out but shipment was still delayed by a further 2 weeks. Worst of all, they have no knowledge of US customs and the paperwork they put forth was wrong. Finally, their attitude and disrespectful emails belied belief. In a business where expensive art is shipped across continents, customer service and good execution matters. WPAS are the local village yokels. Do not use them.

Pues no recomiendo este servicio. Han sido irresponsables, maleducados, desordenados y cobrando un 'premium' de 40-50% del precio de mercado por pensar que somos extranjeros, forrados, y tontos. No entienden bien el papeleo las aduanas saliendo de la Union Europea.

El de *Huir* - no que lo digas. Menudos son estos. Supongo que esta bien Guardar algo, domicilias el cobro, te olvidas de ello hasta que vengan tus herederos y como venganza que vengan a sacarlo.
