Having suffered from joint problems over the past 4 years, I finally found Curcumin 6% supplied by Iberoptima. The relief from pain and stiffness was remarkable, I'm now back cycling and walking again totally pain free. These are the best quality supplements I have found. I won’t be using any others. If you are not sure what you need, contact them, they are knowledgeable and friendly and will advise you. My favorites are the curcumin, vit c, vitamin e & q10 (helps with those fine lines) and the magic in a pot concentrated BIOBALM as it immediately relieves any aches or pains, soothes insect bites and I also use as an under eye cream at night - I don’t go anywhere without it!
