Buying and selling a property in Spain is not easy as a foreigner, but Integra Consultores team made it so much easier to us, we couldn´t thank them enough, as they went beyond what would normally be expected and solved our problems when no one knew how to. We bought an apartment in San Juan in February 2023 and thanks to Mario and Narciso at Integra the whole thing only took four weeks. It was the simplest home purchase we've ever made! Not only did they sort out all the legal aspects of the purchase, but they also helped us set up a local bank account, sort out the contracts for electricity and water, set up payments for local taxes and waste collection and even pointed out the best tapas bars and restaurants in Aguilas! A great service, definitely above and beyond and will certainly use them again if we need help.
