Came in with a minor camera protection glass scratch and ended up with the camera all scratched. The staff was shouting and denying although I had showed them the proof. What should have cost me 35€ before, thanks to the unprofessional work and behavior it will cost me min 300€.
100% DON’T recommend!

Not recomend! The technician as he says he is owner also, is a liar and a scammer, i took my wifes phone for a camera glass replacement iphone 12 pro max 512gb 1600€ phone (30 min job he sayd) so we waited in the shop for the repair, as he was almost finished removing the glass he calls me to let me know my camera Lens had scratches (i sayd it couldn’t have scratches because it was never opened before) he made the scrathes when removing the glass, not only to the camera but several damage to the outer ring of the camera also, when I told him that he made those and that the damage wasn’t there before I gives him the phone he insisted that it was, and I showed him a recent video shot with the cracked glass and compared it to the image in the shop, he was insisting continually that the scratch was there and ended Up calling his dad to join in the arguement. I ended up for a 35€ repair having to pay 500€ Worth of damage to change the whole camera when he had mention he can change the camera for 30€, probably from ally express. Totally not recomand to anyone, and 100% not going to buy or use the service, complain to customer protection soon to follow, i hope they close the shop for this.
