I came to change a spoke on my front tubeless wheel. Sanbike has been reactiv and changed it in the hour.
This fix requires a change of the spoke head, meaning to change the rim background. (This is why I went to them).
However, they let a spoke head in the rim, which I had to remove myself, and gave them the spare spoke, but still payed 10€ for the fix.
Sanbike told me that my rim backround was a very good one, so that the best was to avoid to change it, and just to put a tape, what they did.
I trusted them, but after 20 kilometers I was loosing air. I took off the tire and saw the tape they used was already moving out, causing the flat tire, and that the rim background was damaged also near the valve.
I came to Sanbike because was on a long trip whitout the material to repare this spoke properly, and was expecting much more quality on this fix. (At least use some elastic tape which really stucks to the rim background)
