**NO RECOMENDADO**
Este lugar no tiene conserje en horario normal. Después de algún retraso en el transporte, se necesita un esfuerzo adicional para volver a reservar su check-in. Un hombre furioso que recibió su llamada se quejó porque esperó 2 horas pero no recibió ninguna llamada ni mensaje. Intentó comunicarse con usted a través del sitio de reservas.
Una señora volvió después de aproximadamente una hora, eso es lo mejor que pudieron hacer. Ella no sabía en qué habitación nos estábamos registrando y simplemente irrumpió en la habitación equivocada. Dentro había una pareja de lesbianas pero afortunadamente no estaban haciendo nada demasiado privado. Sentí mucha pena por ellos.
La habitación está limpia, pero el cuarto de baño compartido es asqueroso. Obsoleto, renovado, sin ganchos para sus bolsos o toallas, simplemente pusieron una silla allí, tan asqueroso que todos los que se quedaron allí tuvieron que dejar sus cosas en la misma silla. No es tan considerado con los clientes.
Lo único bueno es la ubicación, cerca del centro de la ciudad y de algunos restaurantes cerca.

Creo que las fotos dicen mucho de este establecimiento.
La ubicación es buena para visitar la ciudad, pero no esperes silencio (son 7 habitaciones, y hay ruido hasta la medianoche y desde las 7 de la mañana) ni limpieza (de nuevo, las fotos lo dicen todo).
El propietario es lo suficientemente amable, los horarios de entrada y salida son buenos.
La cama no es demasiado incómoda, pero el baño te dará escalofríos: además de lo que los huéspedes quién sabe hace cuánto tiempo se hayan ido y que nadie haya quitado, encontrarás moho, pintura desconchada y, sobre todo, una persistente, olor fuerte.
Si todo esto no te asusta. Este es tu lugar

Eso sí, al ser un b&b con baños compartidos hay que saber adaptarse un poco, pero por lo demás está muy bien gestionado. Habitación básica pero siempre limpia y ordenada, zona perfecta para visitar el centro histórico y personal muy amable y servicial. El único inconveniente, solo hablan español.el desayuno también es excelente, área pequeña pero excelente comida tanto dulce como salada y excelente fruta. Muy importante para un italiano como yo, ¡un café fantástico! Tienen Nespresso en cápsulas y lo puedes sentir, ¡y lo puedes tomar a cualquier hora del día! Aconsejado.

Hemos estado 4 noches. La habitación es amplia con un armario y perchas. El baño es privado pero exterior, necesitas llave y por la noche es un poco molesto por el ruido que haces tú y otros. No dan desayuno, solo una maquina de café. No sé por qué se llama bed and breakfast. Por el precio que pagamos (260$) pienso que deben hacer varias mejoras.
Por último algo que me molestó bastante es que entran a tu habitación sólo para tirar la basura, no limpiar, y tiraron un ramo de flores que me dieron en la boda de mi mejor amiga. Cuándo llegué el ramo no estaba ahí, lo quitaron. Es inaceptable que toquen las pertenecias de los huéspedes así.
Por último algo que me molestó bastante es que entran a tu habitación sólo para tirar la basura, no limpiar, y tiraron un ramo de flores que me dieron en la boda de mi mejor amiga. Cuándo llegué el ramo no estaba ahí, lo quitaron. Es inaceptable que toquen las pertenecias de los huéspedes así.

The staff was nice, and the location is great so I feel bad leaving the bad review but it’s nothing personal…
We had the double room with a private external bathroom.
The bathroom was awful… I understand the building is old and difficult to maintain, but the bathroom had mold on the wall, and the shower was clogged all the time. Since there is no enough level difference between shower part and the toilet part (non-tile), you need to keep an eye all the time for the water level. 10minutes of shower with closing the tap every time you wash hair/body/face, still makes it to the border line to flood it.
Also, there was a extractor in the bathroom, but even we kept it on for overnight, the bathroom was still mushy….
The right side of the mattress has softer springs and gives you back pain some times.
The room light doesn’t work so we had to use the bed light as a room light.
There was a big hole in the kitchen ceiling so it was a little bit scary to use the bed room ceiling fan especially because it was wobbly whenever it was on.
We stayed for three nights, but we only had cleaning one time including the bathroom…
I personally think this place is overpriced, if they have nothing else to do with the old plumbing and facilities, they could justify with the free breakfast or something.
I have uploaded the video when it had flood (I had 10 mins of shower but still happened) There is a pomp machine behind the toilet and it makes a loud noise whenever you flush the toilet, take a shower, or wash your hands.

El precio que pagas es por ubicación, ya esta, porque por mantenimiento y limpieza 0.
El baño es para dejarlo aparte, muy sucio y muy poco cuidado, no da buena sensación usarlo. La habitación más de lo mismo, limpieza superficial, y por no hablar que la cama estaba rota y toda la luz entra por la ventana sin posibilidad de bajar la persiana (ya que también esta rota). Es la primera vez que me alegro de dejar una habitación, porque vaya tela.
El baño es para dejarlo aparte, muy sucio y muy poco cuidado, no da buena sensación usarlo. La habitación más de lo mismo, limpieza superficial, y por no hablar que la cama estaba rota y toda la luz entra por la ventana sin posibilidad de bajar la persiana (ya que también esta rota). Does not look anything like in pictures. This is not even a hotel but a dirty pension. Who else has a shared bathroom in the 21st century?
The windows are very old and you can hear the buzz when you fly outside, so there is no resting place.
The towels are very old and dirty which is not even specific for a one star hotel.
The mirror, pillows, table and even curtains are dirty.
I don't even want to comment about how disgusting the bathroom is! After this experince i lost £200 because i canceled my booking after when i arrived and I've seen what conditions they have.

Nothing looks like in the pictures, only dirty towels, hair everywhere, mirrors and table dirty, ugly and threatening behavior.disgusting bathroom and maximum noisy.
I do not recommend it to anyone and I will definitely not go back especially since I lost money for 6 days.

Son unos impresentables. Hice una reserva por teléfono y me pidieron mandar todos los datos por correo electrónico. Así lo hice inmediatamente. No obtuve respuesta y a menos de 24 h de hacer el check-in, contacté con ellos y me dice que no tienen habitación. Con muy poca educación, me colgó el teléfono.

Buen sitio para alojarse en una visita a Valencia. Quizás falte darle un repaso a los baños. Están limpios pero se les ve un poco "usados" y si no te importa compartirlos dan un buen servicio. Colchones blandos para mí gusto, y buen trato al publico. Recomendable y muy buen precio.

Un buen sitio, muy bien situado y limpio, un alojamiento sencillo y cómodo, el trato con el personal ha sido excelente. Buena relación calidad precio.

One thé Best hôtel i have been in, very good breakfast with fresh juice, good Coffee! The staff is just very Nice and helpfull, the bathroom is always cleaned and perfumed, located in the centre of Valencia!

No recomiendo en absoluto alojarse en este establecimiento. Una parte importante de un alojamiento es la atención al cliente y aquí fallan. Estuve más de 30 minutos en la calle esperando que llegase alguien a la recepción para que me entregasen las llaves. Ya había avisado de mi hora de llegada y aun así no estaban. En todo momento tuve que ser yo quien llamase al teléfono de atención al cliente para saber dónde estaban sin que ellos se preocupasen por este tema. El alojamiento es normal, sin nada reseñable.

Muy bien ubicado en pleno centro de Valencia. Desayuno completo y bien preparado. Las personas encargadas del servicio han sido muy atentas y agradables. Volveré a elegirlo.

Premetto che la zona in cui si trova è abbastanza centrale e molto carina, il personale gentile e disponibile. Personalmente però non mi è piaciuto molto. La camera faceva parte di un appartamento più grande e per quanto arredata in maniera accattivante non era molto pulita. Il bagno era ad uso esclusivo ed esterno alla camera, anche in questo caso però, pulizia un po' sommaria e spazio di manovra fra lavandino e water molto molto ristretti, con una doccia enorme ma spartana. Non ci tornerei.

Magnifique. Standing, accueil, services. Tout est parfait. Chambre suite Luna avec terrasse permet une détente absolue. Merci pour votre accueil.
