AC Hotel by Marriott Colon Valencia

Hemos estado comiendo en la cuina oberta y tanto la atención, servicio y comida han estado genial.

It's a very modern hotel with typical AC branding. Clear and clean design with no frills. A lot of indirect lighting, a nice sun terrace in the morning and nice breakfast.
I received a great upgrade to a suite which was fantastic with two bathrooms and two bedrooms. One very silently located to the backyars and one to the mainstreet which was loud if you opened the window but silent whent closed. From there you were alao able to see the colosseum.

The location is right in the centre and has so many restaurants and bars around. Everything is walkable and the main station is just 3min by foot.

There really is nothing to complain about.

Jesús y David fueron estupendos en nuestra estadía de dos semanas en el A/C Hotel Colon. El staff del hotel es maravilloso desde front desk hasta house keeping y todo el mundo en el medio, siempre están pendientes y con una sonrisa para saludar a los huéspedes. El hotel está super limpio, con tremenda localización, y los cuartos super cómodos.
Viajamos con una niña de dos años y a la verdad que el hotel se esmero en hacerla sentir bienvenida. ¡Muchísimas gracias!

Jesús and David were amazing during our stay at A/C Hotel Colon. The hotel was staff wonderful! They really made us feel welcomed and were always happy to answer any questions we had. The hotel was very clean, housekeeping was wonderful with requests and keeping the room sparkling. The hotel has a sensational location, super comfortable rooms, and amazing staff. We traveled with a 2 year old, had a crib in the room and still had space to feel comfortable. If you want a memorable stay in Valencia, look no further!

Porque habiendo reservado 2 habitaciones dobles con 2 camas no respetaron la reserva hecha y nos dieron 2 camas de matrimonio. El de la recepcion dijo que como eramos mujeres no entendia el problema

Très bel hôtel, idéalement situé en centre ville de Valensia. Le personnel est très agréable et très sympathique.
Très jolie chambre très spacieuse.

This is the dullest hotel I have ever stayed in and a real mistake coming here. It's part of a large shopping centre and next to a car park. E13.20 pp for breakfast. There's a terrace inside the hotel whilst nice no one seems to go in it much. I wish I was back home. Its really as business hotel rather than a holiday hotel. I've no idea why it was listed as an option on BA holidays at all

Nice little hotel run by Marriott within the very city centre. It is clean, simple and it has all the basics but do not expect much from an hotel of this class. I do not mean it is bad by any means but merely pointing out the fact that there is limited space within the centre so if you need something fancier you have got to go further out.

Great hotel in the city center with friendly and helpful staff, their breakfast was also great! I stayed there for 2 night and had a very pleasant stay, I recommend this place.

I loved staying here. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. My room had a tiny balcony that overlooked the Plaza de Toros. Windows soundproofed enough to keep street noise to a minimum. Location was superb, right in the middle of everything, directly between the Old City and the Ruffasa neighborhood, which was my favorite area in Valencia. Elevator system was really good, allowing you to select your floor when calling the elevator, assuring a private and direct ride to your given floor (great for COVID-19 safety). Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and modern hotel in the heart of Valencia. Silvia in the reception was a fantastic help to us when we requested to switch rooms for a harder bed, which we did and slept wonderfully. Will definitely come back!

Muy bien situado, excelente atención y detalles, habitación limpia y con todo lo necesario, buenas vistas, detalles de agua y café free, confortable y acogedora, muy buena relación precio-calidad.

Muy amables pero faltaba personal servicio desayuno y copas de noche. Lastima, ya que viajamos en periodo de pandemia y se sobrentiende que ayudamos a su supervivencia. Estamos acostumbrados a hotels de 4 estrellas y nunca nos negaron una copa de vino en desayuno y bufete muy limitado y poca calidad servicio debido a falta de personal. Ducha de repente quemaba y de repente fria, cortina descosida colgante y cama hacia ruido. No volveremos

I have edited this review since I posted it. An inconvenience happened while staying at this hotel but things were rectified very gracefully two days later after my check-out. As I said in my first post, we all fall but it's how we recuperate that shows what we're made of.

Best location, steps from the train station and centrally located in the shopping district. The check in desk staff were very curious and the lobby is ultra modern. Room was clean and we were well taken care.

In the heart of central Valencia, can walk to all of the sights. The rooms are a perfect base to explore from.

Fantastic location near train station in the central business district. From witch one can explore the whole city and move around easily.

The hotel staff are basically robots that are totally unhelpful. They have no idea what's going on in the city and are just not helpful. So get your information elsewhere.

Also, we traveled with a toddler and we were told the hotel isn't for families.but at the end the begrudgingly got us a crib.

AC HOTEL VALENCIA Fantástico muy moderno, en pleno centro de Valencia, sin nada de ruido recomendable.

El a C hotel está en la calle Colón está muy bien situado porque abajo tiene un Media Markt tiene también un corte inglés cerca tiene una parada de metro no llegará a 200 metros que es la parada de Játiva también tienes la plaza de toros al lado y las puedes callejear un poquito y llegas a la plaza del Ayuntamiento también tienes la Estación del Norte por si quieres coger algún tren y o una ave o lo que sea pero sobre todo está muy bien situada enfrente tiene una parada de autobús donde paran el 5 o el 81 y el 32 que estos autobús test test te pueden llevar a varias zonas de Valencia interesantes cómo puede ser la zona dar la del jardín botánico con el 5 la zona del 81 te puede llevar a facultades y el 32 te puede llevar hasta la misma playa de la Malvarrosa

Hotel céntrico en Valencia
Estuvimos comiendo el día 18 de Marzo, en plenas Fallas, con el consiguiente problema de encontrar un sitio céntrico digno. Tomamos un menú del día (32€ sin bebida) consistente en un entrante, un plato principal y un postre a elegir.
En general, muy bien. Solo un pero, las mesas y, sobre todo, las sillas muy bajitas.

Muy buen hotel. Su personal es magnifico, que es lo más importante. Localización perfecta. Súper recomendable.

Good Location in downtown with easy acess by metro from the airport. Rooms are small but have everything you need.
Breakfast is ok service in the restaurant could be more attentative.

Salvo el olor a tabaco en una habitación de no fumadores y que al hacer la habitación no nos repusieron gel de baño de resto todo perfecto.

We stay 1.5 years ago and the rooms were very nice. The location is great and the best was the special attencion to customers from the front desk and the manager (and a very nice attention on my birthday).

Conozco la zona de cafetería y terrazas. Es perfecto. El trato muy amable. Algo cara la consumición, pero la pago a gusto porque es un lugar tranquilo donde se puede tener una pequeña reunión de negocios o hacer pequeñas presentaciones en sus salas destinadas al uso. Tiene una terraza muy bonita, agradable, interior, despejada y con vistas a la cúpula de una iglesia, decorada con suelo de madera, sillones, zona chill out. La verdad es que es un lugar perfecto y poco conocido. Vale la pena.

Nice small AC hotel downtown Valencia. Very nice terrace and Bar/Restaurant. Breakfast buffet ok, but you always have to order the hot drinks and during busy breakfast hours you might have to wait a while.why not offering a self service machine, or putting a pot on the table?

La zona fantástica, las calidades del hotel también muy buenas. Las habitación que nos tocó era un poco pequeña para 2 personas pero muy acogedora. Y el internet va genial.

Staff nice and friendly. Amenities on site functional, but never got offered any service in the bar in the evenings. Fortunately Valencia has plenty of bars and restaurants

Un buen hotel en pleno centro con algunas cosas que mejorar por ejemplo hay baños en los que las duchas filtran agua hasta la habitación

Calidad precio excelente! Un trato impecable por parte de todo el personal del hotel. Habitaciones perfectamente bien equipadas y limpias. Desayuno muy variado y completo. Y ubicación genial. Altamente recomendable! Muy bien situado.a 5 min a pie estás en un momento en el casco antiguo y recorres el centro de Valencia! Quede muy contenta y con ganas de repetir con vosotros!

Muy agradable y serviciales. Llegué al hotel y me llevaron un plato para cenar. Estaba bueno, nada que decir en contra, la habitación muy bien y tenía jabones en el baño. Cosa que me hace mucha ilusión llevarlos a casa.

El desayuno correcto, quizá un poco escaso en variedad pero estaba bueno. Había un jamón que estaba muy bueno, así como el zumo de naranja recien exprimido. Quizá en la bollería menos variedad, pero vamos, no te quedas sin hambre.

El hotel está situado en pleno centro de Valencia con su propio parking público. En esta ocasión yo estuve en una de sus salas de reunión con la empresa. Los trabajadores muy amables, instalaciones modernas y muy limpias.

Excelente Alocation zona con restaurantes y muchas tiendas. Todo nuevo en el hotel. Desayuno bueno. Servicio al cliente, excepcional.

Excelente ubicación, atención y limpieza. Sin embargo el desayuno se podría mejorar, sobre todo para la gente que se queda más de 4 noches.
