These people are really great. We booked a cruise through them and never had a problem everything was explained and all paperwork was seen to and sent to us in plenty time before going on cruise.
Before the cruise I asked about travel insurance which they provided to us the day after asking. (FOC)
We had a problem whilst on the cruise and had to consult the onboard medical services which was private and cost nearly €200.
I sent a message to these people whilst still on cruise to let them know we intended to make a claim. They have taken over and are dealing with the claim for us.absolutely wonderful service before, during and after the cruise.
We cannot recommend these people enough.this is customer service at its best.

Esta gente es realmente genial. Reservamos un crucero a través de ellos y nunca tuvimos un problema, todo fue explicado y todo el papeleo fue visto y enviado a nosotros con tiempo suficiente antes de ir en crucero.
Antes del crucero pregunté por un seguro de viaje que nos proporcionaron al día siguiente de preguntar.
Tuvimos un problema durante el crucero y tuvimos que consultar a los servicios médicos de a bordo, que eran privados y costaban casi 200 euros.
Envié un mensaje a esta gente mientras aún estábamos en el crucero para hacerles saber que teníamos la intención de hacer una reclamación. Se han hecho cargo y están tramitando la reclamación por nosotros . Un servicio absolutamente maravilloso antes, durante y después del crucero.
No podemos recomendar a esta gente lo suficiente.este es el mejor servicio al cliente.
