Desde que entramos hasta que recibimos el jacuzzi nos trataron estupendamente.

Nos ayudaron a encontrar el jacuzzi perfecto e incluso nos dieron muy buenos obsequios complementarios, como una barra LED flotante. También nos proporcionaron todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar para que el jacuzzi lo mantuviera limpio.

Hemos estado en otras tiendas y hemos experimentado Agua Flo como un negocio mucho más profesional. ¡Recomendaría comprar su jacuzzi y sauna aquí!

Desde entrar a la sala de exposición hasta que nos entregaron e instalaron nuestro jacuzzi, Florence nos escuchó, nos aconsejó y nos ayudó a elegir el jacuzzi adecuado para nuestras necesidades, nunca hubo ninguna presión para comprar, solo muy buenos consejos. Entonces decidimos comprar uno. La entrega y la instalación fueron muy rápidas. Florence nos explicó cómo funciona el SPA y cómo utilizar los productos.

Flo is a pleasure to deal with and her team of workers are also great. Once you have your spa it continues with wonderful after care service. We bought our first spa last week from this company. The service we recieved was first class, Flo was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the products. The spa was delivered Friday, Flo came and showed us how to use it etc. I would highly recommend this company, in fact one of our friends are going this week to buy one.

We can't recommend this company enough. From the point of sale, to the installation to the after sales service, Florence was brilliant. Florence even came to test our hot tub for chemicals when we were in the UK! Five star company with five star customer service. You won't be disappointed!

We inherited a spa in Spain near the Agua Flo store. The spa didn’t work. We have spent a lot of time dealing with Flo and her colleagues to try to get the spa fixed. Flo suggested the least invasive things first to try to get it fixed.

There was lots of trouble shooting to try. It ended up needing new electrics and circuit board. Now the spa works like new. The point is Flo didn’t give up on us, didn’t charge us till we knew exactly what needed doing and encouraged us to keep trying as she knew we had a good quality spa.

Flo was very helpful and knowledgable and came to the house a few times.

Hemos ido a la tienda con la intención de comprar una sauna y productos para nuestro jacuzzi. Pero la "dueña" no le interesaba el cliente. Su llamada telefónica que duraba muchísimo tiempo, fue más importante para ella. En lugar de disculparse después empezó a gritar como una loca. Entonces creo que ella no se interesa vender. Es una malcriada que no sabe que es el primero la gallina o el huevo. Hemos hecho nuestra compra en otra tienda, y esta tienda recomendamos. Mejor servicio y mejores precios. Entonces antes de comprar con agua Flo, piénsalo dos veces. Esta mujer está mal de cabeza, y sobre todo no capaz de atender al cliente.

I purchased a new spa from Aqua Flo About a month ago, I dealt with Florence who was very helpful and attentive, she listened to my needs and was very helpful in selecting the right spa. She attended when the spa was delivered and installed and made sure everything was perfect before she left. Since installation Florence has contacted me twice to make sure everything was ok, 5 star customer service.
