¡Kurt ha hecho un gran trabajo! Hermosas bicicletas, excelentes precios de alquiler y orientadas al cliente.

Mal servicio, tuve que cambiar mi propio neumático. También el chico del servicio de alquiler estaba muy nervioso.

No estoy de acuerdo con la afirmación de Alta Bike, Kurt. Cuando se devolvió, sólo había pequeños rayones en el marco. Estos arañazos pueden deberse, por ejemplo, al inclinar la bicicleta. ¡La bicicleta no sufrió graves daños!
¡Aconsejo a todos los clientes que tengan cuidado!

¡Advertencia! El depósito no es reembolsable. Lamentablemente, Kurt no me devolvió el depósito de 200 € debido a pequeños arañazos en el marco. Cuando se entregó la bicicleta, no se revisó si tenía rayones, solo cuando se devolvió. ¡Mala estafa!

Bad experience unfortunately, would not recommend this vendor. The deposit was not paid back fully and the communication was unfortunately very unprofessional. I have been renting bikes on multiple locations for a few times, but this was unfortunately a very unpleasant experience. If you are looking for a bike in Calpe, better look somewhere else.

I'm really glad with the service provided in the top season (mid Feb).
I was unlucky and had a crash, Kurt managed to get me another bike first thing in the morning next day.
Clear and easy reservation, bikes are well maintained.
Highly recommend!

Brilliant bike rental company for deliver to your door performance road racing bikes. Kurt is helpful and efficient and importantly first class Willier race bikes. I will be back and using Alta again in future.

Kurt's the man if you want to discover the best cycling routes around marina alta.
Also, the bikes were in superb condition.
Missing being there already and will surely repeat, hopefully soon!

I had a great couple of days cycling in the Jalon valley, I rented the e-touring bike which was great fun bc and made the hills easy for me. Kurt delivered the bike to my accommodation, I highly recommend this bike and the business.

Excellent customer service, the information I was asked about my bike set up at home was reproduced on the hire bike which made it a joy to ride. The bike was in fantastic condition and was delivered and picked up on time, I used to fly my bike down each winter from the UK but from now on I will be renting from Alta Bike
