Un hotel en plena milla de la fiesta para los turistas ingleses.
Muy ruidoso, ingleses borrachos por todas partes, ¡absolutamente nada recomendado para una familia alemana!
Las habitaciones estaban bien, la comida también. ¡¡Pero nunca más…!

Para ser honesto, el personal podría ser más amable y, de hecho, sonreír y hacer que los clientes se sientan bienvenidos. ¿Esto no es a lo que estoy acostumbrado cuando me voy de vacaciones?

Hermoso hotel, el personal no puede hacer más por ti, no puedo esperar a volver. No me alojaría en ningún otro lugar de Benidorm.

Muy limpio y ordenado. Justo al lado de algunos buenos bares pero sin ruido ni de día ni de noche. La zona de la piscina está llena de bañistas.

Fui el año pasado en un momento excelente, así que reservé nuevamente hace 3 semanas y visité a muchas personas en un restaurante que no era lo suficientemente grande como para encontrar un asiento, la mayoría de las noches no volveremos a ir.

La comida es de 3* no de 4*, esta en todos los sentidos dedicado a los ingleses y hemos visto una cucaracha en el pasillo que lleva a la cocina. Yo la verdad es que no volveré.

Acabo de regresar de una estancia de una semana en este hotel. Las habitaciones eran preciosas y se limpiaban todos los días. El personal era servicial y amable, y también cuando íbamos a comer siempre había algo para todos. Un hotel encantador. Sin duda volveremos gracias por una estancia encantadora. Sharon y Mike.xx

Ahí mismo pude disfrutar de uno de los mejores conciertos
IL DIVO son tributo o sucedáneos como yo les llamo, pero ya quisieran muchos de verdaderos artistas tener la profesionalidad y las voces que tienen ellos
Además son unos artistaszos enormes que hacen que las noches de Benidorm sean algo único
David está en otros grupos
Héctor canta que te mueres
Y el inglés que pido me perdone pq no sé su nombre tiene un poderío y una alegría al cantar que enamora
Todas las chicas se vuelven locas en su actuación pq son muy divertidos y cercanos
Además los señores también lo.pasan muy bien

Excellent service, both with staff and food, room okay but at the back off the hotel so doesn't see the sun so chilly sitting in the balcony a bit disappointed.

Third day in this beautiful hotel which has been given a makeover since my last visit. The Room's are spotless the bar prices are similar to outside the hotel, and the food in the restaurant is delicious

Always stay here when we come to Benidorm. Staff are always lovely and courteous. Rooms are simple and clean.

The USP of the hotel is the staff. I am a coeliac, which means I have special dietary requirements. After informing the staff in the restaurant, I was treated like a VIP; nothing was too much trouble. The food was brought out to me and Frank - the head waiter was constantly checking if I was okay. The hotel is clean and the bar prices are very reasonable. Also, you can walk straight out the front and into the beating heart of Benidorm.

Second visit to this hotel food lovely, hotel clean, pool area busy, but clean, pool bar good service, hotel in good position for bars, beach a nice stroll overall a gem.

El hotel está muy bien, muy limpio, y a 2 minutos de la playa, quizá para alguien que quiere menos jaleo no es una opción, está en pleno barrio inglés pero aún así las habitaciones muy bien aisladas del ruido.tiene variedad de instalaciones.
La comida del restaurante muy rica y variada (también tienen algún que otro plato típico ingles) y la atención inmejorable.
En general el trato del personal es cercano, familiar pero profesional.

Awful hotel rooms very basic no fridge or kettle cant have a shower without it hitting u on the head so u have to hold the shower head food is tasteless.as for the pool area well never got to see it as u have to share it with nxt door playa 1 so theres hundreds of people fighting for beds jus mayhem.u also have to share the dining room with nxt door so impossible to get a table out of the 10 days we were there we used the restaurant 4 times n never got to use the pool area wouldn't go bk here if it was free.

Loved it here, staff were friendly the food had a good choice and was hot. You'll never go hungry.
We were in the 9th floor and it was loud in the evening but ear plugs worked fine.
The hotel is in a great location to bars and the beach, we spent the day at the beach but walked back for lunch.
I would definitely come back to this hotel.love love love

All good food entertainment clean rooms friendly staff ect but please improve the quality of the tea and coffee at breakfast it is fine when you buy hot drinks from the bar so can we have the same quality at breakfast thanks

Es muy bonito y por el precio que tiene es muy bueno la unica pega que se le puede poner a este maravilloso lugar es el bufet que como en todos los hoteles del mundo es efectivamente su talón de aquiles

Very happy with my stay here, room was clean, and kept so by daily maid services, beds are comfortable and a good sized bathroom.
General areas of the hotel were all perfectly clean, and staff very helpful.
I stayed B&B only so only have the breakfast experience, but there was a wide selection, all the main items for a full English breakfast. Personally I didn't like the taste of the bacon, but everything else was fine. There was also a wide selection of breads & pastries, fruits, porridge, cereals, cold meats and cheese.
Located on the end of the main Levante strip it's a perfect base, huge choice of shops and bars are within a 5 minute walk, and the beach similarly close by.
I really enjoyed my stay and will return.

Just had a week and really enjoyed our stay every thing was lovely the rooms and food.was nice.the staff was very friendly except the staff in the restaurant where they was not so friendly the bar staff who work outside is friendly.the entertainment was good only down side was People putting towels on sun beds and not using them

. Had to pay to eat out after paying full board
. 2 tiny pools shared between 2 big hotels 1&2 never no sunbed s as to many people queuing from both hotels.had to pay 10 euro every day to hire them on beach

Nos alojamos en la cuarta planta y la verdad esque no tengo queja alguna. Destacar atención de los camareros en especial la del maitre Antonio y la de Paco y Oksana que hicieron de nuestra estancia unas vacaciones de 10. Repetiremos sin duda alguna.

Stayed here last year our first time in benidorm and the hotel was amazing at first we were on 10th floor but I ask to more and they could not have been more helpful and I was put 4th floor the day after we go back on Tuesday and can not wait

A great place for a three star hotel. Very clean throughout. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. Wide variety of food at buffet although mainly catering for the British palate. Near to the beach as well. I would definitely go again. Not quite a dive as the towels are clean but wearing thin.

Nice hotel food ok but cant get sunbed.pool to small for so many people and have to pay 15euros for a fridge won't go back

Clean hotel with maids coming into rooms everyday.
Pool area gets very crowded but has nice pools.
Food in restaurant is good and always manage to find something I like.
Only thing is my friend has a really bad nut allergy and noone seemed to know which cakes contains nuts or not and this isn't something we could of risked so that was a disappointment.
Very close to loads of bars and shop which was great.
Five minute walk to the beach so didn't have to get taxis anywhere.
Room was a tad on the small side and we struggled with room and space for even our suitcases to go somewhere.

Rooms are lovely. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Good sized balcony.
Good selection of food which is very nice. Fab breakfast buffet. Staff are amazing.
There are two pools in the pool area, which is where they hold the evening entertainment. We saw some good acts. The hotel also has three bars.
Overall an amazing experience. Will definately be going back

Good hotel if you want everything on your door step, rooms abit dated but clean I had a room looking over the western saloon bar & I didn't think it was that noisy, food in hotel was OK some days better than others If you want a sunbed by the pool expert to get down by 7.30 as these know chance of getting 1 after that time

El hotel se encuentra en toda la zona de marcha-fiesta inglesa. Si lo que buscas es descanso, este no es tu hotel. Hay ruido hasta altas horas de la madrugada. La calle huele fuertemente a orina, alcohol. (en la tarde-noche) Es una zona un poco conflictiva ya que hay muchos borrachos de fiesta. El hotel no es nada del otro mundo. Mobiliario un poco antiguo, mantenimiento básico, las almohadas un poco rompe cuellos, y el buffet es variado pero enfocado a los ingleses (la comida es casi toda inglesa). Deberían insonorizar las habitaciones con un buen cristal y ganarían en calidad de servicio. Los Camareros estupendos, en especial Antonio es super servicial y amable, y el chico rubio también es un máquina. La piscina misión imposible acceder pues las tumbonas se las agencian poniendo toallas y o te sientas en el suelo o no hay manera.

Full board very good something for everyone. Very clean. Near all entertainment. Only down side is the pool area is very cramped

Good food great entertainment especially in the explorer's bar with Marcus who is the life and soul of the party.clean towels every day and rooms kept clean and tidy by the maids, would recommend it for the pure friendliness of the staff

I like / love the ambassador playa because it's close to everything and on the flat.the meals are lovely, although can be quite repetitive, the staff are really friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, albeit think they could maybe allow everyone to use the safe for free instead of charging

Rooms are tired, worst pillows in the world, like sleeping on a log and very noisy! Rest of hotel great, especially the indoor pool and one of the best spars we've tried.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff great variety of food at buffet meals definitely suit every taste only down sides had to pay to be able to use safe in room and no tea and coffee making facilities in room. Non the less I would definitely recommend this hotel

Ideal place to stay right in the centre of Benidorm rooms good and clean food pretty good and varied. Always a busy hotel, need I say more.

Good hotel but make sure you get the room you booked you need. Make sure you have a balcony otherwise you will be at the back of the hotel looking straight onto the car park

Great hotel good food great staff lovely pool area. Western bar at one side and explorers at the other side. The hotel's entertainment is also good. Staying here again in November.

Lovely Hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast same hot food everyday. No omelettes. Very noisy on a night as we were staying above the bar attached to the hotel. People banging and clattering doors early hours of the morning coming home drunk and forgetting which room they are in. Carnt blame the hotel staff just the people. Dont think I would go back in a hurry.

Stayed here 11th to 16th April. Beautiful hotel! Really helpful and polite staff. Food was lovely and a lot of options. Would definitely recommend. Deserves a higher star status than it has.

Firstly some background. It is a 3 star hotel and I went on February on a full board basis for a week including flight from Doncaster for £347.
The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly
. The food overall was good with plenty of choice. Vegetables on the main course were uninspired.
The price for drinks in the restaurant were very good.
I thought the pool area was cramped but looked ok for a 3 star hotel.
It is in a very lively area and for me there was too much noise at night but others would love being at the centre of things.
Overall for the price it was good value.

Lovely hotel food is great and plenty of things to do great for sunbathing and it has a covered pool.

Always a good place to stay clean and friendly staff with good amenities very central place to stay and the food is excellent with a great variety

Don't believe all the bad things you may have read about the hotel we found it was great food is nice and rooms cleaned every day staff and the management do their upmost to help you and are very kind and extremely thoughtful they gave us a bottle of champagne for our birthday celebrations which we thought was a wonderful gesture

Really impressed with the service provided by the Ambassador playa II. I am gluten and lactose intolerant, the head waiter would take me round and tell me which foods were suitable. He would also make a bespoke food prepared in clean oil, cooking etc. The rooms are very basic, and good for getting your head down.

Un hotel cerca de la playa, muy próxima a la playa de Levante, para ir andando. Restaurante al estilo buffet con mucha variedad de comida. El hotel está muy céntrico. La limpieza es muy buena y los empleados muy serviciales. El hotel tiene parking para el coche, por que el aparcamiento en Benidorm está muy complicado.

Clean hotel. Great choice of food and bars with evening entertainment. Didn't use all of the facilities including pool as it was December. Also had an indoor pool. Great location, close to other bars such as Morgan Tavern, Western Saloon Bar and Talk of the Coast. Short stroll to the seafront.

Was told this hotel was fully wheelchair accessible, its not! If you hire a wheelchair that's fine but if you come with a wheelchair it's not.
Can just get the wheelchair in the room. No disabled toilet downstairs. And a nightmare to get into a lift to go for food, it's just no good.
On a plus side when you actually get a lift to go for food, it's really nice! & have tables for disabled near the food if you can get a table.
I was there in the winter I'd dread to see it in peak time, be like a cattle market, pushing & shoving to get a table & bed around the pool.
I travelled with my mam, she was on floor 5 & me 6.
Knowing I was disabled wouldn't you think they'd put us next to each other! Nope.
My experience of this hotel wasn't good, paid for full board & ate in 3x, was just too much bother with a wheelchair, a lot of ppl hire chairs, if your registered disabled this hotel isn't for you.

Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere with loads of facilities including spa and body massages!

This hotel just keeps getting better we have been coming here for 23yrs now and have never been disappointed and the staff are first class

Parte positiva:
- Amabilidad de todo el personal y eficacia de sus trabajadores, solucionan los problemas muy rápido.
- Buffet variado
- A pesar de la zona en la que se encuentra, se puede descansar por las noches.
Parte negativa
-Horarios para cenar, ya que empieza a las 18.30.sólo enfocado para los clientes extranjeros.
- Horario de la piscina, ya que a las 19.00 te sacan fuera cuando en verano a esa hora aun sigue haciendo calor.
- No hay socorrista. Y no se cumplen las normas que hay puestas, y está todo lleno de colchonetas y balones, y lo peor de todo es que los clientes extranjeros beben dentro y se dejan los vasos. Por falta de socorrista ocurre esto.
- Parking muy pequeño y no te aseguran un hueco para ti, ni aún hospedandote es su hotel.
- Por último, todo espectáculo que pueda haber está enfocado al público inglés, también hay huéspedes españoles que nos merecemos algo para nosotros también. Sin ofender pero estamos en España, quiero estar en un espectáculo en el que el cantante cante es castellano.

Stayed for a week just returned home usually stay in Ambassador 2 but must say still very good service from arriving to leaving staff were lovely food was good and entertainment definitely recommend

Just spent 11 nites at the hotel wiv my partner. Great location to the beach and bars. Staff friendly n helpful. Food Great. Always clean. I wud stay here again.

El hotel esta muy bien y el servicio estupendo, pero las animaciones y todo lo demas es en ingles no hay nada dedicado a la gente española solo se desviven por la gente extranjera.
