Ambifuego

Hoy se quitó la vieja chimenea de leña y se instaló una nueva. Dos hombres, muy educados y agradables, hicieron un gran trabajo y cubrieron todos los muebles. Recomendarían encarecidamente esta empresa.

Servicio fantástico, personal muy amable, entrega al día siguiente, faltaba un artículo, se envió un correo electrónico a la tienda, al día siguiente, el artículo se envió por mensajería a nuestra puerta, no se podía pedir un mejor servicio al cliente. perfecto recomendado

Cambiaron mi vieja estufa de leña por una de gas, los ingenieros fueron puntuales, educados, chicos muy amables, su atención al detalle fue insuperable, muy meticulosos en su trabajo, un trabajo muy profesional y somos clientes muy contentos, muy recomendado.

Tenía un quemador de pellets instalado hoy por 2 grandes hombres. Muy limpio y ordenado, otros muebles tapados. Recomiendo encarecidamente esta empresa. Muchas gracias por un gran servicio.

Fuimos a Ambifuego en julio y Natascha fue muy servicial y paciente, ya que la elección de las estufas de leña era casi abrumadora. Como estábamos lejos de la tienda enviaron 2 camionetas con 4 hombres para instalar las 2 estufas. Miguel Juanjo Oscar y Rodo trabajaron duro de manera eficiente y rápida para terminar la instalación en solo 4 horas.

Habíamos tenido muchos problemas con nuestras estufas y chimeneas existentes (nada que ver con Ambifuego). Y escucharon todo lo que dijimos y abordaron todos los problemas que tuvimos en el pasado. No puedo recomendarlos lo suficiente, de ahí las 5 estrellas.

Buenas tardes, al no poder responder el comentario lo hago por aquí.

Es más, yo he ido luego a comprar palets a vuestra oficina y las personas que atienden ahi son super amables.

Yo, he narrado lo que sucedió en una conversación con uno de sus empleados sin omitir absolutamente nada. Y tengo total libertad de hacerlo en el foro que crea conveniente. Repito, no omití nada he dicho toda la verdad y no como ud sugiere que no.

Por lo demás es mi opinión. Las opiniones no están penalizadas en España, no he atentado contra el honor de nadie.

En todo caso una muestra de la empresa más empática con el cliente hubiera sido suficiente.

Si, tienen comentarios buenos pero hay muchos, que como el mío, se quejan del servicio de atención al cliente sugiero leerlos ya que al no ser la única tal observación que uds hacen es irrelevante.

Si la señora desea tomar medidas legales está en su derecho. Mi pull de abogados en Madrid, Valencia y Alicante estarán gustosos de atender esta clara amenza vuestra.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great showroom with vast selection of stoves and bbq's. We will certainly be buying here.

This company we're fabulous from popping in to the showroom to the final finish we were very happy. Shame we hadn't found them before we purchased the fire for our main living room. They were very professional and efficient and left everything clean and tidy. We would highly recommend them.

What a great service! One minus is price, models seem to be cheaper if you search from internet

Ya me he gastado casi 3000€ en otra empresa, y muy contento, gracias.
Cuando fui a veros había 4 personas trabajando en la tienda en 3 mesas distintas, todos me vieron y nadie se levantó a atendernos en los 20 minutos que estuve dando vueltas en las dos plantas.
Solo había dos clientes en la tienda en ese momento, mi mujer y yo.
No tengo nada más que añadir.

My review is identical to a previous one, this is why I went to this shop. Walked in the shop with a wood burner door minus the glass, the shop assistant emediatly said we can supply a new piece of glass, we will call you with a price, and within 10 minutes she called, as said. Within 3 hours is was done, with new seals as well. Excellent service and cost customer care. They lady spoke very good English, which helped alot. Well done guys, works perfect.

No problem.we'll ring you with price. 15 minutes later, telephone with price. Ready in 3 and a half hours. Collected and they had not only fitted new glass, but also a new heat seal between the glass and the metal door. Excellent service.

Had an insert pellet stove fitted. Excellent installation by a professional team of 2 guys who work for Ambifuego. Attention to detail A1. After installation a technician came to calibrate the stove. First class highly recommended.

Me hacía falta una estufa de exterior, venía directo a comprarla y había dos personas y ni siquiera unos buenos días.además no había variedad y todo estaba por las nubes.nos tuvimos que ir sin servicio alguno.

An ideal place to look at if you are interested in buying a fire they have a huge range including electric and gas. Also a range of BBQ s and air conditioning. The staff were really helpful, they spoke a lot of languages and their toilets were really clean which I was delighted about after having made quite a long car journey to get there.

We contacted Ambifuego on a recommendation. The lady spoke excellent english and we explained that we needed a gas boiler serviced. She contacted her gas engineer, Jose, who came almost immediately and corrected the fault. Excellent service and would highly recommend. Thank you.
