Excelente ubicación. El departamento es amplio y cuenta con electrodomésticos, utensilios, cómodas camas. Precio razonable

Edificio donde estaba el antiguo teatro Apolo. Uno de los teatros importantes de Valencia hace unas décadas. Lamentablemente van desaparecido. Los apartamentos ahí son de buena calidad y propicios para vivir unos meses o de paso por Valencia. Recomendable cien por ciento

No está mal, pero no sé corresponde a las fotos, la terraza es muy pequeña e interior, estoy en un segundo piso, creo también que debería haber un cierre interior en la puerta de entrada, por lo demás, limpio y bien, el conserje de la finca encantador

J'ai su 4 jours avant mon arrivée à Austria 4 que je devais changer ma réservation, j'ai envoyé un mail, téléphoné plusieurs fois pour ne pas payer la totalité des frais d'annulation, le propriétaire n'a rien voulu savoir, Booking.com à essayé de négocier, impossible! Donc je ne vous recommande pass cetétablissement incapable de faire un geste commercial, je signale ce Lorenzo comme très antipathique

Estamos siendo estafados, engañados y viendo cómo se pasan los días, sin que nos puedan resolver una reserva que no ha sido posible disfrutar por la pandemia.
Juan, el responsable de los apartamentos, solo nos dificulta el trámite y no nos da soluciones.

Comfortable apartment in the very centre of Sevilla, right in the pedestrian area a bit noisy during the day, but rather quiet at night the apartment is located within a building with reception and guard, hosting several offices (law firms, doctors, etc) the apartment is quite modern (probably recently renovated) although some small imperfections are still visible good value for money

Good location and lovely concierge but the room had not been cleaned properly, I stayed on the extra bed and it did not have proper bedding! Bathroom smelled like piss and toilet did not flush properly. Shower curtain is stained yellow. AC leaked all day, leaving huge puddles on the ground. Only one towel for three guests?
Does not look anything like the pictures.
We extended our stay before our arrival and this was confirmed but one day before we were supposed to leave the property manager told us to move hotels. They had booked us into another hotel (we did not request this or know anything about this) and forced us to pay £91. Do not stay here!

Apartamento cómodo y limpio. En el mismo centro de la ciudad. Perfecto para conocer la ciudad un fin de semana.
