Apartamentos Core Suites València

El mejor apartamento que hemos estado en Valencia. Todo el tiempo han sido amabilísimos y han intentado ayudarnos en todo lo que les hemos pedido. Desde late checkout hasta cualquier necesidad para el peque. El apartamento perfectamente equipado y muy bien ubicado. Pude teletrabajar y disfrutar de la zona de lo lindo. Solo me faltó probar la piscina.

Nos alojamos 10 días en Core Suites en un apartamento de dos habitaciones. Las habitaciones eran muy modernas y estaban impecablemente limpias. Nos gustó especialmente el servicio de limpieza diario y la amabilidad del personal. La ubicación es ideal, ya que el autobús que hay enfrente del hotel lleva al casco antiguo y a la playa en 15 minutos. Hay muchos buenos restaurantes y tiendas a poca distancia.

El lugar es genial. Los apartamentos son bonitos, tranquilos y limpios. Lo peor del hotel es el aparcamiento en el garaje. Es pequeño y extremadamente ajustado. Además, ahí abajo huele a marisco viejo.

Primera vez en València y reservamos este lugar para una familia de 4 (dos adultos y dos niños pequeños). Tuvimos una gran experiencia aquí y lo recomendamos encarecidamente. El proceso de registro fue rápido y sencillo (están ahí las 24 horas). Personal muy amable. Teníamos un coche de alquiler así que decidimos aparcar en su aparcamiento subterráneo. 90 euros por 6 noches: no es barato, pero no estábamos seguros de cómo funciona el aparcamiento en las calles, así que decidimos hacerlo. Era un estacionamiento seguro con espacios reservados; solo tenga en cuenta que los puntos de entrada y salida del estacionamiento son extremadamente estrechos, por lo que son mejores para autos pequeños (teníamos un Seat Arona y uno más grande sería difícil). El alojamiento era excelente, con una decoración moderna, muy limpio, aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo, cocina bien equipada, camas cómodas, baños de lujo con toallas y artículos de tocador: ¡todo lo que necesitábamos estaba allí! Nuestro apartamento daba a la parte trasera (el pequeño parque), por lo que no había mucho que ver, pero no nos importó. Estaba tranquilo por las noches, así que dormimos bien. La ubicación era estupenda, muchas opciones para comer en la misma calle. También hay un Carrefour Express cercano para abastecerse. Las atracciones locales (Oceanografic, museo de ciencias y tiendas) también estaban a 10-15 minutos a pie. El parque Gulliever es fantástico para los niños y está a unos 20 minutos a pie. Hay una piscina en el piso superior (no tuvimos la oportunidad de usarla durante nuestra estadía) y también hay una sala de lavandería en el edificio. La limpieza se realizó a diario y siempre con un alto nivel. ¡Definitivamente nos gustaría volver y quedarnos otra vez!

Very nice. Located between the city center and the beach. Two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. Clean and quiet at night. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Mooi nieuw complex met centrale ligging tussen het centrum van Valencia en het strand. We hadden een prachtig appartement met 2 aparte slaapkamers met elk hun eigen badkamer en-suite en een ruim terras. Super verblijf gehad!

Magnifica habitación para la familia, con todo el menaje y los electrodomésticos necesarios, nuevo y limpios. El personal de recepción magnifico¡
Por poner unos peros:
-Parking difícil y estrecho (pero poco se puede hacer a este respecto)
-La ducha no tiene separación con el resto del baño, por lo que tras ducharse es difícil no mojar todo el piso.

Perfect location, most of the staff speak some English thank goodness. Room cleaning is very good. There is a laundry on site not too expensive but don't expect to do this in your room. Best spot for all. The pool is nice but so very very cold.

I am very disappointed with the CORE SUITES hotel because my disabled daughter and my grandchildren went to spend a few days, and they were treated very badly, they made fun of my daughter, the room was paid for by 4 people and they wanted my male and female grandchildren to sleep in the room Same bed when there was an extra sofa and they charged it. Horrible attention. And very bad for people with disabilities

Apartamentos impresionantes junto a la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. Instalaciones limpias, decoración muy bonita y un trato excepcional. ¡Una gran experiencia!

Sólo nos pudimos quedar un día en estos apartamentos, aunque pudimos valorar la buena calidad que ofrecían con tan buen precio. El personal de recepción y limpieza fue magnífico. Los apartamentos cuentan con buenas vistas, con una ubicación excelente (ya que está muy céntrico), gran espacio, muy buena iluminación y con los electrodomésticos necesarios para que no eches de menos nada. Para mí, personalmente, fue un lugar acogedor, excelente para familias con hijos. Lo tengo entre mis favoritos.

Hemos pasado unos días Core Suites Valencia, los apartamentos están muy bien equipados, la decoración excepcional y el trato del personal insuperable. 100% recomendable, nosotros volveremos.

Had a medical emergency while traveling and there the staff is exceptional and very kind. The rooms were very comfortable- cozy beds and body pillows. A safe and comfortable place.

Very close to the City of Art and Science.
We rented bikes from reception and had a wonderful time as we could cycle to both the Old Town and the beaches. What a city!

I didn’t want to leave such a poor review for this stay since the establishments were beautiful and in a fantastic área of Valencia, but the poor treatment from staff and RUDE MANAGER has given me no choice.

We originally reserved a room for 4 adults, in which we planned to use the sofa bed available in room (advertised on website to reserve). When we arrived the sofa bed didn’t have bedding and they wanted to charge us for bedding. This is not a normal custom and no traveler should expect to pay an additional fee for bedding, especially in a “luxury” hotel.

In turn, since we requested bedding that should not have been charged, the staff did nothing but laugh at us, humiliate us, and speak down to us. So much to the point that during check out the RUDE MANAGER (Marcela, Marta? , unsure sorry) came out to speak OVER my mother on a wheelchair and raise her voice at her.

If you want to stay at “luxury” hotel with staff that lacks training, and a manager that bullies guest, STAY HERE!

And for the hotel staff, you could all benefit from sensitivity training and costumer service training.

Once again, I didn’t want to have to leave this review but the managers behavior left me to choice.: (

The place is really nice and clean. I also enjoyed the view from our balcony. They do supply you with some goodies when you check in: water bottles, coffee pods for the Nespresso machine and some cleaning supplies; although I think the cleaning supplies are a bit disappointing because they give you really small ones, we stayed there for two weeks and they wouldn’t have lasted enough - luckily, we didn’t cook so what they gave us was (barely) enough to wash the glasses we used.
The cleaning of your apartment is included, and for the price we thought it would be a thorough cleaning but they only change the sheets, take out the trash and give you new towels. I know this not a hotel but they should mention that when they explain about the cleaning service.

We spent a week here with two 6yo kids. Excellent service, very friendly. Lovely appartments. The street is not busy at all and therefore mostly not noisy. Very well located, close to the park. Bus station to beach only 150m. Walk to metro 15min.
Our place when we come back to this very family friendly city.

Brand new apartments. Superb Aircon and rooms also have good ceiling fans, so never felt too warm. Kitchen ok but no oven and limited selection of utensils etc otherwise excellent. Smart TVs and good WiFi. Outside has good recycling. Bus stop (no. 19) immediately in front so easy to get to old town for 1.50 a ride. Carrefour express within 1 minute and a much larger supermarket 10 min away. Heaps of restaurants within 5 min. Pool on roof is superb albeit bit small, but has heaps of loungers, a vending machine and not ever very busy. Heaps of great shopping within 10min at Aqua mall, Cortes Ingles or the huge Saler mall just further on. Can't rate the staff high enough, all very lovely, engaging and willing to help out on any matter, thank you. Would definitely stay again.

The apartments themselves are gorgeous and in a great location, with a roof top pool on the eleventh floor. However, the rooms seem to become extremely cold at night time as we were shivering every night during the entire stay, and the showers become boiling hot randomly as we needed to stop showering multiple times and finish with the sink water instead.

Located in a lovely neighborhood, there was no lack of shopping, sights and accessibility to the beach, the centre and the Centre for Arts & Sciences. The apartment was stunning with it's minimalist decor, every detail well thought out, well appointed kitchen. Missing amenities like a kettle and a duvet were promptly handled. The receptionists were super friendly, helpful and attentive to every guest's needs. The wading pool, while small and devoid of any shade, was popular. The Porcelanosa sanitaryware, upscale furnishings, and super comfortable beds made for a wonderful stay.

Muy bien, limpieza, instalaciones, amabilidad del personal, un 10.
Solo que para el nivel que tiene, el servicio diario de limpieza de habitaciones, olvidaba reponer algunas necesidades.
Pero repetiriamos.

Apartamentos totalmente nuevos. El ático es impresionante la terraza que tiene. Además tiene una piscina comunitaria en la última planta y un solárium. Las recepcionistas muy majas.

We enjoyed our stay at Core Suites on the whole. We found the staff very friendly and helpful, our special praise to Gloria who directed us well to get to the Bioparc.

The pool area was great too which we enjoyed.

We did find that our apartment lacked an oven and with a very fussy 2 year old eater, we did find this to be a bit of a problem. We did wish the apartments were complete with an oven here.

Another thing which we feel should be considered is the continual charge of using the washing machine/dryer. It does add quite a bit of cost to what already is an expensive stay and given it is apartments, again each apartment should be complete with its own washing machine given the price for the stay.

Besides those two elements, we did thoroughly enjoy staying here and will always remember our trip to Valencia fondly. The location of the apartments is decent given the number 19 bus either way can get you to the city centre or to the beach in no more than 15 minutes respectively.

No está al alcance de todos los bolsillos, de ahí su ubicación y exclusividad! Habitaciones a todo lujo y confort, y el servicio, lo mejor de todo sin duda alguna! 100% recomendable

Un edificio con un emplazamiento ideal, con un personal de 10, y unos apartamentos silenciosos y muy confortables. Además tiene piscina con vistas en la última planta.
