Han cambiado mucho. Seguridad, vigilancia, piscina muy limpia, control exacto del parking, ascensores nuevos, y algunos apartamentos con una decoración chil-out divina.

Vivo aquí todo el año, es un apartamento privado! No estoy de vacaciones, he vuelto a mi casa!

Mucha puntuación, chasco al llegar! Lo puntúan con un 8.5, le damos un 6.5, el apartamento, no! Tiene terraza, la unieron al salón, y balcón, lo mismo! Está un poco dejado, los dos dormitorios juntos, uno de ellos es el salón, separado por una cortina! No volveré!

Apartamentos normalitos piscina pequeña pero tranquila, horario de piscina escasos, la gerente o administradora tuvo muy mala uva, señora con muy poco tacto soberbia y maleducada.

Excellent endroit, appartement très propre et superbement équipé, les hôtes sont très accueillants et très professionnelles.
C'est une adresse que je conseille vivement.

Patético, muyyyy abandonado, viejo y feo.
Lo único bueno la terraza.
En la recepción, antipáticos y poco atentos.

Apartment was a dump and reception was about a quarter of a mile away no tin opener no kettle and one ring to cook on no cleaning no toilet roll very expensive dump

Pesimo! Aire acondicionado instalado pero no funcionaba en los meses de Julio y Agosto cuando hace muchisimo calor, la television muy pequeñita. No internet

En principio bien, pero el apartamento en cuestión estaba un poco sucio, la taza del water estaba rota, y la puerta del baño no cerraba. Pero por lo demás bien.

Horrible place, please do not make same mistake we did. No air co, old and dirty. A person on a floor near ours did not stop screaming and crying all night Wonder if he is fine by now…. Two rooms with nice and tidy and clean that in the morning you couldn't have a liking because the builders are doing work on the building very noisy

Worst place I've ever stayed it's about 20 years out of date dirty no heating only couple lights work kettle and tv broken bathroom door all rotten mould around bath never stay here again

Very basic with no facilities. Pool area closed, no bar. Rooms outdated and shabby, require some maintenance work.
However, very cheap so no complaints.
Suitable for lads holiday or someone on a limited budget.

What happened here, got to walk miles to another hotel to get keys, things hanging off walls, not the best even for cheap weekend break

Really basic. The beds was awful and gave me a really bad back ache. The kitchen is falling apart and the bathroom is awful. They say they give you new towels every 4 days we have not seen a cleaner or maid once.

Just home from here yesterday took my 7 year old niece for 4 nites awful place to stay wouldn't recommend to any1 no sun beds at pool room was dirty patio door wouldn't open in bedroom needs a make over

This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed.

Beds were horrible and dirty floor was unclean as was the bath, the toilet smelt of sewage and there was no hot water. The security guard was more concerned about us drinking water in the pool area than he was about the fact there had been 2 robberies on different night. Both with no forced entry which looks very suspect and appears an inside job. Phones money and tablets were stolen. Fridge was mouldy, cooker gave me an electric shock and a friend cut his toe open on a screw in the floor that was being used as a door step. The railings on the balcony are loose and if you have children do not let them out there. You are given 1 key between 4 which is a pain and given 1 towel for 4 days. If you are booked in here leave asap. Pay for somewhere else the doors on the balcony don't lock the safes are broken and the front doors are terrible and barely lockable. To be honest with the electricc shock and a friend having 5 stitches along his toe I'm surprised that was the only injuries. The place should be closed down. 0 out of 5 rating

Close to all the bars. Only issue is one room had no back door and another had a slice of pizza for glazing. All in all decent experience.

Desperate, 50euros deposit for three seasoned travellers with two sets of keys! One set with a key to get you into the apartment and front door on another just the front door to the room! And 150 euro deposit. Walk half a mile up the road to get the keys from another hotel. The apartment was worn out and on the sixteenth floor with a feeling of a soviet holding centre. The sheets and bedding had signs of cigarette burns, although were clean and “very aireated”! On the first night the leg was missing from a bed (later found and repaired by purchasing an adjustable spanner locally, this ended up as the wife’s holiday present!) fair play though we had a great time in stalag luft and all am thanking the local broom and bucket support staff for letting us have a great time in Benidorms off season experience.

SITUADOS EN LA ZONA MÁS LLANA DE BENIDORM. SON DE UNA PAZ Y SILENCIO QUE PARECE QUE NO ESTÁS EN BENIDORM. RENOVADO LAS INSTALACIONES TOTALMENTE. UNA GRAN PISCINA Y ZONA DE RECREO. TODO EL EDIFICIO POSEE INSTALACIONES PARA LA FIBRA OPTICA.
SON SOLEADOS TODO EL DÍA EN OTOÑO E INVIERNO Y FRESCOS Y SOMBREADOS EN VERANO LO CUAL NO NECESITAN AIRE ACONDICIONADO.
Y POR SU UBICACIÓN TIENEN LA POSIBILIDAD DEL MERCADILLO LOS MIÉRCOLES Y DOMINGOS QUE ES UN AÑADIENDO A LA SEMANA. ESO TE RECUERDA EL DÍA EN EL QUE VIVES.

Se trata de unos apartamentos de alquiler metidos en una comunidad de propietarios, de hecho el check in y el check out debes hacerlo en un hotel cercano.
El estado interior de los apartamentos es malo o muy malo, dependiendo de cual te toque. Se han gastado en mantenimiento en los últimos años menos que Tarzán en corbatas: muebles viejos y estropeados, mobiliario de cocina antiguo y estropeado, nevera oxidada por dentro, del cuarto de baño mejor no hablar.
Se trata de apartamentos especialmente pensados para guiris que van a Benidorm a beberse hasta el agua de los floreros y podrían dormir (y de hecho lo hacen) encima de una piedra, del felpudo o en las propias escaleras y no notarían diferencia alguna.
Si no te importa que te deleiten con alegres tonadas regionales inglesas, galesas o escocesas a las 5 de la mañana, no lo dudes, este es tu lugar.

It was clean. And beds were comfy but that's it. I'm not the best with heights so this really wasn't the best place to stay. Had to pay 50 euro or pounds PER PERSON not per room. Tiles broken, lights broken, difficult lock on the sliding balcony door. We weren't supplied with a kettle luckily someone in our group had.

They didn't have any sun loungers or even chairs around the pool and the pool is fairly small. One elevator didn't work from the ground floor. And a couple of the residents were super grumpy. We were blessed with happy neighbours who had a dog, very slightly worried when he held him over the balcony (he said he liked it) I'm not so sure.

Shop just a minute walk away, supplying tea, coffee, alcohol, cold drinks, snacks and basic necessities for a good price.
