Apartamentos La Caseta

Qué lugar tan horrible, habitaciones sucias y ni mucho menos suficientes utensilios en la cocina. El único punto positivo es que las camas eran cómodas.

Es la segunda vez que vamos, apartamentos geniales, limpios, terraza amplia y muy buena la ubicacion, pegado al Mercadona y al parque de la l, alguera. El personal está atento a todo y te tratan genial. Buenas vistas al parque y en 5 min llegas al centro

A 10 minutos de la playa y del centro de ocio por el precio merece la pena no son lujosos pero bueno lo único malo que hay un poco de ruido pero a estado bien el conserje y servicios muy buenos gente genial un 10 para pasar un finde suficiente

Buen sitio.pwro la nevera en galería y tener en la misma galería el aire acondicionado con salida interior es misión imposible abrir la nevera xq t cueces

Buena relación calidad-precio, habitaciones bien equipadas con dormitorio doble y sofá cama doble en el salón, mesa de comedor, cocina, microondas y vitrocerámica, frigorífico grande y lavadora, secador de pelo y tabla de planchar. La piscina es una bonita zona para niños de 50 cm y una piscina para adultos de 1,6 m que se limpian a diario. Balcón es muy grande. Al lado hay un gran supermercado con panadería y mostrador de comida caliente, muy práctico. No es un alojamiento de lujo, pero es adecuado y tiene una buena relación calidad-precio que definitivamente volvería a usar.

Bonitos apartamentos, ascensor pequeño y aterrador básico pero fácilmente manejable, pero aparte de esa piscina limpia, áreas limpias, seguro y sin problemas reales. El único problema que tuvimos fue que las llaves estaban en un hotel separado a unos 5 minutos de la carretera después de un largo día fue un bache

Realmente disfruté de mi primera estadía aquí, los apartamentos son espaciosos, limpios, excelentes vistas desde el balcón si están en un piso alto, el área de la piscina tiene sol todo el día, es agradable y tranquilo y el personal es muy amable.

Nos gustó. La señora Mari carmen un encanto. Sólo que la piscina es muy onda. 1,70. Y se llena de los hijos del Antonio del bar. Y su familia. Si quieres pasar por el bar para llegar al apartamento, no te deja. Pero, no te puedes bañar tranquilo. Toda sa familia está en la piscina. Esto el dueño de los apartamentos no se si lo sabe. Yo pago para bañarme tranquila, no que entre de fuera. Familias del señor del bar

La confianza, el trato de Maricarmen, esa mujer debería de ser gerente de la Caseta. Ella hace la estancia en la caseta 100% Genial, aunque no sea un hotel moderno, hace que nos sintamos como en casa.

Hemos pasado una semana en estos apartamentos. Mari Carmen y Saúl dan una atención estupenda. Buena ubicación a la playa y al Casco, sin estar metidos en toda la fiesta. Apartamentos tranquilos y con una buena zona de césped y piscina.
El apartamento es sencillo pero práctico con una terraza grande. Aire acondicionado en el cuarto y en el salón. Nosotros vinimos 3 y el sofá cama es cómodo.

Si volvemos a Benidorm sin duda repetiremos.

Excellent apartment complex. Located central to the old town and the new town. Apartments are spacious and spotless. Lovely swimming pool and garden area. Not a big complex just what we personally like and go back anytime we are going to benidorm

Primero agradecer a carmen y saul su trato, el apartamento super limpio, hemos estado muy cómodos y lo recomendamos; esta cerquita la playa y tienen unas piscinas fantásticas, volveremos seguro.

Hemos estado 9 días en la gloria, Esaú, Mari Carmen y el chico que está los domingos son maravillosos, están siempre pendientes de que no falte nada y estemos bien. Los apartamentos están muy bien ubicados, terraza muy grande y con unas vistas geniales. Yo me he ido muy triste pero tengo clarísimo que volveremos.

Un sitio estupendo, con unas vistas increíbles. El edificio está muy bien situado, cerca de la playa, en un sitio muy tranquilo. El apartamento muy espacioso, dotado con todo, desde el secador de pelo hasta la plancha. La habitación muy acogedora y muy luminosa. La terraza, la mejor que he visto hasta ahora, un sitio estupendo para poder disfrutar el desayuno, con unas vistas increíbles hacia el mar y la isla. Estoy muy encantada con todo, el personal super agradable y siempre atendiendo con una sonrisa. Recomiendo 100% y más a las familias con niños. Gracias!

Estoy ahora mismo disfrutando de las vacaciones en los apartamentos. Muy recomendables. Nosotros somos una pareja con dos niños y estan encantados con la piscina. El personal es excelente. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Muy buen apartamento, piscina grande pero un poco sucia, muy buena terraza, nevera grande, ascensor pequeño y un poco lento, pero todo lo demás muy bien, sobre todo la atención del personal.

Apartamento sencillo pero estupendo para pasar unos días con todo lo necesario, muy limpio, terraza muy amplia con unas buenas vistas. La ubicación formidable a 5-10 minutos del centro y la playa y el personal muy amable en todo momento, repetiría sin lugar a duda.

Me and my friends had a beautiful time here. Seems like a great place for both younger and older people. Apartment was very clean with useful utensils for cooking, hairdryer, towels, ironing board, etc. Really enjoyed having a balcony with a view to walk out on every morning. Pool was super refreshing after a day at the beach.

Everything about the apartment was amazing! Mari Carmen the caretaker was a sweetheart. Being 5 minutes away from the beach, makes it an amazing holiday!

The place is fantastic, not to mention the kindness and professionalism my friends and I were welcomed with.

Los apartamentos muy equipados, el chico que nos hizo la recepción muy amable y atento, la única pega es poco parking y la zona puede ser complicada para aparcar.

EMPIEZO CON UN LAMENTABLE; PRIMERAMENTE EL COBRO LO PUSE EN LA OPCIÓN PAGAR EN EFECTIVO EN EL ALOJAMIENTO Y AL FINAL ME HIZO PAGAR CON TARJETA. LUEGO EL TEMA DE LA FIANZA, EN EL ANUNCIO NO PONE NADA DE FIANZA Y ME PIDIÓ (LA SEÑORA DE RECEPCIÓN) 150 € DICIENDO QUE ES POR SI PERDÍAMOS LAS LLAVES, PORQUE EL BOMBIN ES CARO. LUEGO QUE NUNCA HAY NADIE EN LA RECEPCIÓN Y POR ÚLTIMO QUE ME TOCÓ ALGUN VECINO QUE TODAS LAS MAÑANAS A LA MISMA HORA, CONCRETAMENTE A LAS 8 AM SE DEDICABAN A ARRASTRAR MESAS, SILLAS Y LO QUE FUERA Y ESO RETUMBABA MUCHO. LLAMÉ A LA DE RECEPCIÓN Y DESPUES DE MAS DE 7 INTENTOS ME CONTESTÓ Y ÑE EXPLIQUÉ LA SITUACIÓN Y LO ÚNICO QUE SE LE OCURRE DECIRME ES QUE ELLA NO PUEDE HACER NADA Y QUE EL DIA QUE ME VAYA DEL APARTAMENTO TIENE QUE SER A LAS 10 AM SIM EXCEPCIONES. LLAMAS PARA QUE SOLUCIONE ALGUN PROBLEMILLA, YA QUE ELLA ES QUIEN TRABAJA AQUÍ Y RESULTA QUE DESCUIDA DE LO QUE DIJE Y SUELTA LO QUE LE INTERESA. EN FIN. AQUÍ NO VUELVO Y HARÉ LO POSIBLE PARA QUE POCA GENTE VAYA ALLÍ, COMPARTIRÉ EN MI INSTAGRAM QUE TENGO MAS DE 200.000 MIL PERSONAS QUE ME VE TODOS LOS DÍAS Y SABRÁN EL NOMBRE DEL APARTAMENTO DONDE NO DEBEN IR. Me and my friends stayed at La Caseta for a week and I just had to say how amazing our stay was. When we entered we were welcomed by the lovely staff who are really passionate about their job. The apartment complex is only a 5 minute walk away from the beach, located in the lively centre of Benidorm. Everything you need for your holiday is located in a 5 minute walking radius. We were able to stay on the 13th floor which I highly recommend! The view from the highest floor is stunning, especially during sunset. Our first travel after the outbreak of the Covid pandemic was worth the wait, thanks a lot La Caseta!

La Caseta was the perfect summer destination. It is located at the very heart of Benidorm, which makes for an strategic location next to the markets and 5 minutes from the beach by foot. The view from the balcony is astonishing and the space in the apartments worked to suit me and my family perfectly. Did I mention they also have a pool? They do, and a kids pool for the little ones. I would definately return once I have another free week and will recommend it to my friends, the best deal for that confortable price you will find in the spaish coast!

Take ear plugs. Our apartment had only single glazing not good on a very busy street! Good views over old Town and to the Sea.

Great place. Stayed for weekend nov 2017. Went for a week in june 2018 with friends. Who all said would go back again. We were a mixture of ages. 17 and up. Fab spot over facing park sea view facing all apartments. Fab little pool.
Supermarket right next door. 5 minute walk into old town. Avenida shopping area and cafe bars gallore.ten minutes to beginning of main entertainment strip.
Apartment is clean tidy spacious well set out.
Utility room. You name it it's in there large balconies. 3 apartment to each floor. Main bedroom has to single beds. Own patio doors onto balcony.
Living area has a couch with roll out bed. So acts as another two beds and as there is another patio door leading onto balcony. You can treat as two individual rooms. There is a hall area separating the bedroom lounge bathroom and laundry room.

Excellent, our room was freshly decorated, you get absolutely everything, kettle, toaster, ironing board and iron, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, air conditioning, flat screen TV, comfy bed and pillow, power shower, large supermarket next door, just above old town next to Park, I will definitely stay here again.

Great location easy found by car, and its just a short walk into town. The downstairs cafe has one of the best paints of San Miguel you'll find about, and offers some tasty snacks and has a pool table.

Can't fault the place, the Apts are spacious, air conditioning is good, good shower, comfy bed, fridge washing machine, iron (should you need it) and a small 25mtre pool.

Los apartamentos la caseta de Benidorm están en buen sitio. La terraza tiene muy buenas vistas y justo debajo tiene un mercadona. Al disponer de cocina se puede aprovechar para comer o cenar algún día en el apartamento. La piscina estaba muy limpia pero estaba cerrada cuando llegamos. Por lo demás todo correcto aunque la hora de salida es demasiado temprana.

Anticuado y falta de limpieza, apartamento pequeño y piscina y zona ajardinada también. A 15minutos a pie de la playa. Parking 12 plazas, tener sitio es un milagro. Recepción ni existe, además que no te explican nada. Wifi de pago, 20€ la semana!

Una terraza guapísima con unas vistas alucinantes desde el piso 12°. Dos aires acondicionados y un apartamento bastante grande para dos adultos y dos niños. La piscina acorde a lo demás y sin agobios de gente. Cerca del centro y de la playa.

Muy aceptable, cómodo, limpio, tranquilo y el personal muy amable.
Por poner un defecto. El servicio WiFi además de caro un desastre.

Stayed here for 10 days at the end of July 2018
. This is our second time here and will come again. Self catering apartments are clean, spacious, everything you need, if you have a family, even a washing machine, iron and ironing board. About 10 minutes to the beach, plenty of shops and a supermarket approximately 100 metres away that sells most things. Staff are really friendly and helpful, especially Carmel our house keeper who remembered us from our last visit. Beware that in the main season Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings there are concerts held in the park opposite and can go on until 1am. It didn't bother us as we enjoyed watching it from our balcony. Had a lie in next morning. Both my grandsons age 3 and 8 love it here.

Fantastic place to stay for your holidays very clean.very well stocked in the kitchen and the air conditioning is a gift from heaven.because this is August in Benidorm it extremely hot so the air conditioning is fantastic to have could not do without it.the lady in charge is called Carman. She is a absolute angel very welcoming and very helpful. There is a supermarket right next door and a great Supermarket it is to. The beach it's only a short walk away many nice cafes and restaurants to have an early morning cup of coffee.many English Cafe's for good English breakfast I would not have any problems recommending this place to anybody there is a iron a ironing board and a washer.my experience of staying in these apartments have been- a very happy and satisfying one highly recommended.the swimming pool is not big.but it is big enough size for us to have a good time in it. The Nightlife is not that far to walk. It will only cost you just over six euros to get back by taxi if you don't feel like walking. The apartments has not being at all noisy it is quite peaceful and you don't get
too much noise from outside at night
