Apartamentos Playamar

Just got back from the playamar after a weeks holiday with my mum, second time we have been, lovely helpful friendly staff.will be going again next year.

Catastrophique! On dirai j’ai étai dans une caserne pas en vacance. J’ai réservé pour 218 euro sur booking arrivé à l’hôtel il me demande 210 euro (cautionnement) supplémentaire sur place sinon pas de clé, je voulais annuler il m’on dit pas de remboursement des 218 euro, je paye j’entre, surprise la climatisation ne marche pas il faut payer 5 euro par jour, en plus, il n’y a ni savon ni champoing, je demande, ils me disent il faut payer pour un savon. C’est pas grav, 2 amis viennent me voir le gars de la réception les interpelle venez si vous entrer il faut payer 15 euro par jour et par personne, ils expliquent qu'ils sont venue juste me voir et ils partent, ils étaient déjà dans un autre hôtel.
L’ors de la fin du séjours! On me demande le nettoyage de l’appartement de faire sortir la poubelle sinon pas de remboursement du cautionnement!

Apartments basic but spotless, had everything you need, staff were fabulous and pool was great, would defenitely recommend and will be back

I am going home tmoro, i have really enjoyed it, i am coming back next yea with family, on a scooter not full speed its 10 mins to beach and 10 mins from the strip there is a bar at the pool and have children's pool

I was a little worried after reading the reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. Rooms clean and modern with plenty of storage and space for 2 adults and 2 teens. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you need, large supermarket Dias around the corner and in walking distance of new strip. Pool small but clean with 2 pints for 2.50 euro so can't go wrong. We came on a budget and these apartments really help to keep us to that. We will defo be back.

Was there in july last year, nice enough place we were on the 21st floor with great views, can be a bit rowdy but nothing serious enough to put you off it. Nice basic pool for all ages, palace surrounded with a couple of bars but better going into town

In one bedroom apartment on floor 14. It's refurbished and nice with great views and British TV which is bonus. Sun shines all day on the balcony.

These apartments have been updated and some photos on the website don't reflect this.fantastic holiday, staff lovely and will help at anytime day or night, pool area always clean.
Great location and price, after reading some reviews it had me worried, but would definitely recommend this apartment, we stayed as a family of 5 my children all different ages.
Coconut bar just outside amazing food and service, will definitely be back again next time we are in benidorm, thank you for a great holiday.x

Was spotless.clean sheets and towels not far from strip only l problem no smoking on balcony staff polite and friendly would definatly stay again

What a con.put ash tray on balcony.wife used it.then kept 100 euros of our 150 deposit for using it.small notice in room saying something about smoking on balcony.we thout balcony only.but not the case.this is not mentioned on web site or when you check in.do not go there if you smoke.rip off.never again

Great apartments.very clean and staff always willing to help. We had room 4a and was perfect. Can recommend these apartments only back on the 17th April 2019. Will definitely be going back.

La ubicación y el personal de recepción muy bien
Los apartamentos son bastante antiguos en instalaciones y la limpieza se debería mejorar
El mayor problema es que están frecuentados por clientes extranjeros sin modales ni educación que no respetan nada ni a nadie

Mala por no decir malisima el apartamento en si no esta mal pero la limpieza de la piscina deja mucho que desear dos noches seguidas dando quejas por guiris borrachos tirando sillas por el balcón y el conserje me dice que no puede hacer nada en fin ni loco.

La verdad que la estancia fue muy buena, habitaciones limpias, personal muy amable y hospilario y precio/calidad perfecto. Las habitaciones tienen una vista hacia el mar, obvio con rascacielos delante pero muy bonito.

We arrived 22nd of october 2017 for a half term getaway and found the playamar clean and tidy with a spacious apartment with all the basics you require.english tv large living room area lovely large balcony overlooking the very clean pool area.the wi-fi was free and available poolside as well as in the room.safety deposit boxes situated in the foyer and monitored by cc-tv.only 5-10 mins to the beach front.bath shower and beday all clean and usable.personally couldnt fault it for what we paid, if you want the ritz pay ritz prices.ps the weather was amazing averaging 26degrees.will book here again

Love these apts. They central for bars and resteraunts and indoor and outdoor markets. Daniel and his staff are very nice. Stayed here 3 times and will stay again. Clean and decent size tv with English channels. Coconut bar adjoining is owned by them too. All in all a very pleasent base

Piscina sucia y con tiritas (apositos). Cobran 50€ por persona cuando llegas en concepto de fianza para que luego les dejes todo limpio. Eso sí, sí cuando llegas esta todo que da asco, que fianza me dais a mi? Baño sucio con inodoro con zurraspas. Paredes del baño también con manchas marrones que a saber que será. La nevera huele como si hubieran destilado whisky dentro. Apesta. El peor sitio en el que hemos estado. No he pasado más asco en mi vida. Ojalá les hagan una inspección, así espabilan.

Found the apartments clean with great staff returned 26 Sept 2015 Gemma especially helpful and friendly. 15 minutes walk to beach 10 minutes to main strips would definitely go back
