Fantastic location. Tatty but comfortable, kitchen needs major updating, some things do not work and some do not look H&S compliant - iron cable broken in places and a gaffer tape repair in another. They appear to be updating the apartments in the block so worth asking for photos before booking

El apartamento de 3 dormitorios fue absolutamente maravilloso. Todos lo pasamos bien. Vistas desde las ventanas de la pasarela y la playa. Las tarifas de las habitaciones eran muy buenas, ya que el alojamiento era de 4-5 estrellas. Volveré a reservar la próxima vez.

Fantástica ubicación. Cutre pero cómoda, la cocina necesita una actualización importante, algunas cosas no funcionan y otras no parecen compatibles con H&S: cable de hierro roto en algunos lugares y reparación con cinta adhesiva en otro. Parece que están actualizando los apartamentos del bloque, por lo que vale la pena pedir fotos antes de reservar.

Valoro el apartamento en el que estuve, los demás no sé. Lo único que vale la pena es la terraza que tiene vistas al mar y es muy grande. El interior deja mucho que desear. Es muy frío. Las ventanas no cierran bien y no está muy limpio. El mobiliario es justito y en la cocina el menaje era escaso. El frigorífico perdía agua por dentro y me estropeó comida.

Lovely big apartment with an unobstructed view of the beach and sea, plus up and down the promenade aswell. Central location for bars and nightlife.

Le doy una estrella por el parking, nada recomendable si quieres descansar, los colchones horribles, las habitaciones pequeñas y una discoteca debajo en marcha desde las 12 de la mañana, primera línea pero playa de rocas incomoda. Mobiliario viejo, descuidado y sucio, no lo recomiendo, ni volvería

Apartamentos algo antiguos pero muy espaciosos. Situación inmejorable, en primera línea de playa de Levante. Tiene garaje. Recomendable

Apartment was massive, floor 2 facing the sea, everything in it you could possibly need, absolutely spotlessly clean, blue neon lights in the living room were a nice touch, free secure parking at the back was a real bonus. Would definitely go again.

El apartamento es amplio, cómodo y en primera línea de playa tiene unas vistas inmejorables. El personal q atiende es muy amable

Los apartamentos son viejos pero eso no quita que puedan tener un mobiliario en condiciones las camas i los sofás un auténtico desastre vinimos con la espalda destrozada no volveremos más

I have stayed in far better for a lot less money, its a private rental, on the fourth floor, with the jungle bar below to the front, and a Belgium restaurant bar at the rear, it's right on the promenade of levante beach, this is it's only redeeming feature, its outdated both in decor, furniture and fittings, and we found it infested with mosquitoes in wardrobes in both the bedrooms, they were in the spare blankets and pillows, under the beds, and in the towels in the shower room, considering their is no swimming pool, and due to the price charged and the fact they take an extra payment for cleaning, we will never use here again, I don't like being ripped off for a mediocre property

States luxury far from it every cupboard full of owners things so very little space for your holiday stuff rooms so full of old furniture needs removing and painting only stayed 3 out of 7 nights booked as no hot water at all now in better appt down road falsely advertised pool as no pool owner no English so difficult to communicate my advise font book this appt

Apartamentos residencial con algunos pisos en alquiler. Tienen una extraordinaria vista al mar en primera línea de playa, hay parking del edificio y muchos lugares para comer y beber.

Buena ubicación y nuestro apartamento tenia una terraza con muy buenas vistas al mar. Era antiguo pero estaba limpio
